BafanaBafana:
Truth is, the virus is all over, I can say more than half of Nigerians contacted it, myself inclusive. Our saving grace is that we are all used to malaria. Since the symptoms are malaria plus flu, our body tends to build a resistance to it.
You have a point.....we suffer and recover from malaria yearly many times even without treatment. Our immune has become used to it.

Crime › Re: My Story As A Cult Member........initiation Phase Included... by blackmantis: 10:28am On Aug 27, 2020
NoBones:
This Cultism has sent so many people to their untimely death........ Ordinarily I know of so many boys in my Area(Ankpa-Ward) in Makurdi who would have still been alive today, but all died in a useless struggle that won't take them anywhere.

Please don't keep quite, speak out let's join hands with the OP @ SaynotoCultism and all well meaning Nigerians to demystify this Hydra head monster.

I pity for those who say OT's and gory stories about Cultism should not shared here, what's your agenda on this thread?

Do you know that, I for one didn't know that using word " I dey Bam" could get me into trouble or "Jazz down"........I thought they were just normal street slangs until I came across this thread and I knew these words have affiliations to some cult groups, it's a normal thing in my Area Ankpa-Ward in Makurdi when you ask someone"Oboy how you dey" the response usually will come this way" I dey Bam" meaning am " fine"
Just imagine me in a Cult infested area a Vikings stronghold and such words are coming out of my mouth.

If am fortunate to live and tell my story another day, they will send Intel's to find out who "I be" but if am not fortunate one day there is a problem between the SVC and NBM and all the known cultists have ran away, someone will just suggest make we waste that guy him na "undercover" him na NBM spy and the rest will be history. But since I knew the repercussions of using such useless words I have stopped using that particular word, because am so used to it.

Sharing of such gory stories here will help our young ones see the dangers and evil of cultism.

For those of una wey dey find OT to go impersonate, you are on your own
Several commentators here have warned about the dangers of using these codes, claiming to be what you are not, oyibo say "a word is enough for the wise"
No go dey form wetin you no be, make dem no come use you count unnecessary scores.

Good Morning and do have a Blessed day.
Cheers.
#Saynotocultism
You are right,

Some slangs used innocently can put you in trouble.....and when you use such slangs and dress in a particular way in the wrong place.....your life might be in danger

Don't be surprised to hear that she stabbed her husband (when she must have grown up and married)

Na them. Always having anger issues.

The earlier the help her to manage it (even African way) the better for both her parents and society at large.
Thank you...
If she grows up like this and commits murder in anger its then they will now sentence her to death

something that could have been prevented by some firm discipline.

A little hard spanking on her little ass would do some mental corrections needed in her head.
They need to learn early that there are penalties for each action they take.
Food › Re: Rice Becoming Unaffordable In Kano - Residents Cry Out by blackmantis: 5:08pm On Aug 26, 2020
Empredboy:
because the environment isn't conducive. We all know that the government policies in Nigeria is not stable which makes investors to want to make their returns on time before another government policy will send them out of business while their creditors will be asking for their money. If border should open now the local rice mills are in financial mess which their creditor will not care to ask for their loan repayment. Just like my client goods (ginger) which got spoilt at the border going to Mali from Kano worth #28m with duty paid worth #3m minus transport and other miscellaneous expenses. Did anybody care how these importers and exporters cope with border closure without notice? Or does anybody care how these people are coping with their banks for the loan repayment? I beg don't blame any business person on this country for any high cost of goods instead blame the unfavourable condition of government policies in this country. Note VAT increased to 7.5% is another issue to high cost of goods
But the Government should have carefully planned the border closing policy. It should have been done gradually until local farmers can meet demand.

The family may be culpable in this matter.

It may not the first time the girl has been going to church to 'read' at night

Is the church a libraryhuh Is there light in the church all through the nighthuh

God is not mocked. Whatsoever a man sows, that shall he reap.
You are already jumping to conclusions that will only hurt the family......

RIP Vera

How did she gain entrance into the church at nighthuh

Why leave your house to go and read in a church at nighthuh

Why did her parents allow to go out at nighthuh

Is there no curfew againhuh

If you don't have all the facts it's best you keep your wild questions to yourself... Don't add more pain to the grieving family.
