No problem. Other continents are making exploits in technology, health, research etc and in the process reducing poverty, disease, societal ills to make humanity a better place but what do we have in Africa? Highly religious people that are ironically very far from God!
All we are after here is how to build the highest capacity church/mosque, plant the most church/mosque branches, wasting money and man hours while enriching Saudi Arabia in the name of pilgrimage, killing others everyday in the name of honoring some god, wasting man hours in the name of crusades/revivals/night vigils etc yet evil continues to soar across the land.

We have become the world's poverty capital for a reason!
We are today housing the world's two deadliest terror groups for a reason!
We are today suffering all manner of crises for a reason!
We are doomed going forward because we have refused to evolve like normal humans!
According to Charles Darwin's theory, those that fail to evolve will ultimately go extinct and their is no doubt we are already going extinct!
Bible warned us that people die because of lack of knowledge yet we have refused to be reasonable!

We are already poverty stricken but these stinkingly rich pastors keep warning us of Doom befalling us if we refuse to hand over 10% of our widow's might to them!!

They can build 1 million churches, buy 10 private jets, and enjoy their heaven while still here on Earth but promise us our own heaven when we die.

God have mercy on us and deliver us from ignorance and lack of knowledge!!!
Religion has nothing to do with all this ills you mentioned. Blacks are just stupid and dumb, Even the Saudi Arabia you called are more religious than Nigeria same with Italy home of the Roman Catholic Church.
Even if all blacks in Nigeria turn to atheists there will still not be progress.

Invited to participate of course angry angry angry

To be honest, candid and without needing to discuss this subject in excessive detail, the $64,000, is, why blood? What is in blood, and dont say and/or give me a "it's power" reply, yeah, what's in blood, whats inside blood, what does this blood actually have the power to do, what's in this particular/kind/type of blood that requires it be shed to that there be remission?

You're comparing apples with oranges here with this your thread titled heading and this for the following considerations:

#1/ King Darius could pray or fast to tomorrow and nothing will ever come out of it because the problem on the ground isnt going to be resolved primarily by fasting and prayer
#2/ Though no one is able to deliver except Him, Jesus still fasted and prayed, but the fasting and praying wasnt primarily for the sake of redemption and/or salvation. God could pray and/or fast, but it's just that its not primarily fast and/or pray that will fix the sin problem at hand. It is going to require something effectively more than fast and prayer
#3/ Notice it took God 4000 years long to incarnate, so to appear, on earth and then to according to plan, die 331/2 years after. God didnt necessarily to come fast and pray but to die, and that's die by the shedding blood, His blood that is, lol

Daniel was thrown into the lions den for commiting a crime, which is not to pray or worship a non-designated deity. It was against the law of the land to do so. Jesus did not commit any crime, so there is no correlation between Daniel and Jesus in the respect and/or picture you tried to paint up.

I am pleased you provided your sources because I am going to draw your notice to that "amazingfacts.org" link, where it says, with a heading "The Law Still Binding". Now, fyi blueAgent, of course the law is still binding, but the law can be made inoperable by exercising a higher, stronger and superior law. The law can be rendered out of action by another law
You are in error.

You fail to understand that God the Father is not Jesus who reincarnated as man, to come to Earth. this is one of the consequence of believing in the false trinity doctrine.

God almighty who is the father cannot pray or fast, for what purpose and to who will he pray to?

Daniel was thrown into the lions den for a crime he did not commit at least before God Daniel was innocent.
Secondly the law was not legitimate as it was crafted or drafted by those who hate Daniel for the purpose of destroying him.

There is no law higher than the law which God has given.
The law is a reflection of God's virtue and character which is Holy and righteous, as God cannot change so also the law cannot be changed.

If I talk my mind now they will say I am a hater.

1. The writer said pyrolysis of plastics will provide an alternative source of fuel. This is very contradictory since plastics and the conventional diesel/gasoline share the same source.

2. Pyrolysis of plastic is not an invention. It has been in existence and well documented in literature.

3. Like many pyrolytic processes, what would be produced is fuel oil and likely not diesel/gasoline. Fuel oil would still need to undergo blending, catalytic cracking and/or reforming to meet diesel or gasoline specification.

4. I wonder how the guy handled the olefinic gases and carcinogenic aromatics that will likely be produced.

5. There will be coke deposits. How will he remove them? How did he even size the reactor?

5. Is the process sustainable and economic? The problem with things like this is the high cost of pre-treating the plastics, downstream processing, octane/centane improvement and treatment of emissions like Noxs.

