afrodoc:No be say for months, as at late last year the elevator had not been fixed. Remember the incident happened August 2023 o, a year after it was reported in Premium times that the elevator had not been fixed. To think between 2021 and 2023; the state government actually budgeted and disbursed N1.23 billion for renovations and maintenance of the same hospital where the tragic event happened in 2023. You no go hear Poju call out the politicians and their lackeys in the ministries at all |
afrodoc:You remember that Young female doctor who died in the elevator at Lagos Island General hospital? As at the last time I checked , the elevator is yet to be fixed. Poju no gree talk about that o. At least that was a lady that refused to Japa and doing exactly what Poju expects her to do.(Working in an unconducive work environment) |
airmark:I like your style. Before anybody come and use Jackson's nomination for Chelsea's POTY pour spit for Ur face u Don quickly try 'outscore them'.

sleekdot:Na So! Bamu bamu ni mo yo, mi o mo b'ebi n'pa omo elomi. ![]() |
sleekdot:Yet again, like Poju you refuse to talk about other issues which necessitate Medical doctors and nurses seeking greener pastures abroad. I've had to take a patient to Government owned Hospital and I saw in full view the unconducive working environment the medical personnel operate. I also won't hesitate to leave the country if I find myself in their shoes. |
sleekdot:But here you are today going full capitalist by suggesting the government take away the subsidy and allow only those who can afford to pay true and fair value of tuition fees go to school. ![]() |
sleekdot:Baba, u dey try renovate Poju speech for him. The guyman called out Doctors specifically with his full chest and the association of resident doctors rightly told him to take 10 steps backwards and find somewhere to sit. They highlighted other talking points he should care more about like Nigerian health sector being in shambles; our healthcare being ranked 142nd out of 195 in the world. He should be calling out government for not making the Nigerian Health sector a conducive work environment instead of gaslighting doctors for looking for a more conducive work environment outside the shores of this country. |
afrodoc:Funny thing is Medical students always pay more than students in other departments sef. |
afrodoc: ![]() Dem dey always pick on Doctors as if even person wey get B.Sc Social Work wey japa go dey do Care Job abroad no benefit from Subsidized education. They always make it seem like it is only doctors and nurses that must pay the ultimate price being the sole beneficiary of subsidized education. |
afrodoc:Yes, it a real response He said he was in America and he told some Nigerians who were complaining that in Naija u can spend N500,000 to become a medical graduate but dem no born u well to spend $2000 at John Hopkins to become MD. So NARD told him to stop capping . |
Ihebu4chelsea:Make Barca sign am like Gundogan na |
Lmao ![]() |
KingTom:Poju say Una supposed dey prostrate for Federal government for training u and paying u peanuts o |
sleekdot:So it is now Desertification and terrorism abi? Nice |
sleekdot:Shebi u be numbers person ; talk about the two salaries na. 24 million naira monthly salary in the USA after paying total $275,000 on training and 250,000 naira monthly salary in Nigeria after spending $50k on training. Make Poju spend all that money on his child in American University of Nigeria or any of the private schools in naija and he should watch the child collect 250,000 monthly salary after graduation na. All of them go just dey cap from privileged position. Radarada! |
sleekdot:Nobody is saying it is religion that is responsible but pinning such senseless killings on desertification is also not correct. What is happening is more than that and the intelligence agencies owe us an explanation. A logical explanation. Simple! |
sleekdot:If u calm down read the repose u will see that the $20k to $50k includes living expenses and other expenses. It is not just tuition fees which I know is what U have in mind by when u want to talk about subsidized medical education. Anyways it is not my constituency, I will leave the doctors to argue it out with u. |
Amigoss: ![]() U remember Fashola as minister for power under Buhari. |
Afrodoc this is Ur constituency. Poju Oyemade say wan dey cap, Association of Resident doctors quickly carry peer review journal to take counter am Una Doctors sef Sabi hang ball o

