Anytime 190 enters a thread, he derails it.
I thought he was banned? How come he is still allowed to post?
My nomination is for Mr Cork and 190 for being the kind of people they are.

Chair cover is very right. Postinor is the morning after pill.
There is no other reason to take it than as a precaution for unprotected sex.

Pls, dat drug can be dangerous if not used properly.
I had a friend dat used it regularly as if it was a contraceptive pill.
She bled for 20 days non stop before she plucked up the courage to tell her mum who took her to the hospital.

Advice them well o cos this live has no duplicate.
Career › Re: Why Does It Take Some Companies So Long To Pay Their Worker? by blank(f): 6:40pm On Aug 07, 2010
I once worked in an indigenous oil servicing company in the finance dept.
Things were really rough we were owing banks large sums of money but we never owed staff salary.
Rather, what we did was to borrow money from banks at ridiculous interest rates to pay staff.
The only thing was that we froze salary increases, sacked redundant staff and did not pay any bonus for that period (13 months).
However, once the govt paid the money we were owed, we paid out bigger bonuses to staff for their patience.
Even those that were sacked were paid a prorated bonus.
That is an example of a responsible employer.
I still stop by to know how they are doing and they are growing bigger n bigger.

chinedumo:
this is what i will say
nobody has proved that marriage has become worse since the feminism movement
or that marriage before were better
until a concrete proof is produced feminism being a marital evil should be taken as a pinch of salt.
The only proof is that there are now more divorces than ever before.

And I guess what he is saying now is unguarded statement to you ehn?
Yes it is.
I would expect him to put things into motion that would curb it.
What benefit is it to the country to speak as he just has?
Rather, it will have the reverse effect on the real sector.
I don't want to go into macroeconomics but everyone knows the role of the CBN governor to create such an enabling environment.

I am sorry if i was misunderstood.
I just feel that he talks too much for a CBN governor.
Seems he doesn't understand dat he can derail the economy any time he makes unguarded statements.

My own personal experience has taught me that i have nothing to gain but everything to lose when i want to be equal with my husband.
He is so easy to get along its mind blowing.
At first, i wanted to pull rank with him and keep trying to be equal.
We had so many issues that i was beginning to wonder whether he was the same person i dated.
However, i read a book, Fascinating woman, that taught me to stoop to conquer.
Now, he pets me, pampers me so much people r jealous.
Anytime, we are in public, he praises me to the highest heavens.
He never makes any decision even if it is as mundane as can we move the chair to the other room without consulting me.

I thank God for wisdom.

Jokes Etc › Re: Male Bashing by blank(f): 2:43am On Aug 06, 2010
Objects (Are they male or female?)

Tire - male, because it goes bald and often is overinflated.

Sponges - female, because they are soft and squeezable and retain water.

Hammer - male, because it hasen't evolved much over the last 5,000 years, but it's handy to have around.

Kidneys - female, because they always go to the bathroom in pairs.

Ziplock Bags - male, because they hold everything in, but you can always see right through them.

Web Page - female, because it is always getting hit on.

Shoe - male, because it is usually unpolished, with it's tongue hanging out.

Remote Control - female, because it gives men pleasure, he'd be lost without it, and while he doesn't always know the right buttons to push, he keeps trying.

Swiss Army Knife - male, because even though it appears useful for a wide variety of work, it spends most of it's time just opening bottles.

Copier - female, because once turned off, it takes a while to warm up, it is an effective reproduction device when the right buttons are pushed, and because it can wreak havoc when the wrong buttons are pushed.

Hot Air Balloon - male, because to get it to go anywhere you have to light a fire under it, and of course, there's the hot air part.

Hourglass - female, because over time the weight shifts to the bottom.

Subway - male, because it uses the same old lines to pick people up.
Jokes Etc › Re: Male Bashing by blank(f): 2:41am On Aug 06, 2010
My two cents:

Men are like department stores, their clothes should always be half off.

Men are like vacations, they never seem to be long enough.

Men are like coffee, the best ones are rich, warm, and can keep you up all night long.

Men are like horoscopes, they always tell you what to do and are usually wrong.

Men are like plungers, they spend most of their lives in a hardware store or the bathroom.

Female One: Just discovered that it is a BELT!

I feel embarrassed any time someone mentions her name

Also, know someone whose nickname was LoLo.

I need 10 satchets of brown sugar to replace 4 satchets of white sugar - na wa ooo  - i hope i would not need 1 bag of brown rice to replace a cup of white rice. grin
Don't be too hasty to throw away your white rice.
Buy small brown rice first and taste it and see if it is something u can be eating regularly.
Don't say i didn't warn u.
Look for other sources of nutrients to eat healthy, maybe more fruits n vegetables not that brown rice.
Worse case is that it is even more expensive than normal rice.