6. A distinction between the type of plastics used should be made. Were thermosets or thermoplasts used?

- It is embarrassing that the supervisor in his school adopted this project. It is only a reflection of the backwardness and decadence of our educational institutions. The only impressive engineering project I have seen so far is the guy that made a small flying aeroplane.

- It is not the guy's fault though. He is only as good as his lectures.

- No sane governement will adopt this. Trust me when I say this.

Central to the Christian  faith and belief is the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, but the question is do we really understand the reason why Jesus had to die in order to save Man?

Why was is impossible to save man without the death of Jesus?
To answer this questions we will look at Daniel's experience and the laws of the Mede's and Persians.

We will begin our study with the book of Daniel 6:1 -end, here we learnt that Daniel was loved by the king Darius who was the king of Mede's and Persians, he set Daniel as the first president over his kingdom, the other presidents conspired and influenced the king to establish a decree that could not be altered and by that means they  got Daniel thrown  into the lion's den.
Now when the King heard that Daniel have been found guilty before the law, the king was sore displeased  with himself and set his heart to deliver Daniel, verse 6:14 but he could not because the law and decree of the Mede's and Persians cannot be changed. verse 15.
When God created the Universe and all living things, God instituted laws and decree that guided the conduct of all his created beings.
Note: Sin is not imputed where there is no law Romans5:13 and sin is defined as the transgression of the law.1John3:4
When Adam and Eve sinned against God(broke the law) the penalty of sin  which is death came upon him and his descendants(the whole human race)
Romans  6:23  For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Just as king Darius loved Daniel, so also God loved man  so much that God laboured so much to deliver man from death.
But  as the law made by imperfect Mede's and Persians could not be changed by the king in order to save Daniel how much more the law made by a perfect, Holy, righteous and unchangeable God Malachi 3:6.
God could not go contrary to his law and decree in order to save man, for the law demands death for its transgressors and only by blood is sin purged.
Hebrews  9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
Like king Darius wanted to save Daniel, God wanted to save humanity from the penalty of death, while king Darius restored to fasting all night on behalf of Daniel, God could not pray or fast to anyone because no one one was higher than him and no one is  able to deliver except him.
So God restored to the only alternative, and that was to offer his only begotten son, Jesus Christ as a sacrificial lamb or offering to pay the penalty owed the law by man, who could not pay the debt.
Conclusion.
Popular teachings among Christians is  that the law (10commandments) were done away with on the cross by death of Jesus Christ this is unscriptural, rather than do away with the law Jesus magnified and exalted law through his death, just as Prophet Isaiah said he will do.Isaiah42:21.
He demonstrated that the law like that of  law of medes and Persians cannot changed.

The Experience of Daniel mirrors that of Christ , Just as Daniel was thrown into the lions den for a crime he did not commit so also Christ was crucified for  sins he did not commit. john15:13. he was crucified to satisfy the just requirement of the law( the 10commandments) in order to  save humanity from our sins and its penalty (death)Heb 2:9-10.

Thank you reading.

Nairaland General › What Is Wrong With Mexicans?drug War. by blueAgent(op): 10:09am On Jan 09, 2020
Mexico reports over 61,000 people missing, discovery of
873 burial pits amid raging drug war

The Mexican government released “statistics of horror” on
Monday that showed nearly 62,000 citizens have vanished
since the government began its increasingly violent
offensive against ruthless drug cartels in 2006.
Karla Quintana, head of the National Registry of Missing or
Missing Persons (RNPED), revised the number of missing to
61,637 people, a figure far surpassing a previous estimate
of 40,000 from June.
“We have to remember we’re talking here about lives and
families and people who are still missing,” Quintana said
during a press conference in Mexico City. “These are
statistics of horror behind which lie so many stories of such
great pain.”
While the statistics date back as far as the 1960s, more
than 97.4 percent of the total have disappeared since 2006,
when the country first waged its drug war against the
cartels. Women represent 25.7 percent of the missing,
Quintana said.

In 2006, then-President Felipe Calderon had his army take
the fight against drug traffickers to the streets — a move
that fragmented the cartels and made it more difficult to
oppose them, Reuters reported.
The revised numbers come as Mexican President Andres
Manuel Lopez Obrador has faced criticism for his policy of
using “hugs, not bullets” when fighting drug cartels amid a
skyrocketing murder rate during his first year in office.
In November, new figures from Mexico's Secretary General
of National Public Safety showed that the country's
homicide was on pace to reach its highest overall annual
total since the government started tracking in 1997. The
data showed that there had been 29,414 homicides in 2019
— that's nearly 100 people killed each day.
In 2018, there were a total of 36,685 murders in Mexico, the
most since the office started gathering data on the crime
more than two decades ago. This year, the number of
homicides is expected to surpass that figure.

