Bought MRS fuel since the whole Dangote fuel burns less saga, and I'd even argue that particular fuel burnt faster than what I usually get from MOBIL and NNPC.
I regularly buy from Ardova (AP) that also sells Dangote PMS just like MRS and I don’t see any difference in the burning rate of their PMS and that of NNPC .

I think people are just confirming their bias when they claim one fuel burns faster than another ni jare.

Lagos-Ibadan express media at it again.
Dangote and BUA also attended IBB book launch. They also donated massively even more than Arthur Eze n' Ukpo. They also praised IBB for the role he played in their lives.

These propaganda media singled out only Arthur Eze, criticising him of sycophancy. Why can't they extend the same attack to Rabiu & Dangote??
It on record how all their monarch went on a Royal pilgrimage to IBB, even the City boy too is not left out.

From Chukwudi Iwuchukwu

Herbert Wigwe's extended family and the kids he left behind are on a warpath.

The war started immediately. Herbert, the benefactor of the warring parties, was buried last year.

What is at the heart of the war is the vast wealth that Herbert left behind.

What are the issues behind the fight between the two parties, and what are the lessons we can learn from the infighting between the two parties?

It is story time.

1) In 2013, Herbert drafted his will and deposited it with a court in the US.

The will was later reviewed in 2015, 9 years before his actual death.

But he did more than a will.

2) A family office called Tengen Family Office was set up in 2017.

What the finance professionals that work for the family office Tengen Family do is simple.

To manage the wealth of the founders of Tengen: Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede and Herbert Wigwe.

Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede is the chairman of Access Bank and the co-founder of Access Bank.

AIG and Herbert founded Access Bank together.

Speaking of Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, Herbert made him a trustee of the will he drafted in 2013 because he trusted his friend, brother and business partner to manage and protect his interest when he is no more

And AIG has been doing that since Herbert died.

But the conflict is more than AIG and being an enforcer of Herbert will

3) Before he died, Herbert was a wealthy man, a billionaire in naira and a millionaire in dollars.

He was the largest individual shareholder of Access Bank with a 9% shareholding of the bank.

His shares in the bank are worth 125 billion.

To buttress the kind of wealth that Herbert left behind

After his death, his estate received 1.1 billion in dividends last year for the 2024 dividend from Access Bank that would have gone to Herbert if he were to be alive, but the money will now go to Tochi and her younger siblings, and this payment will continue to the estate as long as Access Bank is in existence and profitable.

But he was wealthier than this.

He owns a vast real estate portfolio scattered all over the country.

He also owns the popular Wigwe University.

He built a palatial mansion at Queen Drive, Ikoyi, a palatial house that Herbert did not get to enjoy before he died.

He also owns substantial dollar savings running into millions of dollars in his dollar domiciliary account.

He also owns a private jet as well.

For a man who was this wealthy, he was intentional about his family and their welfare in the event of his passing.

5) In the will that he wrote in 2013, which was reviewed in 2015, he was very clear with what he wanted.

In the event of his death, his wealth should be managed by his estate and the family office, and the profit from the investment should be enjoyed solely by his kids alone.

Not his father, mother, or siblings.

His kids alone and he was clear with this instruction

When the family office was set up in 2017 to manage his wealth and that of his business partner AIG

The same instructions were left by Herbert to the manager of his wealth.

6) In his lifetime, Herbert had a cousin who is a lawyer, Uche Wigwe, and because Uche enjoys his confidence and trust, he made Uche and AIG, his business partner, the trustee of his will.

7) Herbert died last year; he did not see his death coming and was not ready for it.

But he was prepared.

Herbert was a meticulous man in his lifetime and so had a will and a family office to protect his kids regardless of their age and gender.

It is irrelevant that the only remaining heir is a female.

As long as she is Herbert’s kid, acknowledged by him in his lifetime, she is entitled to enjoy the wealth made by her dad.

8. After his interment last year at Isiokpo, his extended family had a brainwave.

Since Herbert, our benefactor, is no more, we can’t allow the kids to enjoy this vast wealth alone.

They're too young to enjoy such a vast wealth, and besides, the oldest of the surviving kids is a 26-year-old, Tochi.

Tochi is a woman, and in their thinking, too young to control what his late dad left behind.

The rest of Tochi‘s surviving siblings are younger than her and they are in secondary schools.

The Herbert Wigwe family is accusing Tochi of living a champagne life, which they believe she is too young to enjoy.

Tochi is living alone with the house servants in the palatial mansion on Queen Drive, Ikoyi, that her dad built, which he did not enjoy before he died.

They also accused her of flying private jets and using the private jet that the dad left behind for her local travel.