2027 will be the year we confirm a lot of Nigerians are not as smart as they claim to be. When I say a lot of Nigerians, I mean so many people which includes self-acclaimed highly educated people, captains of industries, entrepreneurs, the corporates, the academia, religious leaders, etc. When Tinubu was campaigning, he said these words on live camera "If I don't give you constant electricity in the next four years, don't vote for me again for a second term." In his words, he said: "Whichever way, by all means necessary, you must have electricity, and you will not pay for estimated bills anymore.". These words are very straight and direct, not conditional statement. I know when 2027 comes we will see enough individuals who will make themselves available to start explaining what "constant electricity" means in CAPanese; we will have people who would twist and turn like earthworm wey kiss salt by explaining to us that "It is not possible for the FG to provide prepaid meter for over 200 million Nigerians, so it is a given that some people will remain on estimated billing, etc. Then they will convince people who have the memory of a goldfish to vote for the man that asked not to be voted for if he fails to deliver on the aforementioned campaign promise within 4 years. |
OkpaNsukkaisBae:As in.... He should be having meetings with service chiefs and heads of intelligence agencies asking for results . He should be taking full responsibility and apologizing to Nigerians for failing thus far. He cannot be complaining from the bench all these days as a player, when coach do substitution bring am in na own goals he dey score |
https://www.nairaland.com/8405428/terrorists-military-uniform-kill-6 Last week I was reading on this thread a funny opinion that what is happening in Benue and Plateau is due to desertification and need for people whose lands have become arid to survive. I read that opinion and shook my head because I know that is an attempt to oversimplify the issue and refuse to address the matter for what it is: INSECURITY- The buck of which stops on the President's table. Today it is now Kwara state that is being attacked by gun men disguised as military men. The earlier we all rise to accept that the Insecurity issue which started in the Northeast (Which the PDP government was kicked out for) has matured and spread to the West (Under the watchful and incompetent regime of Buhari) and now the North Central is gradually being slowly drawn into the axis of terror, the better. Something needs to give. This is the time whatever budget is being allocated to DSS and NIA (Our supposed intelligence agencies) needs to be justified. We should be seeing the heads of these agencies coming out to tell us what exactly is happening, what they have done and still doing to solve the problem and nulify future threats. |
izzou:Aswear! ![]() He only folds one day out of 365 days in a year;the rest 364 days he lives to gaslight. |

Amigoss:TY Danjuma has always held that view for a long time. He trended one time like that in the past when he made same call. Dem no born anybody well including the Fulani elite make dem price him market. I met one Taraba guy one time and he told me TY Danjuma actually armed his kinsmen and they are always giving it to the Fulani Mitilia fire for fire. So, the Fulani militia always avoid his town/LGA when they are rampaging |
GloriousGbola:No, there are enough mentally unstable people supporting Obi and Tinubu. I've seen enough ediots on both camps. You may choose to see what U want to see, but some of us see toxicity in both camps. There are ediots who are APC and Tinubu supporters currently hating on Sanwoolu ("the poster boy for good goevrnance" ) for having an all inclusive government that accommodates non Yorubas in his government. This is the same thing Tinubu did as a governor but these ediots seem to have formatted their brains since Tinubu became president. Even the Kwara guy Ajetumobi who could as well pass for not being Yoruba ( if everybody want to be mad as they have chosen to be with the tribal stuff ), is busy flying tribal agenda while serving in Sanwoolu's government. They have constantly attacked and threatened Debo Macaroni just because he doesn't believe in their Incompetent Tinubu. If u want to see Yoruba Ronus in their element, just go and see how they react to Debo Macaroni's post. You will see hate in it's undiluted form. |
CrystalTiger:Rice is well cooked when the lid is closed ![]()

GloriousGbola:If I bring screenshot of a Tinubu supporter threatening another person because he supported Peter Obi would you take back your post up there forcing a generalization that you should not be doing as an elder statesman? Your answer will determine how this conversation will go from here. |
GloriousGbola:Are the guys below also Yoruba Ronus in their natural elements?
