Moneywirer: Brought to book?? How exactly do they intend doing that?, no CCTV footage of the incident, Nigeria doesn't have forensic investigative teams. So how would it be done?? Maybe they want to consult amadioha or ogun Just watch and see....they will be caught . |

Finger prints can be lifted from the fire extinguisher door handles or other surfaces and matched with BVN, National ID or even sim registration database. |

I think the government will now start thinking of how to help small business grow. If you start a Small business you face an uphill task.
Right from the registration Then you have to cough out incredible amount for rent ... Due to unstable power you have to factor in the cost of running a generator.
The state and local government will tax you multiple times. Environment, sanitation, development, signboard etc.
You will have to pay vigilante for security etc.. All of this without you even making a profit.
If you had wanted to employ 7 staff, you will reduce to 2.
This country really needs to wake up. |

Simplyleo: Well, this is one area I totally disagree with the present administration. To me, the school feeding programme is just a conduit for siphoning money from the coffers. There is nothing like school children feeding. It sounds too crapy and useless.
To expose this sham, they are still talking about it even when school children are at home in their parents houses. So, how will you now be feeding them in their houses? Taking food to them at home? And what exactly is the purpose of feeding school children? Viewing it from its foundation, you will notice this recent move runs in direct conflict with the founding mandate.
Generally, school children feeding is just a wide conduit pipe for draining the already lean govt purse. Objectivity demands this be stopped forthwith. Imho though. How many people will have to point out how ridiculous this is before the government scraps it. Even if it's not scam... which it is. How can a sane person propose to feed school children at home. Their parents are hungry, thier neighbors are hungry, the whole community is hungry..... So they will carry a plate of food searching for one child... passing several houses with hungry children. Everyday? Preposterous! |

DJBIGGY: Malam Rabiu Musa, Head of Communications in the Kano Field Office of the United Nations Children Emergency Fund (UNICEF), is dead.
His son, Musa Rabiu, who confirmed the death to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kano on Saturday, said that the UNICEF official died at the age of 60.
“My dad died at about 3.00 a.m on Saturday after battling with a sickness for a few days.
“Although, we noticed symptoms we suspect to be of coronavirus, but the result of the test conducted is not yet out.
“A week ago, he complained of sore throat and malaria, but after few days of medication, he became normal. A few days later, he complained that he was finding it difficult to breath.
“He also complained that no matter how short he walked, he lost breath. So, he was taken to the National Orthopaedic Hospital in Dala on Friday where he gave up,” the son said.
At about 2.00 p.m. when NAN contacted the son, he said: “We are now at the hospital with the officials of the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) for his burial.”
https://tribuneonlineng.com/unicef-head-of-communications-dies-of-suspected-coronavirus-in-kano/ This is very sad .....the situation in Kano is becoming alarming..... The kano state government should put more effort into enlightening the populace to wash thier hands frequently, to observe social distance... To use facemasks if they must go out. |

shadeyinka: Ganduje's cluelessness caused this problem. As at the time Lagos and Abuja was on lockdown, there was zero case in Kano. Kaduna was the only confirmed Northern state that took any aggressive action. Suddenly from zero case, Kano is setting to lead the pack while blaming Lagos returnees.
Kano has now exported this to several states in the North. Yes, everyone should worry about Kano. By Monday, they would have overtaken Abuja. In 20 days time, they'll be the epicenter of CORONA virus in Nigeria.
It's just the plane truth: sentiments apart If enough tests are done in Kano, the results would be horrifying. |

Whoever is in charge of the distribution of these palliatives needs to be more organized.
Before distribution.. households in Towns villages, settlement and streets. Should have been mapped out. They should have an idea of how many people they are going to give aid and where they reside. And the palliatives evenly distributed to cover the area mapped out. |

Ishilove: Thanks a lot. So this is the transition someone mentioned on the first page? This naughty behavior started just recently, sometime this year. Thank you for the heads-up.
The challenge is we can't even tie him again because he is very strong. Don't try to chain it when you are angry....dogs can sense emotions. Coax him like Delilah.... First Hide the chain somewhere, maybe behind a curtain I believe it has a strong collar. Pet his head and neck give him some treats, sit down with it as you pet it's head and underbelly. While it is enjoying Causally Lock the chain on it's collar. Strong chain oh! After putting it on a leash, don't shout at it..... still coax it with treats and petting until you get it to where you want to chain it for a while. Then you start discipline 101 |

You have to take charge.....
It has to know you are in charge.
For me... when my dog starts acting up. I chain it short and with a good cane or wire beat it very well. I will walk past it several times where it is chained and if it doesn't lower it's head when I walk past...na another beating be dat.
One on one these dogs are stronger than us that's why firm discipline must start early |