To regulate this extravagance and more, they are demanding 20% ownership of the estate (wealth) left behind by their late son.

They also demand joint custody of the kids under the supervision of their 90-year-old dad.

9) When the family could not prevail on AIG and Uche Wigwe, the two trustees that are managing Herbert's wealth, to dance to their tune, the case proceeded to the Lagos High Court last year.

Just last week, the case was thrown out by the court for lack of merit.

To the shock of many following the drama, the Wigwe family went to Appeal court to appeal this verdict by Lagos high court.

10) The biggest lesson to take home from this Wigwe soap opera is simple.

Nobody knows when death will come, but as a rich man or woman living in Nigeria, put a proper structure in place to protect your family from the greed of your family who wants to reap where they did not sow.

Write a will.

Establish a family office to manage your wealth.

Appoint trustworthy people you trust as trustees and enforcers of your will.

This is the debt and the duty you owe your kids.

And this is what Herbert has taught us and is the best exemplifier of this.
1. Illiteracy is a disease

2. Ignorance is a big cancer .

It is only legal illiteracy and full blown ignorance that will make them think they can contest their son’s legal instruction as to how his wealth is to be shared after his demise .

I really don’t know why they will expect their son to will his assets to them and not to his own immediate family .

The good thing is Aig is a worthy adversary that will use their meat rub ground very well in this contest . Even if dem wan go World Court , dem go meet Aig there grin

So El-Rufai actually wished and wanted to be minister in spite of his careless utterances in the past and his actions/inactions during his time as governor of Kaduna state ?

That guy literally threatened EU elections observers under Buhari in 2019 and was so full of himself while governing a volatile state like Kaduna .

What was he even trying to do?

That place has no U-turn, or an exit, so what exactly was he looking for there?

I must still commend him for being proactive sha, because if he wasted an extra second, na the middle the truck for jam.[/color]
It appears the SUV driver is a stranger on the road, but it seems the SUV was driving in his lane until the Truck appeared.

The truck driver was driving on the wrong side of the road because the road is under construction. The SUV seeing the truck on his way wanted to take the opposite lane only for the truck to think of reverting to its lane at that instant.

The SUV driver should've exercised a little patience and allow the truck move considering the dust was even blocking his line of sight.

What maneuver was the driver in the suv trying to pull? As far as I can see there were two lanes and they swerved abruptly in front of the truck.

They are lucky they are not dead.
The maneuver he did was to avoid head-on collision with the truck. The truck was going to hit the SUV directly and it would've been fatal if he didn't swerve

Which of the authors should be in jail?
Earlier this month when I travelled to PH, I wanted to buy that Dele Farotimi book at the PH airport because my flight back to Lagos was delayed and I figured I needed something to keep me occupied while waiting for about 4 to 5 hours .

I asked the book seller at the airport if he has the book and he said yes. I asked him to give me and he said he doesn’t have it anymore grin. I was confused and told him that but u just said u have it just now na . He said he’s forgotten that it has finished .

So I decided to go for another book and paid him. While I was about leaving, he just had a change of mind then brought out the Dele Farotimi book from where he kept it. He now told me that because of the whole court case wahala , they don’t display the book and they are careful to observe who they sell it to; lest I’m a security agent like DSS or CID .

I just laughed , paid him for the book after he advised I keep it in my hand luggage and not bring it out in public while I’m still in the airport .

The whole incident left me speechless sha , but then I understand that some people do really have powers in this country o. I mean the book seller is in perpetual fear that he might get into trouble selling the book because of the damning accusations the author made in the book . 🤦‍♂️

It looks like it's Herbert's immediate family and friends on one side, and his birth family and parents on the other side.

appears they (the family) are on a war path with Aig-Imokhuede, that's why she kept repeating " those Herbert thought to be friends " over and over again in the video.

But obviously Aig has the daughter and the little ones in his corner whom he's acting as their guardian currently.

What I don't understand is why the family cannot just find a way to be in good terms with Aig. They tend to benefit more if they have Aig and the kids on their side, making Aig their enemy will only leave them with absolutely nothing in terms of Herbert's estate.

In America now, Anyone who went into a coma in 2010 and woke up today will prefer to go back to death cos he wont believe what is going on

That US president will be on the side of Russia, That Trump and Clintons will be enemies, That Dick Cheney family will support a Democrat president, That the most important Kennedy family member will support a Republican president and even be in his cabinet Or Elon Musk, Trumps Vice that defends him today once compared him to Hitler

In Nigeria all those who called IBB evil were there laughing with an evil man, All those who called Buhari terrorist dined with a terrorist, All those who called Tinubu drug lord are dining with him now. There were people who died fighting for these politicians

Most of the fiercest Aluta student leaders of the 80s and 90s and now in govt doing time 100 of the oppression they fought against as students, I saw enough of our SUG people who were core Marxist are now part of the US military fighting for what they call the imperialist army
There were students who died following these leaders during Alutas

When did clubs start bidding for caoches like players?

