The Yoruba are the most tribalistic bunch in Nigeria. I really don't blame them cos its the fallout of a structurally skewed Federation. Back to what you posted about your coy. In mine, you don't stand a chance with the top guns if you don't have an Adewale, Adeyemi or Adebayo to your name. A clear case in focus was the moving of the production of our leading brand from SE to Lagos and almost 80% of our factory operations as well which was essentially to spite the Igbos and now we have lost competitive advantage of that particular brand which the coy had leveraged on for years cos the quality of the said brand dropped significantly ever since its production was move to Lagos thereby losing its market leadership to our competitors. The Yoruba oligarchs running things in other to save face are strategizing on how to relocate the factory back to SE because of the steady decline in the brand's performance in the market.

I am an Anambrarian... I speak Hausa, Yoruba and Igala fluently. So you will be in error to assume that we find it difficult to understand Hausas and Yorubas. Some of my grt friends are non-igbos.
