Apparently this lady borrowed a man money and the man hasn't paid back. The way she's going about it is so funny. You'd never see men go about such things this way. Na she be the first person wey dem owe? The comments from females in the comment section dey funny ASF. I went under this post and the original.post she used in calling the guy out, yet I didn't see anywhere she mentioned the particular transaction that led to the guy owing her over ₦500k. I see a whole lot of the comments suggesting she arrests the guy and other some saying she should use military personnel. Only a handful of Twitter handles are asking her about the details of their "business" transaction ; and she has not responded since almost 8 hours ago. "Business" transaction betweenam and woman is difficult to put mouth except u know the full details before u start making judgement. |

TemporaryHansel: Then the country should be dissolved. The US, china and many other countries are far more heterogeneous than Nigeria and yet they don't do that zoning nonsense. If we can't tolerate ourselves,I don't see any reason why we should continue being together. The million dollar question is : Who will dissolve it? The US has a true federal system in place, Nigeria doesn't. China has around 56 ethnic groups, while Nigeria has over 250 ethnic groups that do not really like each other but were forced into one country. |

Those cars dey drain funds. Especially in a country like Naija with your roads that appear to have been specially constructed to wreck cars and dodgy auto mechanics all over the place. One of my friends told me about his home boy who bought a benz worth N125m around November/December 2024. Around February 2025 my friend told me that one of the boy's friend drove the Benz to club while the boy was outside the country. Na so that one use the benz get accident around 7am the next day on the way back from club. If Nigeria can't be one, the country should simply be dissolved. Who ever told u Nigeria was one? Nigeria is not one , has never been one and can never be one. |

GloriousGbola: i am actually suprised that you who are in the industry are somehow missing this
NNPC already has CNG sites at marina, festac and other locations. my grouse with the NNPC sites is that they are indian run black boxes. deliberately completely locked up. you can only operate the pump. NNPC is likely to have rolled out more since then. these sites are selling cng. go to marina and ask to buy cng. if you are in amuwo go to the NNPC station at te beginning of AGO palace way
we met with some Chinese guys a month ago who are partnering with local players to build CNG mother station Baba too much talk no dey full basket. My post was specifically pointing out the fact that people were paid to shout CNG day and night on social media shortly after Subsidy was removed. 2 years down the line people wey cashout from the gig have smiled to the bank and everybody is back to using their expensive PMS jeje. Anybody who followed the paid gig movement back then would think that after 2 years half of vehicle owners in the country will be running on CNG and we would have CNG stations in the nooks and cranny of this nation. Nobody would've thought we will still be here reading about "promised roll out" and few CNG stations here and there. Propaganda can only take one far to a certain limit; once the limit is reached water will find its level. |

FIJ are the real SJWs The worst place u can find Ur self in the Nigerian labor market is to be a contract staff in a bank. If u are not careful, Ur low self esteem will die a painful death. The maximum anybody should spend doing contract job in banks is 2 years at most ; to gather experience and bounce. If not, Ur junior in secondary school will.come and pour u spit for that work wey u dey do. The fact that management doesn't even hide it that they don't value contract staff is enough for anybody to strive not to be a contract staff beyond 24 months. See these ones now, nothing will come out of it. The management staff they mentioned their names as being responsible for bullying and harrasisng the contract staff, nothing will happen to them provided they are performers. Even if UBA sacks them to safe face, another bank will employ them and they will still show the contract staff in the new bank pepper |

At least you agreed that overall Government is easier than Physics sha. I have also taken university exams for people before in a field that has no relation to mine and still had them passing above average just by sifting through notes few days to each exam. My grouse from the onset was with ihebu that believes u just wake , do no preparation whatsoever and pass a subject with 80% score . See things this way: the ones who have passion for maths will definitely survive in maths department if roles were reversed and those that don’t have the passion won’t survive . Studying maths doesn’t make u smarter than someone who decides to study psychology . That mindset that one is smart because he chose to study a STEM based course is very very ridiculous . It has made parents mislead their kids and disrupt their life |

These course mates of mine are very young people who have people sponsoring them, therefore minimum distraction.
Same cannot be said for me who was basically nonexistent in year 1. People only began to recognize me after correcting a lecturer who made mistakes while teaching a simple linear regression course which looked like Greek to them. Theflint1: Even on this board, there are many science students that now work in management science fields... where are the management/social science students working as scientists, or getting post-graduate degrees in the sciences?
I'm not saying there aren't one or two persons that made that switch, but it's very very rare. Dey play ! There are several Nigerians who were accountants , HR professionals , etc who are now Registred Nurses abroad . Abi nursing no be sciences ? Read this lady’s story for example https://avanthealthcare.com/blog/healthcare-professionals/dream-become-inspire-meet-chinyere-rn-.stml#I even get former neighbor who was working in a financial institution here in Lagos before she left Naija ; today she’s RN in America . She even studied an education course in the varsity that had absolutely nothing to do with science . I didn’t use her example because some people may think it’s a made-up story to win an argument . People in the management sciences in Nigeria don’t cross to science because there are enough well paying jobs in the management sciences compared to pure , applied and medical sciences . Doctors don’t even earn well like bankers . Na money Dey affect these decisions in Nigeria not some imaginary reasons u guys are coming up with . |

liveLongNprospa: Brother, what you did was basic classes for subjective courses. When you begin to get into the advanced stage that requires you to have a proper foundation then you'll tell me how you can pass the exams by reading under a week. There is nobody that is that smart unless you have a photographic memory or genius level intellect and you still need alot of studying to pass either a science or art course.
See mumu argument "A final year physicist will pass the course of a final year political science if he reads it in one week" you think that volume of course load is for fancy. The way you go fail ehn.
You are gonna fail so bad Some of their talking points are just so infantile . I mean the kind of stuff u would expect SS2 science students bragging about , not full grown adults who have been through life with multiple degrees . 🤦♂️ U see small UTME government experiment we run earlier today that is even a multiple choice examination style ; we saw how well it ended . Fields wey people study to PhD level become professors , somebody go say because he has a STEM background he will read 48 hours and ace the exam 😂. People Dey talk sha |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 10:20pm On May 10, 2025 |
bolu96: On this issue of STEM Vs non-STEM, I've shared it here before. STEm is simply higher than non-STEM. Some bros here might disagree though. I studied a STEM course(maths), some years later, took UTME and now studying the social sciences(Psychology). I cannot even lie, the difference is as clear as daylight. Despite the fact that I was much younger, had no responsibilities and had sponsors, I had to study a whole LOT to get decent grades whereas in this Psychology, where responsibilities choke, trying to hustle, I'm basically crusing and still perform well.
I had to take my class tutorials in Stats on topics like correlation, regression etc-topics they find very difficult and looks like Greek to them- whereas, these are just basic in maths.
The difficulty level for both(STEM & non-STEM) are miles apart, abeg. All of this na story . Did u cop the highest CGPA in the class while those from non-STEM background are on 3rd class ? |

Smart Science Students > Smart Social/Management Students Average Science Students > Average Social/Management Students Olodo Science Students > Olodo Social/Management Students

Oga there were several dull science students in my secondary school . And for the smart science students , I don’t consider them superior because we took same courses up till the point we were separated in SSS class and they never bested me . So u don’t see Ibime who is a first class science graduate making himself both the sample and population of the data set Abi , na when I speak for management/social sciences u Dey point out outlier . If you have been sitting in an area of class with sharp minds like Bode, Souala and Arinze from JSS1 to 3, sharp irons who also sharpen your iron, you will not willingly go and sit with Mumudu and Portable in Arts class who you have known as dunces since JSS1, that's recipe to dull yourself.
