I think this decision is driven by the USA- China trade conflict. USA will be more comfortable with a South Korean candidate than an African candidate considering China hold on Africa countries presently. Barak Obama, a black man, prevented Dr. Ngozi from becoming the World Bank president in 2012 by supporting a South Korean Candidate. It will always be about policy for any America president. They are not like our leaders driven by emotions or ego .

I believe it is a political economy decision by the USA. Mrs Ngozi is a register member of the Democratic party in the USA which is China friendly at the momemt. The Republican party in power will not support a candidate that is not in alignment with Trump trade policy. The South Korea candidate from a political economy view will be more in alignment with Trump trade policy considering America relationship with South Korea. This is also why China supported Mrs Ngozi over a South Korean candidate because of Africa trade relationship with China. It has nothing to do with hatred for black or Nigeria but simply a political economy decision. Nigeria government should also apply same principle when going into international trade agreement.

The USA needs to clarify why China supported her and Dr Ngozi needs to show to the USA that America interest will be protected. It is a political economy decision.

Kindly furnish me with proof that ngozi is a registered member of the US Democratic Party .
