anthochie:
Are u saying that with a students visa...it's okay to apply without consequences
i'm saying people have done it without any problems, its up to you to decide if you want to apply from ukraine or Nigeria.

anthochie:
my challenge was clearly stated....I'm in the dark as to if there are negative consequences to applying from Ukraine....rather than my home country. I was told that a majority of Nigerians who applied in the past had been denied...
way back in part 4 or 5 someone applied from the US i think GboyegaD and another guy applied from the UK. It's a different case if you have a visitor's visa. I think people with students' visa are treated differently.

Documents speaks more than some lines in n SOP.
@ohammed199 depended on explainaation in his SOP but it didn't quite work.
His study gap is a Long one and at 27, he will need more than a good SOP.
Employment details
Personal assets and accounts..etc.
And if he really has none of those?
and i never said he shouldn't add documents and rely on God. Read my comment again please.

The farm is true. Infact it was set up Jan 2014. So I cannot have a rep from the company write and provide me an employment letter and pay slips because It was recently opened. Also, I'm looking looking for an alternative. I do not know wat to do at this time and need an advice.
IMO, i don't think you should complicate issues for yourself by putting any work documents from your farm if you haven't been working there, if they find you out its way worse. A good SOP and well written CV will do it in your case. You said you've been doing other little jobs, talk about it and how it relates to the course you want to study and why you need the degree to break through the glass ceiling in your field.

Focus more on showing that your brother can sponsor you easily (bank statetements, pay slips, property docs, pension, his farm documents) and pray for favour.
you'll be good

What I meant to say that is...not actual visa, work permit or study permit is.
Exactly the point the other brother is trying to make. As far as being legal in canada is concerned what matters is the study/work permit and not the TRV.
It's funny how y'all have been saying the same thing all this time, but in different ways
TravelRe: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by blessedfavoured: 9:15pm On Apr 22, 2015
justwise:
TRV is not visa, study permit given to you at the POE is and that is what you need to extend/renew before it expires
TRV is not visa? why then do you need it to re-enter even with a valid work/study permit.
For the record; TRV - Temporary Resident Visa

And i think TRV is the same class of visa issued to visitors..
TravelRe: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by blessedfavoured: 9:13pm On Apr 22, 2015
but then again... we've been on this matter ?"2 pages ago".
The person that asked the question should just call cic's call centre jere.
TravelRe: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by blessedfavoured: 9:09pm On Apr 22, 2015
justwise:
You lot are missing the point, visa is an umbrella name for different types of permits.....work, study, visiting etc whatever is stamped on your passport at the POE is the visa aka work permit or study permit.
Apparently, in Canada, you can have a valid study permit/work permit even when the original visa issued from naija(trv) is expired. and you can also renew the study permit even when you don't have a valid trv. But if you plan to leave canada and re-enter even with your valid study permit, you still need to get a trv.

Valid point McJimmy, very reasonable conclusion you arrived at. But of course, they do request sources of funds such as employment and all. Screening doesn't get better than that. That's why it takes time cod they have to verify all they can I presume. Mind you, drug lords are everywhere. The U.S. shares boundaries with one of the highest drug notorious countries in the world (Mexico). But I repeat, your point is very valid.

... and how does a physician who administer anesthetics prior to, during, or after surgery or other medical procedures; earn more than a certified internetwork expert?
lol obviously u know nothing about the medical field. an anesthetist could make as high as 450k in nigeria for abdominoplasty and the likes. Nothing less than 100k per case(depends on size of hospital and nature of surgery) and they could do close to 5 cases in a good day. do the math sir.

Don't judge by the looks of doctors oh, they dont spend much on themselves, but when u see their families you will know.

30DD got mine done last year at debenhams. Before then, i had been wearing 32c (after measuring myself) and the thing used to spill out from under. Most uncomfortable thing ever.
Better have someone do it for you, you'll never get it right if you do it yourself.
