MaxInDHouse: Sun-Day is the worship of Sun and the Roman empire conquered the world to set the standard for working day. All these we know but God's word has nothing to do with marking of days anymore, it was established so that God's people, their slaves and beasts of burden can have a time to rest! Exodus 23:12 So Holy-Day (holiday) as instituted according to God's law has a specific purpose (that people serving God may rest) and since we have time to rest there is no need going back to the old covenant but birthday celebration has nothing absolutely NOTHING to do with God whether in the old or new covenant! Really? Do you know that the sabbath day was insistuted as a memorial of God creating the Earth and not just for Human rest? |

Really? You don't know what colossians2:16 is saying. Jesus said nothing even a T or dot will be done away from the law, so either you or Jesus is liaring, and I know it is you. |

MaxInDHouse: The world agreed to work from Monday to Friday, Saturday for parties and Sunday for worship. So since we don't have any say over our employers we reschedule our time for worship in order to meet up with our secular works. We either worship on Saturdays or Sundays since God's word has rendered the old covenant (which say our worship must be on Saturdays) obsolete. But as for birthdays we have the choice either to join in the pagan custom or ignore! Really? You don't know what you are saying. Go and google the histroy of Sunday worship. |

igbesachick: funny, who cares what you say ? ask yourself, whenever 5G is mentioned, ppl will think of what ? Huawei and china. simply put "5G patent" in google, and you see what happens.
as if chinese and american will against each other and you guys can salvage the crumbs from the trade war . actually, they are cooperating pretty well. Huawei cpu 40% from america, 30% from taiwan, the rest is developed by itsel, called kirin cpu. and huawei also buy from intel. you only know qualcomm, as if that is your sugar dad.
the rare dirt which is the crucial element of cpu, is from china . it has 90% reserve in the world.
and which country signs 5G construction contract with qualcomm ? zero. it is just a cpu supplier that aspires to be a 5G solution provider. it has to go a long way before reach what huawei has done today.
if huawei is a china company with shiethole products, why the West smears it ? nobody gives a shiet to the real shiets made in nigeria. Who gives a Bleep about your opinion? |

igbesachick: are you blind?
huawei not just being the biggest patent possesser, it also is the biggest market occupier, with 36% global market share while erricson 24% as the second. Qualcomm has zero market even in usa itself. literally , america has no 5G projects being under construction right now while huawei has contracts with 22 countries, not to say the construction in china itself.
it will end up like bullet trains, china possesses 75% bullet trains in the world while america has almost zero. Clown, Qualcomm does not produce Telecom equipment like Ericsson and Huawei. You are really naive becos if you understand how things work you will know that Huawei can lose that market share in 1day. So China invented bullet train? |

Christianity Etc › Is It Ok For A Christain To Celebrate His Or Her Birthday? by blueAgent(op): 3:32pm On Mar 29, 2021*. Modified: 11:24am On Apr 13, 2021 |
One topic and subject that has divided Christains, is the issue of one celebrating his or her birthday,
As Christains are we supposed to celebrate our birthdays or is it wrong? To answer this questions we will examine God's words and Bible examples inorder to better understand God's opinion concerning this topic.
The Bible is silent on the issue of one celebrating his or her birthday, infact there are only 2 instances or examples of birthdays been celebrated in the Bible one was by pharaoh(Genesis 40:20) and the other was by Herod(Matthew 14:6)
When the Bible is silent on an issue it is left for us to use our discretion in making decisions. Secondly we also need to consider if that issue or subject offends or displeases God in anyway and does it rob God of his glory?.
A good argument for celebration of ones birthday is the case of the institution of Marriage. While God himself instituted marriage there is no clear example in the Bible that marriages should be celebrated with feast, but we all know that Jesus attended a marriage feast where he turned water into wine, thus we can conclude that marriage feasts are acceptable to God.
In the book of Gensis 21:8 Abraham the Man God called his friend threw a feast when Isaac his son was weaned although not a typical birthday but it was greatly celebrated by Abraham and his family.
In Job3:1-end Job was cursing and lamenting about his day of birth, this normally would have been a day of celebration but Job was bitter becos of the difficulty he found himself but he still recognized the uniqueness of his day of birth and God's sustenance all through his life.
In plsams 90:12 the psalmist requested that God will teach them to number their days, inorder words to acknowledge their age or days on Earth.
There is nothing wrong in one appreciating God for adding one year to their life, if it is wrong than is it better we complain, murmur and curse God on our birthdays?
Celebrating birthdays with feast or not is left for an individual to decide, but weather with feast or not all should be done with humility.
Psalms 6:5 For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?
Psalms 35:18 I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.
Psalms 97:12 Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. Ephesians 5:20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Psalms 71:6 By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.
In Conclusion. It is obvious that there is nothing inherently evil in one celebrating his or her birthday, rather it is an opportunity for one to express his gratitude to God for life given and to pray for more of God sustanance for years to come. In my own personal view that day should be used to reach out to the less privileged and those who are in difficult situations like those in prisons this a way of expressing ones gratitude to God.
Like Paul says in Roman 14:6 anyone can regard any day unto God as special be it your birthday or not but what matters is that in all, all Glory should be given only to God. Romans 14:6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
Thank You. |

Germany choose huawei help build 5G. so as austria, czeck, switzerland, poland, hungary, greek.
which european country has its own company ? Nokia? Errisson? are they still existing?
even USA has no its own 5G company. 5G is a complex solution , not just a cpu chip made in qualcomm. with 5G , a mine worker can work in office to control a robot to dig mine underground. you think 5G is cellphone signal ? dumb ass !
the second distant 5G competitor is samsung. You are funny, you cannot differentiate between develop and deploy. For your information 5G was not developed by any Chinese firm, rather it was developed by a group led by European and US firms. Huawei is not the only provider of 5G technology neither did they solely develop it. It's obvious you are a Chinese apologist no wonder you have sold your sense. |

if you want new inventions from china, 5G is the proof. 60% patents come from china . even if your country invites korea help build 5G, you need to pay patent fees to Huawei the same.
and more new chinese invetions are coming, in exponential times than the first industrial revolution. bicycle is just a trinket from the 1st revolution. and the country , UK, that led the revolution has already been powerful enough to give a big shiet to you guys. and check the USA, the leader of 2nd and 3 rd revolutions, who turned UK to be a shiet itself.
now it is 4th tide of industrial revolution with new inventions. That's how you parrot lies Huawei never invented 5G neither did they own the patent. 5G was invented and developed by Qualcomm, although not sole by them. The stupid habit of you ignorant folk is argue with almost anybody. There no wisdom in your argument. What history of technology have you read?
Give me a bit historical knowledge base on intuition not copy and paste data. The major development in the European and western world hit its peak during the 1800s to 20th century with the development of physics. Prior to that time nothing much about the so called western or Europeans.
Funny enough the so called westerners has very little contributors to the enlightenment of the 1800s to 20the century. Majority of contributors were Europeans and you've been spamming this thread with westerners . So Isaac newton, Albert Einstein , Neil bohr , Schrödinger , Dalton etc are westerners ?

if so, why china is depicted as the antipode of the west ? why the propaganda is fraught with "righteous democratic west VS vicious freedomless china" ?
