Nowenuse: Stay there and keep on writing sermons.
It is natural for people to look down on those they feel better than. It is a universal practice, it can never be enliminated. It's effects can only be reduced.. Yes Racism is good. In fact Racism is very nice and every black man deserves it If someone is inferior then it's perfectly okay to be racist on the person Every black man deserves racism because Africa is not doing well In fact more racism should fall on us In sha Allah Amen. Racism is justified Racism is natural. |

Giddymoney:

Here in Nigeria, we have tribalism, we see other tribes as shit, this is common among the igbo folks, whenever they see an Hausa person, what you hear is ONYE HAUSA.
And now when they travel outside and the whites does the same they starts shouting RACISM upandan ONYE HAUSA is the Igbo translation for HAUSA PERSON. There's nothing tribalistic about it. We also have words like ONYE IGBO and ONYE YORUBA. It is not a deragatory or tribalistic. It is our language. Tho i know that tribalism is a problem in Nigeria and every tribe has it's own share of toxic tribalists but your point is baseless. |

wagazala: This one na Dining Table Yaya wan shake so.
However, some coaches do have problems with African players and not because they are racist or anything but they just avoid building their team around them because every now and then, they loose them to the African Nations Cup. This usually happens at very important time of the season. If Pep cannot field 5 African players, its because he doesn't want to loose 5 in January.
Regarding Yaya, he needs to stop moaning, not everyone gets along. Mancini didnt get along with Balotelli at Man City, yet he gave Balotelli a return to the National Team. Yaya could be burning serious bridges here that could affect his career in the future. AFCON has been moved to June/July. Btw, when it was in January, I remember that Mourinho had 4 Africans and no one bats an eye and Chelsea did not fall. Klopp currently has 3 Africans in Liverpool. |

Miremoses1: a coach that doesn't have a plan B, is that one a coach. All this hit and run he does in Liverpool won't work in a team with ageing players. Do you expect CR7,benzema or kross to run around the field like a headless chicken for 90mins?.
If Liverpool were running around like headless chickens i dont think they would make it to champions league finals. Klopp built one of the best attacks in Europe with Salah, Mane. Firmino. I reckon these players were average before they met Klopp. One thing with Klopp is...he is obsessed with attacking football gegenpressing. He could spot a gegenpresser before anyone does. He bought Salah a chelsea reject/premier league failure and turned him into a world class phenomenon. Roma had Salah for 2 years, they didn't figure out his potentials but Klopp unlocked the guy in one season. Klopp managed to reach UCL finals with average midfielders like Henderson, Wijnaldum and Milner. I'm still suprised they got that far without Coutinho. Klopp mistakes lies in his defence. He's too obsessed with attacking football, he cares less about building a good defence. Who buys a 75m defender and puts a 4m keeper behind him That's crazy. I reckon Karuis was shit last season, Klopp backed him to get better and dude is shit again this season. Now Klopp's eyes don clear. If Klopp paid attention to his defence like he did the attack, things would have turned out better for him. As for Klopp coaching Madrid. That is impossible. He will piss fans off by selling Benzema and CR7 and then use the money to buy two speed demons (super bikes) gegenpressing attackers. Let's be honest, CR7 and Benzema cannot gegenpress. Klopp is better suited for Barcelona not Real Madrid. Klopp has never managed an European heavyweight before. So it would be unfair to judge him with Liverpool. Btw, Klopp's journey with Liverpool has been good. I know how that club always struggles to qualify for Europa League. But today they are turning into UCL regulars because of Klopp. Klopp is a hardcore German. He would rather coach Bayern Munich than Madrid. Klopp is the best German coach and Bayern has been eyeing him for long. Pochetino is a favourite for Madrid job. Klopp is better than him tho. But i know that Madrid will end up appointing someone else. |

PDPGuy: To piggyback on this "African-enough" debate, why do coaches in the top 5 European leagues hardly buy creative Black African players.
Why do such coaches have an overwhelming preference for staring big-brute defensive midfielders and wingbacks from sub-Saharan Africa, in their starting line ups?
Aside from Drogba, Eto'o, (Freddy Kanoute?), Okocha, and Kanu, I can't think of too many other African forwards, in the 21st century, who have been given many opportunities in the starting line ups of the big Euro clubs.
I can bet anyone that if Hazard was a Black African, he would have been sold after his second season. Similarly, if Fabregas was from Nigeria, he wouldn't have spent over a decade in the first teams of Barcelona, Arsenal, and Chelsea combined. Jurgen Klopp is the only current manager that likes African Players. Keita Salah Mane 3 Africans in Liverpool first team and they didn't come cheap. Klopp spent big money to buy Africans. No other European manager has done that in the current era. The last manager that invested in African players was Mourinho. 4 Africans and that was long ago at Chelsea. |

darkchild64: what we need to do in Nigeria is stop stigmatization, we like to judge others while we ourselves are bad people, wetin concern you with how anoda person satisfies him her self,if you are a lesbian be honourable enough to reject a marriage or even relationship request from a guy no matter the pressure, but if you go ahead to yield to the pressure, make sure you stay put ,I am masculine and heterosexual, but if I was actually gay,I wouldn't give the slightest f_uck to what u homophobic hypocrites think about me,if u like curse me all u like,I would live my life the way I choose as long as I'm not violating another person's right,if you are gay whether male or female feel great about yourself, you are special, but most importantly work hard to become someone so important and useful to the society so u can proof to everyone that sexuality is just a part of who we are,our sexuality does not define us,gay people are not sexually rebellious, they are only responding to their normal feelings the way heterosexual people do,so like I earlier said work hard to become someone that contributes to the society not necessarily in the way bobrisky does Everybody has a right to air his opinion. But since you're not homophobic like the OP, they will definitely attack you over your opinion. They will also accuse you of being gay. Anybody who has sleepless nights over someone else sexuality is absolutely abnormal. The time that OP used in writing this shitty article, he should have invested it in something else rather than ranting over someone else personal life and sexuality. |
