Politics › Re: US Blocks Nigeria’s Purchase Of Chinook Helicopters From Israel by BlackTechnology: 9:51am On Sep 23, 2014
skullz: During operation serval by the french against malian insurgents, the Algerians initially denied the french a safe passage across their airspace to carry out bombing raids in mali.
The french had to plead and engage in diplomstic tussle before they were granted one.
Algeria had the balls to do this because they know their military is capable.

Had the Algeria depended solely on western hardwares, would they have a strong military?? I don't think so.

Respect is earned.
That is why I keep insisting that we develop indigeous weapons through our university/polytechnic students project work

Until FG secretly instructs National University/Polytechnic Commission to encourage weapons related projects at student, department, departmental Association, faculty, University, states, geopolitical, regional and national levels, US will continue to treat us with disdain

JuanDeDios: Bad idea. Arms production is tightly controlled, not contracted out to unis. Dicon needs to get cracking.
You are damn wrong

Weapons development can be achieve through the Universities/Polytechnics faster especially in times like this
Politics › Re: $9.3m Deal: Northern Muslims Accuse FG Of Cover-up by BlackTechnology: 8:12am On Sep 23, 2014
arewanationz: Investigations by south african authorities revealed the money was for purchase of arms from an unlicensed arms dealer.

It's a double case of money laundering and illegal purchase of arms... The question here is for what purpose are they purchasing the arms? Definitely not to combat BH as stated by the lying Nigerian government.

Sentiments apart, coming from a govt who has shown a seccessionist tendencies and whom many in the north accuse of "enjoying" the insurgency in the region, and a deal involving a gang-star who has never hidden his hatred for Muslims, I think this is a matter to worry about.
Trash

Only parasitic ethnic groups will be scared of breakup

I will be happy if the arms were bought for secession.

You expect the pastor to be happy after the destruction of many churches in the North when no mosque has being touched in the south

I blame GEJ that he has not secretly directed our National Universities/Polytechnics Commissions to engage our undergraduates in weapons related projects.
Politics › Re: We Killed Shekau In Nigeria – Cameroon - Nigerian Army Lieing Again. by BlackTechnology: 7:52am On Sep 23, 2014
Cameroon military source can lie

How can they bomb a target deep inside Nigerian territory and our soldiers can operate deep inside their territory

Anyway it is good they are deceiving their citizens because they could foolishly attack Nigeria if a border dispute arise and we seize that opportunity to reclaim Bakassi

ChimaAdeoye: Ihejirika's refusal to allow USA free access to conduct the Boko Operations have really pained them.
When calling him a sponsor of Boko Haram has been exposed for its hollowness, now Ihejirika is a billionaira in their words.
Let the Federal government investigate the allegation on procurement funds, but it must be born in mind that America does not have the interest of the country at heart and cannot be trusted. They are most likely pursuing some revenge agenda here against a Nigerian officer they believe frustrated their evil plans for Nigeria under the pretext of "helping Nigeria find Chibok girls" and resolve Boko Haram insurgency.
Gbam especially if this info was actually made by US

debbleopto: This is the issue. The US military expert where invited to assist our military in training. The training also involved the use if weapons to combat terrorists. They were appalled seeing obsolete weapons in this 2014. whereas the govt had explained that this is the so and so amount already spent in capital for the military. So upon physical evaluation of those things, they discovered that the worth is far from the money said to been spent. The US official did not know they are reporting to the one holding to some of the money.
Now that FG is asking for weapons why have they refused to sell since they saw our soldiers using archaic weapons

jaz: there's been unprecedented level of corruption n Nigeria since the days of Jonathan. the current level of corruption is only comparable to Abacha regime. so many politicians and cohorts of Jona have turned sudden billionaires. transparency international has cried and cried and now given up hope. yet I c ppl dancing up and down singing only Jona can do it. yet u want good roads and education for ur children. u want equipped hospitals and food on ur table. Nigerians surely are blind and suffering from selfishness greed and every vitamins on dis world as they fail to c that they are not been led to any promise land. Nigeria will eventually rot and ur Jona will relocate wt his billionaire friends to rich men islands while ur generations suffer ur failings. watch... keep watching... keep singing... I pity u all

Ibnsultan: we need the political will as well as zero tolerance 4 corruption for us to start rekindle such steps.
Forget corruption

Just instruct the National University Commission ( NUC) to insist that weapons related projects be conducted at students, departmental, departmental society, faculty, university, state, geopolitical, regional and national levels.

Then you will see the type of weapons Nigerians can develop.

You don't need political will but political direction through political instruction

That is what brought out the best in Biafran technology.

Never underestimate your undergraduates is the secret behind Japan India and China success.

Until we do this, US will continue to bully us the way they bullied India and China years ago

The only mistake Ihejirika made is not to suggest this Biafran idea below

Are you saying me a pro-GEJ cursed GEJ or what

My comment is just a means to ridicule Cameroon military.

That's true and GEJ maintained it

Don't forget GEJ has increased trade with China/non-western nations and refused Gay law.

NgeneUkwenu: This is a serious matter, let's not go tribal! I am Igbo but I don't support criminality as exemplified by jonadafft and ihejirika!
Shut up

Why haven't the US freeze the accounts of OBJ IBB Danjunma etc

Is it because Ihejirika is Igbo and GEJ is Ijaw that is why US is talking

My opinion is

If this info is true, it means GEJ's govt has refused being US puppet which has angered the US

Imagine after refusing AFRICOM, increasing trade with China and refusing Gay law, do you think US will be happy.
