We can sell crude to Dangote and any other local refineries in naira and we buy refined products in Naira. Costs of importing, clearing, shipping etc will be eliminated. The county can decide to sell crude to refineries at reduced rate. etc.

If this country is incapable of running a state owned oil corporation as do Russia and the big players in the MidEast, they should scrap the damn thing or privatize it.
