A Christian should flee from fornication because his body is God's temple.

1 Corinthians 6:15-18 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.
What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

This is not in the 10 commanment is it?
Its obvious I have been talking with a kid.

Here is dictionary definition of fornication.

To seek God's good and welfare is to love a his people the christians.
That's a lie Jesus never said to love God is only to love people.

He separated the 2 commands.

Loving God and ones neighbour

Showing you cannot substitute one for the other.

Mark 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
12:31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

That is why works cannot save anyone, it is only after salvation that ones work will be reward.

Unsaved people doing good works is a waste.
Why are they unsaved? they have the law of faith,

They believe in the righteousness of Jesus which has been imputed upon them, so what right do you have to call them unsaved?

Afterall you said all we need to be saved is faith.

And Jesus told you it is the ten commandments?

Interesting, so God's commandment cannot be love?

1 John 3:11
For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

False religion has blinded you
You have be saying all we need is faith, but the irony is that faith must always lead to obidence to God's law.

If Adam and Eve had faith in God, and that his commandment to them was true and for their own benefit, they would have obeyed God's command not to eat from the forbidden tree.

Faith does not lead to lawlessness rather it leads to obidence.

Romans 2:13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. 2:14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one anotherwink

Here Paul is saying when we have the Law of God written in our hearts it produces fruits, with our conscience bearing witness.

You claim all we need is faith, but you lie, becos we will be judged by the 10commandments also called the law of liberty, hence we are advised to keep them.

Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God. 2:12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;

James 2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

If there is no law or we are no longer expected to obey it, why are we then going to be judged by it?

We are to obey and keep the 10commandments so says, Apostles James and Paul.

James 2:11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. 2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

Paul.
Romans 2:13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

Imagine none of them mentioned faith, Paul even said to be justified by God we should be doers and not just hearers of the law.

Apostles James also told us to obey and do the 10commandments which he calls the law of liberty.

James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
1:23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
1:24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

James 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

And the law of liberty is no doubt the 10commandments.

Here is the evidence.

James 2:11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

Apostles james says to love is to fufill the Royal law.

James 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

So what is the Royal law?

James 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

It's obvious the Royal law spoken by James as fulfillment of Love is the 10commandments.

Clown.

Of course Jesus and Paul said Love is the keeping of the 10commandments.

Something I have proved over and over.

Romans 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

James 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

Galatians 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Here is Jesus saying the law is the 10commandments.

Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 22:38 This is the first and great commandment. 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Either you are blind or you don't have sense to comprehend that Love means to keep the 10commandments with all this evidence I have given.

The law of faith was not written explicitly,
The of faith is, to recieve something you have to believe God's word.

Unlike the law of works where you have to work to be righteous, in the law of faith you believe in Jesus to be made righteous.

Lol, we who walk in the spirit already surpass the law,
Keeping the ten commandment will not earn you heaven,
The rich ruler kept the ten commanment yet he was not qualified,

But those who do nothing but believe on Christ receive it freely.

Romans 4:5
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Jesus said except your righteousness exceed those of the pharisee, you have no place on his kingdom.

Matthew 5:20
For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

You might be thinking your righteousness exceed that of the scribes but wait a minute?

James 2:10
For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

Remember if you brake just one law you have broken the whole, there is no room for error.
Meaning you have to be sinless, I hope you are sinless or else you are no different from other sinners.
I have decided not to answer or explain anything to you again.

You should do the explanation now.

So which commandments is Jesus referring to in this verse?

Revelation 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

1. Jesus didnt go round telling people to keep the ten commandment to be saved, after this incidence with the young ruler, is there any other place Jesus told anyone to keep the ten commandment to be saved?
2. Why Jesus said such to him was to prove his desire to be righteous, although he kept the ten commandment yet he was not qualified what did that tell you? That righteousness can never come by keeping the ten commandment.
Paul literally there was no law that could give life.
3. Paul never ask us to keep the ten commandment but rathe we who live by faith establish it.