MEXICAN MOTHERS DISCOVER DOZENS OF BODIES
BURIED IN MASS GRAVE NEAR RESORT TOWN SOUTH OF
ARIZONA BORDER.

Mexico has tasked its National Search Commission with
locating the tens of thousands of missing citizens.
In its first 13 months of work, officials on Monday said it
uncovered 1,124 corpses and 873 clandestine burial pits.
The unmarked pits are frequently used by drug and
kidnapping gangs to dispose of the bodies of their victims
or rivals.

Last October, a group of mothers uncovered searching for
missing loved ones discovered a mass grave in Sonora.
The initially found 42 bodies, but the count continued to
increase in the ensuing weeks. (Sonora Attorney General's
Office)
The commission said about a third of the corpses found
the last 13 months were located in just three of the
country's 31 states: the northern state of Sinaloa, the Gulf
coast state of Veracruz and the Pacific coast state of
Colima.
But many of the most recent cases of disappearances have
been centered in the western state of Jalisco, home to the
drug cartel of the same name, and Sonora.
Last October, a clandestine burial site containing dozens of
bodies was discovered in Sonora near the resort town of
Puerto Peñasco, located south of the Arizona border. Some
Mexican officials have suggested the mass grave held the
victims of a raging gun battle six years ago between
government forces and the Sinaloa cartel.

As Mexico faces a crisis of unidentified bodies piling up,
the country has set up DNA databases to help with the
identifying process. However, the majority of bodies found
in clandestine burial pits still go unidentified.
Fox News' Greg Norman and The Associated Press
contributed to this report.

Iran is called Iran because anyone whose matter they 'mean' runs away and if they survive it, tell others; "I ran".

They have now come for Trump considering the bounty on his head, he will only be able to look back and say "I ran".

You contradict yourself. One minute you say Angola is indebted to China, the next you say Angola gets all its money from Western oil companies. Last time I checked, the oil industry was dominated by Group Sonangol, not any Western petroleum company. That said, it was Chinese loans that got the country off the ground, after the 30+ year civil war. It was and still is Chinese construction companies that have won contract after contract in the rebuilding process of the country.
How did I contradict myself?
Its obvious you do not know how the oil industry operates.
Do debt riddled Sonangol have the money to drill a single well or do they have the technology to know that they have oil?

It was the multinationals that took the risk and discovered the oil, before the government of Angola through Sonangol got involved.
From Shell,Chevron,Mobil and others all have major fields in Angola that create jobs, wealth and transfer technology to the locals.

China loaned them money that is killing them, Angola would have been better off investing their oil money directly into their infrastructure projects rather than take billions in loans from China.

Mozambique's oil and gas industry is operated by Sasol, a SOUTH AFRICAN company, not a Western one. In fact, the West has had very little, if anything to do with the growth in that country. Mozambique was experiencing impressive growth, long before the first barrel of oil was ever pumped.

In 1985, South Korea was at least 100 years ahead of Ghana in terms of development. Ghana's indices didn't reflect the level of development on ground. That's the main drawback of human development indices, they can be easily manipulated. Just look at how India has manipulated them, over the past couple of decades.
You can do more research on this issue of South Korea and Ghana, like I said before both had similar population, population growth, per capital income,GDP and other indices, facts were correlated by World bank.

You make it seem like the West put the resources in those nations. Again, Mozambique was experiencing 8% economic growth, before oil was pumped. Moreover, those Western oil companies are only interested in what they can profit from it. They care very little for the country they discover the resources in. So stop pretending like it's driven by some desire to help others. You'd have to be the only person on earth to think oil companies where/are good.

Just look at the Niger Delta if you think otherwise.

Again, I know you're a white man. So it makes sense that you'd defend the West. But it doesn't matter. The reputation of the West has already been soiled.
I never said it was the west that put those resources. you can agree with me that development of those resources would have more lasting and meaningful effect on the economy of those countries if properly managed.
Is there anywhere that resources are exploited for charity, of. is the Western companies are there to make money but the fact remains that the host nation stands to gain more if properly managed.

You say they care less for the country the are extracting the resources from, and my question is are they supposed to replace the government?
Is the problem in Niger Delta the fault of the West?
