Jesus did abolish the ten commandments what Jesus did away is the law contained in ordinance, which is law that demanded that a sinner or a thief should be stoned to death.
But the 10commandments remains because it is only by ten commandments that one can define what is sin.

Satan was created perfect but he still fell into sin likewise all Angels they all have capacity to sin.
