pquaver: ....wow wow wow!!! Buffonery of the highest order confirmed...what a weak response....signs of someone who did not know what he was writing in the first place....see the so called IQ....The question is...those countries with far higher diaspora remittances(9.6%, 6%, and 6 1% of GDP for Phillipnes, Egypt and Mexico respectively in 2022 according to world bank data), do they have their exchange rates fluctuate month on month because thier people get salaries and are remitted? Then how is Nigeria special here?.....a country with far less diasporan remiitances than those countries and with same or similar % of foreign remittance contribution to their GDP. Think...idiot....think!!! Olodo buruku....who gave birth to didirin like this.. By the way I am 7 hours behind your country in time zone...dont need to spend the night in dealing with a dunderhead like you about what I learnt in secondary. school. |
...lol...i'm not surprised. The person who said he has been preparing for the job for many years.....came in 2 months and made the worst economic decisions without thinking....all in the name of bold decision making...he has killed Nigeria if you all don't know the country will never recover from those two decisions taken in the state of delusional state of mind.....yet, some boons can't see this. Nigeria will continue till borrow to survive. |
pquaver:... ....hhmmm!!...Abraham Lincoln said... "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubts" .......if only you had kept quiet..if you did not state what you thought you might be wrong about or what you are incapable of comprehending... how could we have known that you are this daft and empty headed?...in your mind, you have written something intelligent...omashey o!....kai!! IQ indeed!!. Lol!! Going by your dense and warped conjecture up there,it then means the Chinese Yen, the Indian Rupee, Mexican Peso, Philippines Peso and Egyptian pound(top five countries with the highest diaspora remittances according to the World bank), with home remiitances far in excess of what Nigerians remit back home, will be having their currencies fluctuate up and down at the end of every month due to people collecting salaries and remitting back home. HABA!!! All global data from world bank stated otherwise Try use your phone and data to do some intellectual research(not that you are capable of any comprehension though, going by the gibberish you have been spewing and foaming in the mouth) before making asinine statements and digging into the hole of stupidity to assert your idiocy or defend puerility. The moment you started your statement by saying you may be wrong, I knew an imbecillic sputum was coming out. If you were not sure, and knew you could be wrong, you should not have spurted that imbecillic statement that made us aware you are a fool and a retard. You removed all doubts, without bias, that you are incapable of any rational thinking by nature's endowment..... As I said, in a country of double idiots, they jointly appoint a senior idiot as their leader. NIGERIA will never get it right with poor thinking citizenry like you... |
pquaver:.....wow!..wow!!..wow!!! ......the more he wrote, the clearer it became he is a dunderhead. I am sure this one will be classifying himself as an educated one. God have mercy! Guy, let me leave you alone to swallow in your stupidity....it is clearer to me why Nigeria will never get a thinker as a leader...with citizenry that thinks like this....exchange rates fluctuate because of salaries ![]() .....God have mercy!!! |
pquaver:Truly, its above my IQ for citizens to think exchange rates are influenced by monthly salaries ...wow! wow!! wow!!!.. truly in the land of the double idiots.......the idiots rule |
pquaver:Just wow!!... imagine how the citizenry 🤔 No winder they have idiots as leaders |
The most stupid mistake a president will ever make is to make a gargantuan economic decion on personal impulse. This dude did not think at all or he was misadvised to floating the naira. Which goes to highlight all the accolades of experience and intellectual capabilities ascribed to him are overestimated. In fact if you listen to any if his free unscripted interviews, you will understand why he has not held any presidential press interview. Till now ans he will never..full of incoherence and gibberish....I fear for Nigeria under this dude. |
Paraman:Another daft response from one of those whose heritage is being sold for pittance. The phase they are interested in is to lekki free zone and not lekki phase one,my friend. You can label it any phase you deem fit |
Lol...this road is not getting to Calabar. I pity the gullible Nigerian believing the dummy sold to them by Tinubu. It will end with the 1st phase when it gets to the Lekki Free Trade Zone. That us the only viable portion of the project, then it will be abandoned afterwards. The target is ti create a highway between the new commercial centre of lagos, the refinery, seaport, airport and business areas in Lekki, to the Eko Atlantic city for the Chagourys who helped to fund Tinubus campaign. |
...another daft that found his way to power in Nigeria... |
