A rich man had only one daughter. On dat set day, all d able-bodied young men came out. Some came out wit papers & biro & odas wit cutlasses & swords.

The rich man took dem to his swimming pool & addressed de men, "Any of you who can swim from one end of dis swimming pool 2 oda would marry my daughter. In addition, I will give him 15 million dollars, a car, & a house so dat dey can start life well. I shall be waiting 2 meet my son-in-law at d oda side.

As de young men, all very excited at de prospect of winning,started taking their shirts off, a helicopter came over de pool & dropped giant snakes & crocodiles into de pool.
Immediately, all de men turned back & started wearing their shirts again. Disappointed, some of dem said, "that's crazy, let's know who will marry dat girl, no one will"

Have u eva wondered,Y do bad things happen? Y can't it be goodthings all d way in d affairs of man &d universe in general & not vice versa?

Some Philosophers in a bid 2provide answers 2d stated questions,argued dat d universe is naturally comprise of OPPOSITES & CONTRADICTIONS,4 e.g,there are,light & darknex,life &death,sicknex &health,rich &poor,male &female,hot &cold,black &white etc,so its only natural 4bad 2 happen just like evryoda Opposite does!

But,for me,first,I see d bad tins dat happen as a "BALANCER" in d affairs of man! D catalyst dat propels man into APPRECIATION & GRATITUDE. In odawords,badtins happen,so dat man can appreciate,Value,treasure & celebrate good tins wen dey do occur. Just like there is darknex so light can be appreciated etc.
For example,If a sound-sighted man stumbles into a blind helpless man,he wil see a cause 2 be grateful& treasure his sight! & if per adventure,d blind helpless man regain his sight,he will most certainly be grateful,value &cherish dat sight.

Secondly,imagine a world on dis planet earth,where evrytin dat happens is nothing bt good,good,good& good! Definitely,good will lose its value &worth in d eyes of man;consequently man being who he is will likely cease 2 even notice these good occurences,let alone value &celebrate dem,since it has become more or less, a perpetual happenstance or routine wit little or no worth. In oda 2 prevent such frm happenin, bad tins do happen so as 2 strike a balance in d world. And dats Y u see man jubilatin,throwing parties & makin merry etc wen goodtins happen cos its not always easy 2come by.

3rd,Badtins happen 2serve as a warning,which in most cases serves as a deterent 2 odas in takin actions & even inactions. It equally serve as a correction &constant reminder,you reap wot eva you sow.

Finally,Badtins happen so dat God may manifest &demonstrate His GLORY,just like He did 4 d pple of Isreal 4 instance. He let dem suffer in d hands of d Egyptians(bad) so dat His Glory wil be manifested @ d end(good) as was shown in His dividin d Red Sea &leadin dem (Isrealites) tru but destroyin d Egyptians chariots &warriors.

Lesson,man shuldnt see d bad tins dat happen somtimes as d end of life,we shuld always hav it in our minds dat dey(bad) happens 4 a reason & doesn't last 4eva.We shuld therefore learn 2put our acts 2geda,learn frm d bad wen it occur& get ready 4 d good tins dat lies ahead & awaits us.


NOTE,Matters like dis are not & can't be treated wit finality,because if we do,it will definitely lose its essence as critical inqury& thus becomes a dogma.
