You won't be getting any progress because what you used on the cloth isn't starch but adhesives.
Redefine your search
There was progress. The hardness reduced but from my observation it will need to be rinsed or watched several times to get complete progress . Thanks for your input

Xisnin:
The topic of this post shows that you are 100% responsible for your family problems. Whenever a person blame others for a matter that is joint responsibility, I know they are the major culprit.
Since you didn't share any specific detail I believe from the onset you were trying to fight their potential influence but you lost out and now claiming victim.
If your wife's parent are not jobless, there is no way they would spend all their time trying to influence your marriage, they
have their own life to live. And if they are both jobless, it is your fault that you married from such a family.

No, a parent advising their daughter is none of your business even though you are the husband.
You don't expect your wife to cut out her parents from her life because she is now married.

The way forward is to ask yourself what you really want, maybe it is absolute control or being contented and not worrying about frivolous issues.
If it is the former you want, you need another wife, preferably one without a family who would be at your beck and call.

A couple's problem begin the day they think they are going into marriage to fight some imaginary enemies. With such mindset,
enemies will keep showing up.
Exactly, the OP might be the cause of the problem and moreover no man can stop his wife family from giving her advice or their influence in his home.

Alright. maybe a teaspoon (those very small spoon) for a shirt abi? will it also mean that I won't have to starch the shirt again as the starch will be permanent?
A teaspoon would do. It won't be permanent but for a long period of time you would not have to add starch

Mumu OP - next time before you create a topic. Pause, think and ask yourself this basic question: Is this post sensible or senseless?
Congratulations! You have created the most senseless post of the month.

Leave the mumu OP. He is one of those that will do everything to be more righteous than his white slave masters. What a monumental disgrace.

Shithole? You must be mistaking 9ja for your vagina.
That vagina part though.
Nigerians have a problem though. What concerns booing a player with how in other countries they have moved on and we're backward. Thunder strike his name. I would have even be disappointed in the fans at Wembley Stadium if they didn't boo that pompous prick.

Put a little quantity in a bowl, mix it properly with your hand while you add water. But make sure it's watery else you'll get crackers biscuit instead of a shirt

Business / How Can I Remove Heavy Starch From Clothes by Blonchilli(m): 4:33pm On Jun 02, 2018
I need help from anyone with the relevant experience. I've checked other website and all the method I tried didn't work. I run a dry cleaning services and I was introduced to a new synthetic starch and after using it the first time noticed it makes the clothes really hard so I found a way to manage it because I bought it in large quantity. Unfortunately I was away at work when a customer dropped some clothes and the lady working for me applied it to the clothes that already has it in it. Now I've been trying to at least reduce the amount of starch in it but it's having little effect.
So anyone who knows how to reduce the amount of starch please your suggestion is needed. Would vinegar help?

The comments on the first page is really sickening. And coming from guys it's safe to assume that the problem in marriage are from guys who feel entitled and assume all women cheat. That's pathetic. You think marriage of old would last if our fathers were always assuming that their wives are cheating it would last? It's obvious that they're are kids with childish mentality. Do they know how stressful it is managing a home while working logistics? Do they know what working logistics is in the first place? Or they think marriage is all about sex? They're so many things to think about than sex. Or do they expect the pussy to stay the same way after constant knacking? Op hope you've seen why it's not important to take one's marriage problems to nairaland ,they're insensitive. They're kids. Op I think it's normal for your vagina to slack after sometimes, have you given birth? I read an article sometime ago that stress also affects the vagina. So check the internet, not nairaland, and you'll find answers. As for your husband attitude if the apology would work do that and try and rekindle your sex life. Fix a day off, book a hotel room, change environment, set the place and have sex you've never had. Try something new. Fix your schedule for a few days before that to lighten your work load. If you have kids take them to a relative and spend a day or two with hubby. Preferably Saturday and Sunday. After love making talk to him. All these kids talking don't know jack about marriage. That misogynist prick is the worse. I thought he had sense but it's obvious he and his cohort have nothing up stairs but bash women up and down.

That is what music should be all about. Social awareness not always about love and yarsh. Great musicians are remembered for their social activism. Fela, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Lucky Dube, John Lennon etc.

We are tired of this nonsense that we celebrate. Falz #bringnigerianmusicback.