BigIyanga:.. ....it is spelt "corroborated" ....not "collaborated" |
Awon ode eniyan |
Brenbentondiaz:U know the meaning of SEAL? If you do, you will not make that asinine statement. They are all-terrain and can take pictures anywhere. He is right though, forming a special squad without necessary equipment to match them up to a certain standard is pure waste of time and resources...in the light of Nigerian army SOF formed years back now acting as bodyguards for celebrities and as security men at social events these days |
These are glorified mallam mai guards, at best l. |
.....but an opposition governorship candidate that was a victim of an attack is being summoned...not even the attackers...lol...Nigeria under Tinubu is gone for good |
...this is very stupid....you can not claim to br liberalizing the economy and at the same time be fixing prices at which independent non govt. businesses selling their goods or services. This is a which hunt. adenigga: |
Well said....the guy no get experience at all...he thought Nigeria was Lagos where he was taxing and stealing the money. That singular act of devaluing the currency withiut putting proper anti inflation buffers in place has done an irreparable damage to the economy...it can not recover it in 20 years. Kukutenla: |
Exactly....I keep telling people that the biggest mistake was rushing to devalue the currency without proper thinking. He had a rush of blood in his head..mumuman greenermodels: |
You must be a daft. He is not raising objections to the project persee, he is pointing out obvious thieving by Tinubu and his cohorts....That project is a scam. ...completely overinflated shrouded in secrecy and designed to benefit the thieves and resuscitate the moribund Eko atlantic project which is a private concession arrangement between Tinubu and the Chagourys using state resources and commonwealth of Lagosians....just like the Lekki toll gate...its a bloody scam. If you cant reason beyond ethnicity in your everyday thinking, then hope is lost for you and your generation. PressMyButton: |
Calm down. That road will not pass Lekki Free trade zone(phase 1) The Nigerian Govt will then buy it back from HITec at double the money they used in constructing it. That project na scam...to siphon money out of the country through the Chagourys. That's why it was hurriedly approved without a public tender. Check LCC Lekki toll gate...na scam. If you know, you know. Zulu11zulu: |
Whoever believes this nonsense from this fraud of a propagandist should come,I have the white house to sell to such a person. This man used to be respected when he had an independent job at Galaxy then. But as soon as he got absorbed to TVC (Tinubus TV station) apparently for survival, he became a paid agent of lies and propaganda To start with, Tinubu can never call his fellow thieves to order, he doesn't have that integrity and the moral stance for such. Secondly, if it truly happened, it is not only Oniroju that would have heard it. It would be in the news given the type of propaganda driven govt in power now. Thirdly, if you wasted your time listening to the rubbish the man was saying at that interview, you would know that he was paid to do a job of which he knew nothing about or had no knowledge of...his muddled up economics, meaningless financial postulations and incoherence gave him out as unfit to do the job he was paid for. He should refund their money. |
No markerter imports fuel since June last year. Only NNPCPL does. Oluwademilade: |
....no sir, they are still busy with Bobrisky the most important corruption issue in the country |
Stupidity...africans never cease to amaze me with their dumbness |
This is the same NYSC that someone dodged and was rewarded with a Ministerial position. If you ve got the opportunity and the means, fly your kids out of the country to continue their lives...if they need the nonsense NYSC certif8cate they can always come serve later in comfort and luxury....I know many returnees from overseas who did the damn NYSC dhit from the comfort of their homes |
When people were jubilating on the news of thr Coastal road and i read that it was given to HiTec without any competitive bidding, I knew Tinubu was planning a big cash out at the expense of Nigerians. Let me tell you what will happen. That road will not be completed, it will most likely end at Lekki Free Trade Zone and it will be tolled. That section(1st phase) of road is the only lucrative part of the road as it connects the Eko Atlantic city to another commercial hub of Lagos where there will be a port a refinery an airport and other major commercial set ups. The remaining part from Epe to Calabar na jungle, nobody will pay a toll, they will prefer to take the existing Lagos Benin road that is currently untolled than pay a toll, so it will be abandoned. The reason that project is broken into phases and the haste in implementing the 1st phase. It was never discussed openly nor thrown open to a competitive bidding. After the 1st phase is finished, there will be a lot of noise about the tolling from the citizens and the FG will offer to buy it back from Hitec(aka the Chagourys) at an exorbitant price....money will be moved abroad and shared by the thieves disguising as leaders and their Lebanese partners. Same as it happened to LCC Lekki Toll gates.....Nigerians no know wetin dem enter... Atiku is right on this one...even though he is an okiri(king of thieves)himself |
