it is true the slaughter did happen - 11 rams and 35 goats were slaughtered overnight in anticipation for the monday morning shehu meat market on the outskirts of Kaduna |
An Individual with a username " Violent " is warning Nigerians of an impending violence - what an irony |
AS President Goodluck Jonathan clocks his first year in office today, he has thanked Nigerians for their contributions to the stability and progress of the country, saying that the interest of the people would form the basis of government’s decisions in the next four years of his administration. In a message to mark the first anniversary of his assumption to the office of the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity in Abuja, on Thursday, he hoped that the last general election had opened a new chapter of renewal and transformation in the county. According to the statement, “looking ahead to his inauguration for a fresh term of office on May, 29, President Jonathan holds that a new chapter of renewal and transformation has been opened in Nigeria’s national life, with the peaceful, free and fair conduct of the 2011 general election.” Jonathan urged all Nigerians to join hands with his administration and dedicate themselves to ensuring the country’s continued march into a new season of peace, harmony and socio-economic development. The statement assured of President Jonathan’s commitment to building on the achievements of the past one year, by working to bring to fruition ongoing efforts to effectively tackle the critical developmental challenges. http://tribune.com.ng/index.php/news/21547-jonathan-clocks-1-year-in-office-thanks-nigerians |
Dav.e:Your focus should be " Has there been any notable change 5 years after " rather than worry about the date of article. |
Beaf:The date of the article is irrelevant - 5 years after still no change - we have had the same party in power yet things still have not change - for God's sake what happened to continuity. God forbid if anything happens to GEJ another president will come up with unachievable electricity generation proposals. The only way we will see stable generation is when government completely hands off electricity generation and distribution, |
FRESH AIR 2011 45 YEARS TO INCREASE GENERATION FROM 4000 MW to 65000 MW who knowS by that time Nigeria might need 150000 MW - hence 65000MW will still NOT provide stable electricity tHEY SAY PEOPLE DESERVE THE LEADERS THEY GET - YOU VOTED OR RIGGED FOR PDP |
can that jacuzzi fit two ? |
We have heard that one before - congratulatory message my a s s - Give him a couple of days when reality hits home = maybe when he reports to the office on monday and it dawns that benefits of the Governor will come to end in less than 20 days - My man will hit tribunal straight. |
I remember that statement - saw it live on Channels tv then - I just chuckled what kind of structures does he have now ? |
Thank God al qedia confirmed it or else Cap28 will open a thread on how Osama is alive and working for the CIA ![]() |
another dumb thread - so i quote from biology text book - you give me praise and not the writer of the text book o shi |
Miles apart in brilliance - Looking to better lives from systems that work whilst GEJ is busy signing memorandum of padi padi zoning agreement and ministerial post prostitution in his odubu branch. Please a choose your destiny - who is the real leader with plenty positive ideas and implementation Also remember that the Borough of Southwark does have many Nigerian uk resident employees with the right skill set to better Osun state |
trust my igbo brothers - sharp sharp anytime they hear or smell opportunity to make money but one thing sha please dont forget to send royalities to the deceased family. I wish i was born Igbo by now i would have been a millionaire |
WHo gives a flying fuc - History only remembers those who left behind postive footprints - Unfortunately Yar adua was forever leaving foot prints at saudi hospitals. This should serve as a lesson to present leaders - stealing populous wealth cant buy you a lasting legacy - Hence People like Gani, AWO, ZIK and many more important folks would never be forgotten |
All these idiotic threads sef - Is a ministerial post a benefit to a region or to the entire country. Until we move away from appointing square pegs in round holes Nigeria will never see progress - what happened to appointments based on merit |
J12:I think you are wrong - for a country seeking FDI i will say rating are important - would u like to throw your money at a failed economy and also when it comes to government seeking to raise a bond - ratings do help in getting favourable interest rates. @post GEJ is suspect when it comes to handling economic matter - A man selecting ministers from a pool of Akala, Oyinola , Bankole, Iyabo and other failed politicians |
Beaf:Idiotic response from a PDP agbero - Where is your proof that 2billion is collected on monthly basis - Even BRF denied such claims i would rather you stick to delta politics where another mumu called Udadaghan is forever running on deficit with no substantial evidence on ground. Many worthy successor are ground to start wherever BRF finishes - Mr Muiz Banire is waiting in the shadows unlike the likes of Akala,Segun Oni, or OGD (PDP Best) which you gladly celebrate |
![]() Fresh fart indeed |
birmingham ke ? oga folly na only u wan attend |
100 Gbosa to ACN - Say no to a government of mediocrity - |

100 gbosas to real investigative journalism - while the rest remain stuck up in the president's bum Wishing SR many more years of real journalism - You definitely set the pace in Nigeria lest we forget NExtNews - them to deserve gbosa |
@ Post Does not diminish the fact that GEJ is still a very weak president - who would still starve to death if you lock him up in a food supermarket. A man with no known record of service delivery or implementation. Unfortunately his luck don run out since yesterday. |
banom:deliver ko baby deliverance ni highly unlikely from somebody whose middle name is ineptitude . How can a president deliver when his new ministers would be coming from these pool of people (SW rejects) bankole , Oyinlola, Akala, Iyabo, Omisores, Segun Oni I laugh in ghadddddddddddddddddaffffffffffffffffiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii |
use and dump - The same 55 parties that endorsed GEJ as their presidential candidate. Now it seem fit to wipe them out. Nigerians dont be fooled - Nobody complained when mago mago endorsements of GEJ was going on if a party has one or two support it is nobody business and it will be injustice to erase them from the register. Any attempt to turn Nigeria into two party state should be rejected I laugh in somali |
gej will never disappoint - once a clown forever a clown. let GEJ surround himself with SW rejects and see how far he will go |
Serious delusions - what job did beaf do apart from spamming NL with GEJ propaganda - SMH - Please poster - get a life - there is more to life than NL Nonsense |