Is it wrong for P’square to organize anambra festival like Tuface does in Benue? They rather tear themselves apart publicly. Disgraceful!
With all the celebrities that come from Anambra, there is no giving back to their hometown. Flavour go Enugu go build night club. As if that is what will make the youths grow. He learned how to play guitar and piano which led him to success. Instead of opening a bigger music school that will pave the way for many more like him. Where our sense go abeg? Is flavor not rich enough to build a music school and buy instruments for poor kids to learn music skills? P’square no fit do am?
They are all busy looking for already made to sign to make quick money but they cannot help anyone. Yemi Alade say work plenty but she has not posted any vacancy since she became a celebrity. Na when people beg her money she know say work plenty. Is she not rich enough to put people on payrolls?

Omotola, Ini Edo and Rita Dominic dem gather wear pyjamas abi na bathing suit take pictures together. For what? We do not know. Girls are mutilated and kidnapped. Is that not a cause for celebrities to fight for? Look at the story of Ese Oruru. Everybody has forgotten not knowing that it goes in a circle. They all came out throwing support for bb9ja housemates. But an orphaned teenager was raped and has no job. Who will bail the girl out financially? One has had a baby after being being raped and she had the baby already? Tonto Dike pledged to give someone 1 Million naira just because of a twitter post. The other one pledged to give two million naira to counter Tonto’s pledge. But look at this teenage mother whow is an orphan. There is God oh. One aboki came out seeking contribution for a one-legged mallam working under the sun. Genevieve Nnaji are you blind to this teenage mother? Rita dominic would it be bad to support this teenage mother who were raped? Not that they had sex out of consent. They have to deal with the trauma all their lives. Where is E-money? Not to spray money during weddings oh. Yemi alade will you give her a job? Davidoo this girl is not asking for Porsche o. Tiwa Savage is one of the most tight-fisted person I have ever known. She just does not care about anyone else. Phyno, you are now of age to reach out to the poor. We are not asking for millions. But since we have bought your CD’s and paid to watch you perform, we are part of your success. We also have a right to beg because when you all begged, we came to support you.
Someone give this guy a bloody medal, make this a thread, move it to the promised land and let this our fake celebrities read this. I stopped downloading naija music, movies and reading anything related to their celebrity after realizing that they give absolutely nothing to the society. Their American celebrities despite their controversies have done more than our celebrities and Nigerian government have done for their people. But Falz made me believe something good can come out. I don't care if he even copied Childish Gambino sweatpants he did what a artist need to do. Stand the Bleep up.

Hmmm.. Life is not the same for everyone.. I understand this.. Oh, how I wish your dad was educated.. I mean, no educated man would react the way he did.. He should be aware it's only natural for an adolescent to want to explore how her body works.. It is only the duty of the parents to monitor her ...

God can heal you. He is not like your biological father.. But first, the healing process will begin when you thoroughly forgive your parents.

While I was in secondary school, I was once falsely accused of stealing my classmate's phone. I was beating, threatened and hurt... When I gave my life to Christ in Ss3, I decided to forgive them.. And that is where I knew peace and God's love glowed into my heart. You can take this step too.. Or you may allow unforgiveness to eat you up slowly and land you eternally in Hell...

Your parents did what they did for their reputation and because they loved you...

Yet , you must understand that God loves you more.
That's sick love. Children are meant to be guided. The funny part is as religious as they are they had opted for abortion. Their reputation to others was more important than the well-being of the child

Most parents care about the compliments they'll get from people concerning their kids, than the comfort and happiness of their kids.

If he cared enough about you, if he believed you, if he cared for your happiness as a daughter, he wouldn't have concluded with what Nathan's uncle told him. He quickly acted because he felt a 3rd party will now see him as an undisciplined pastor and a father, which is one problem of most fathers.

Well, I believe you are a grown lady now, but one thing we should know is that when you can't forgive and forget how bad your parents treated you, you must choose one, because if you don't, it'll turn to hatred, and from HATRED > ENEMY > EVIL PLANS > DEATH > REGRETS.

Find a place in your heart to forgive them since you can't forget, they are your parents and will continue to be, they never wanted to hurt you, it was their mentality of training a daughter to avoid waywardness, they sure love you, find a way to accept them back, anyone who grew up with strict parents will understand me better, at a time then, you'll start wondering if they are your real parents, but you now do nothing but to laugh whenever you remember what they did. Forgive them, I know it's very hard from a woman to get healed from such emotional, sexual and psychological trauma. But you just have to forgive them.

Concerning the relationship issues, you need a counselor, you can't battle it alone, and before going for any counseling, do well to make sure you've forgiven your parents, because it'll help free your mind for you to learn and be alright.

Goodluck.

To the parents in the house what was your greatest challenge raising your kids or what challenges are you facing now? From coming to understand what parenthood is to responsibilities and the child's needs and wants to the most beautiful memories you have .