What business has someone living in Nigeria have with us constitution, when he is speaking of the law even without specifying he is talking of the one he is under.
Let me school you a little.

Fruit means a product or result of something or a seed planted.

Spirit in the Bible for the context it was used means ones Thoughts, Will, passions, desires and wants.

When Paul says fruits of the spirit he means that our thoughts, will, passions ,desires, wants should be product of Godly things.

How do we know what things are Godly or acceptable to God if not by the 10commandments.

Romans 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

You see you cannot run away from God's 10commandments weather you claim fruits of the spirit or fruits of the flesh or mango, whatever you claim God's 10commandments are paramount.

Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

So someone who walks in the spirit has already surpassed the law.

Note the ten commandment is the covenant God made with Israel.

Exodus 34:28

Mind you it was moses that wrote the ten commandment on the table of stone not God, the one God wrote was broken, the one place inside the ark is the one written by moses just as he wrote the other part of the law.
That's a lie, God wrote the ten commandments with his fingers not Moses neither did the one written by Moses was put inside the Ark.

Exodus 34:1 And the LORD said unto Moses, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first: and I WILL write upon these tables the words that were in the FIRST tables, which thou brakest.

34:28 And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

34:29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.

This is the evidence that it was God himself who wrote the 10commandments the second time himself.

Deuteronomy 9:10 And the LORD delivered unto me two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them was written according to all the words, which the LORD spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.

It's obvious that Moses wrote some of the laws pertaining to sacrifice and Judical laws of Israel, but the facts also shows that it was God who wrote the 10commandments as Moses confirmed in Deuteronomy.

When you claim anything abeg put Bible verses to prove your point just like I do.

Do you read what you wrote here?
How is Nigeria abolishing a specific part of the constitution and Abolishing the constitution itself the same?

Death penalty is only a part of the constitution, removing it does not mean abolishing the constitution.

So, if the ten commandments where abolished which of the law of moses is still left standing?

Note the ten commandment is the covenant God made with Israel.

Exodus 34:28
And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

Hebrews 8:13
In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

Mind you it was moses that wrote the ten commandment on the table of stone not God, the one God wrote was broken, the one place inside the ark is the one written by moses just as he wrote the other part of the law.
You should be asking yourself that.

That's what you claim by saying that the 10commandments no longer exist becos one verse says a certain law no longer exists, therefore you claim it is the entire law.

See how you are twisting the Bible.

Words of Convenant are different from Convenant.

The 10commandments are the words that was read or given to the Children of Isreal to which they agreed and accepted which brought them into a convenant with God , this was sealed with the blood of bulls and rams.

When the Convenant was broken by the Israelites becos they could not do God's commandments.

God introduced a new convenant which still contains the law or 10commandments and was sealed by the blood of Jesus, but with promise of the law been written in our hearts and the power of Christ to enable us obey and do the commandments.

so if the ten commandment can bring perfection why is there need for another covenant?
Becos of the Children of Israel, since one can get away with sin by bringing a sacrificial offering their was no conscious effort by them to obey and meditate on the law.
Mind you the same law is written in our hearts by God in the New convenant.

Hebrews 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. 10:2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins. 10:3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year. 10:4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. 10:5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: 10:6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.

Secondly the convenant was defiled by the Israelites.

Nehemiah 13:29 Remember them, O my God, because they have defiled the priesthood, and the covenant of the priesthood, and of the Levites.

Keeping the 10 commandments is the same or a proof of one loving God. So said Jesus.

You can see that Jesus answered this 3 different persons with the same answer but in different way.
Meaning the 10commandments is loving God and ones neighbour.

1st person.
Matthew 19:16-26
King James Version
16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,

19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

2nd person.

Luke 10:25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 10:26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. 10:28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

3rd person.

Matthew 22:35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, 22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 22:38 This is the first and great commandment. 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