I want to believe the story of this man more than the response from the governors office |
adioolayi:Question, you haven't answered. Chasing Bobrisky or prosecuting Ganduje, given limited resources, which would serve the public interest more and send the "high toned" anti corruption message more as a deterrence? All those things you typed na grammar. If you can answer honestly, without flinching, then, again, we know where you belong. By the way, just read the charges and went through the CBM act and the criminal codes, what Bobrisky was charged for is a misdemeanor, that should have been prosecuted by the police. There is no financial or economic crime in what s/he did. This was why there was an initial accusations of money laundering(was dropped immediately because they knew there was no evidence)to paper the gap that it's purely a witch-hunt. Such offices should have more important national issues to deal with to serve as deterrence, not this one |
Let me educate you. The measure of how well public institutions or offices perform world over is called the Triple E 1. Economy: How well you optimised the "supposedly" scarce public funds given to you to achieve your programs without overspending 2. Efficiency: How you used the "scarce" resources to score bigger points or make bigger impacts than the commensurate effect of the funds 3. Effectiveness: How your actions or implementations reach out to the populace or impact on their lives/change their lives positively in the direction expected by the policies or the government. The question you should ask yourself is, given the scarce resources that EFCC might have and other constraints, would the Triple E have been better achieved if these same resources are deployed instead to: 1. Prosecute Betta Edu who committed a blatant abuse of all economic and financial crimes in the face of the nation 2. Prosecute Ganduje: Who has been reported several times to EFCC(evidences of petitions abound) and who has boasted that no one can prosecute him unless EFCC or the AGF approves(we have been waiting for EFCC since 2018) 3. Prosecute Olubunmi-Ojo (Minister of Interior) whose company have been linked to receiving funds from the suspended minister(Betta Edu) and who never declared this same company in his deposit at the code of conduct bureau 4. So many other big ones.. I am no supporter of Bobrisky, and there are so many other well placed public figures that have been seen and publicly recorded to have been involved in the abuse of the naira(something i consider detestable personally)...but in the face of the supposedly scarce resources that EFCC claimed it had, would the public interest not be seen to have been served more and the Triple E not achieved better if EFCC deployed those resources to chase the cases i mentioned above?? if you can honestly answer the question without your conscience fluffing, then we know where your reasoning belong. We know Bobrisky is being prosecuted more for the kind of person that he/she is rather than the offence s/he is being arraigned for. The rest na story!! adioolayi:Let me educate |
...Nigeria on the float....u don't know anything. People are quick to accord accolades to Tinubu for some of the things that happened in Lagos under his governorship. Now let me give you an insight of what happens as you will see a lot of this happening soon as soon as his administration starts settling down....some new ideas will start coming up and those will be painted as innovative and forward looking with many positive benefits for the populace, with a lot of PR and other public opinion shifting mechanisms as to how those will benefit the people more or in the public interest l, even if these ideas are retrogressive, needless, painful, and meaningless to the people in the face of other public priorities. These ideas are private proposals brought by business entities to make more money at the expense of the populace...but disguised as a public initiative. This will be forced down the throat if the people after the "Oga" and his boys would have incorporated their share of the revenue(%) in percentages....public assets or properties will be converted at an almost free or little cost to the business ventures....money will be made and be shared with little or no benefit to the populace. E.g. ikeja mall, Alpha Betta consulting, BAT diagnostic centre in Lasuth, LCC, Eko Atlantic(chagourys),etc....these were business proposals brought to him under a revenue sharing formula but disguised as public interest initiatives.I won't be surprised if this is an idea from one of the private businessmen and sold to one of his men...look deeply to the company that will implement this....as.mentioned above, na one of them... |
I believe the current EFCC has lost its focus. I agree with Odinkalu |
