We had a dog sometimes in 1992 to 1996.
Up till now every member of our family including our neighbours then, could remember one or two things about the dog. The dog was so smart, that almost all the wonders that the dogs of nowadays perform are not new to me. "Coffee" was super smart, if it heard any one of us singing for more than 15 seconds, it would joing you by howling then making you sing off-key.
It could understand many commands even as we did not dedicate any time to train it.
We were into full-time agriculture then, so it used to follow us to our farms.
It would kill some animals like grass cutters and giant rats for us. without human assistance it killed many snakes, cobra most of the times. When it was younger, it used to pay for every cobra it killed by having closed swollen eyes the following day but after a while it was executing them perfectly without consequences.
The dog was also very protective too, you can't stroll into our compound anyhow.
Coffee was infected by vulvovaginitis, it suffered a lot of pain and it was always hidding itself away from us, it lost appetite after we tried all we could to heal it, my dad asked my elder brothers to take it to the old hunter that gave it to us, to help us euthanize it.
After it demise, a scoundrel claimed that he was the one that used jazz on the dog, because it attacked him and tore his trousers.
It was resently that I started realising that the dog was not a pure ekuuke terrier but more like a pit bull mix, because of the shape of it head, the width of it chest, it height, it stance and the colour of it coat(coffee and white).
It memory always make me crave for another smart terrier.

The question I need answered are:
1. Why does your God have the need to have a son? (Humans needs son/daughters to carry on their genealogy, for help, company, etc)
2. Why does God have the need to send his son to be killed for others to be saved?
3. Can't God save without killing and shedding human/God Blood?
4. What do you believe in, is it that Jesus is God Yahweh himself or son of Yahweh or both?

My own take:
1. A God is self sufficient! Needs no help, son, wife, elders, etc for him to function. Everything He created are subject to Him.
2. God should save without any ritualistic human sacrifice.
3. God should be against committing murder not supporting it.
4. Jesus is a man send by God. Not God or God's partner just because he can do miracles.

The most valuable belonging of a man is his life, therefore to make an ultimate sacrifice life must be involved.

The concept of God giving up his son to be sacrifed is also to teach us love.

God want the world to be a peaceful place by setting this example, even as they were killing him he was praying for them. This is the greatest manifestation of love mankind has ever come across.

He says "I am the way the truth and life" we as Christians must strive very hard to use the love of God for humanity as our own standard, in other to be a complete Christian.

Having lived in Lagos for sometime now, I can say that the Youruba people have more miscreants and thugs than any other tribe in Nigeria, you will see a young able bodied guy who is not ready to lift a single finger to do anything ,but rather prefers been at a strategic junction and begging passerbys for money to either smoke or drink. You should have seen the level of their hooliganism during the end Sars pandemonium, that is why Lagos had more number of burnt police station than any other state.Did I forget to mention that Police men are now assigned to 3rd Mainland Bridge 24/7,Because of the traffic robbers. Lagos is a ticking time bomb, unless the government finds a way of actively engaging this guy's, aside from the NURTW and RETAN , I can only say that Lagos especially the mainland will become even more dangerous and unsafe.

Last week an Ibo man that was driving a danfo upon which I had a ride was slapped and rough handled by an agbero at osapa bus stop, but to everybody's surprise the agbero could speak igbo fluently, after the yawa we continued our trip and I tried to enquire from the driver that the agbero man could speak igbo, he answered me that "Na the agberos wey be igbo worse pass" he said there are many of them in lagos, I did not tell him that I have met more than five of them by myself.