If a coach is unsettled at his club and looks at future away from his current employers is when he starts listening to offers from club who need a new coach. Arteta is not unsettled at Arsenal but actually enjoys the trust of the club management as of today.

If he decides to move away from Arsenal, he will get a good job without breaking a sweat. If Vincent Kompany can get a job at Bayern Munich, who says Arteta won't get employed by any of the top clubs if they need a new coach ? You don't need to like him for him to get a good job away from Arsenal

Simple!!
I am not uncomfortable with skelly playing LB; neither am I uncomfortable with Partey playing RB when the ocassion demands it and we don't have any other option.

When I talked about experiment, I was telling u that Arteta never set our to play Skelly as LB when he had just Zinchencko and Kiwior as the tow fit LBS. That was why he signed Calafiori ; it was after Calafiori had injury he had to improvise and we all now saw the boy plays the LB well.

I don't recall Arteta co.ainjng about his job, on the contrary u are the one complaining about his job and setting ultimatum for him.which his employers didn't even set for him 😂

How would he have known the potential of mls and Ethan if he wasn’t forced to take them?
Why are u jumping from pillar to post? Skelly is a midfielder that was deployed to LB and that's a fact. Nobody has said anything about Partey , rather we are talking about our LB options as at the time we signed Calafiori.

Skelly was never in the picture as LB option when the decision was being made to Sign Calafiori; if u have any evidence that suggests otherwise, please bring it forth to the table.

You are the only one that knows where u heard the coach was forced to take the players he regularly trains with the first team. You talk as if the young players would even get promoted to the senior team without his blessing in the first place.

You need to be objective here and stop letting ur bias against Arteta make u see everything concerning him as something u must complain about. He has his faults/failings no doubt, but some of these things u are trying to roast him for no be am at all.

Why not sell zinchenko and others that are not worthy of playing time?
I just read Tierney is leaving for free, that's how majority of our players are I can't remember the last time we sold for profit
But still the management should be dropping funds for such coach and his team, let's look at it as our business will you be happy making investments and they keep on depreciating
We don't need calafiori because that wasn't the priority at that moment, funny enough he's been kept out by a 17 yo if by next season arteta don't need him you will still defend and say he is injury prone so why did he buy him?
That u keep repeating the same thing over and over again doesn't make it suddenly become correct. Tierney is leaving for free because his frequent injuries truncated his move to other clubs which were interested in signing him. Arteta didn't keep Tierney because he wanted to, but kept him because no club was willing to buy him due to his crazy injury history. Even when he went to Spain on loan, he was still injured and couldn't really live up to potential.

Zinchecncko was kept as a deputy pending when good offers will come for him. You are the one complaining we don't sell our players for good money yet u want us to sell Zinchencko hurriedly knowing fully well that the buyer will capitalize on our desperation to price him cheap.

Calafiori was needed because as at the time he was signed only Kiwior and Zinchencko were the two fit senior LB options and they were both perfroming below par. Looking back now and claiming Calafiori was not needed because a 17 year midfielder was experimented at LB and clicked while Calafiori was injured is the height of intellectual dishonesty

Since arteta came onboard we had just got saka as RW, most fan knew we needed a deputy for him, but he will rather prioritize defense and more defense
If unstable zinchenko was our only LB why is he still at arsenal
Unless we want to lie to ourselves, we can't compete with other top clubs in transfer we are known to sell before we buy
Arteta getting those funds were luxuries after all no one force him to take the job, we have so many fringe players under his care I am sure you have wondered why did he buy them in the first place.
This is not hard at all, he should try sell all those fringe players na and see if the club will back him or not
We all know if arteta had his way Ethan and MLS will still be in the academic but he's the one that let MLS shine 🤣
Zinchencko was rightly relegated to the bench due to his poor perfoemance, just the Same way Ramsadale was relegated to the bench for a whole season before we got a buyer for him the next season.

You need to be objective looking at this issues. Nwaneri and Sterling were touted to be Saka's deputy even though Sterling turned out to be a finished waste pipe. We needed a decent left back and we got Calafiori which is the right call.

I'm sure if he has not gotten Calafiori and we had just Zinchencko and Kiwior as the left back option, u would've found way to blame Arteta each time Zinchencko fails to track his man and opposition scores against arsenal from his angle.

We can rightfully blame Arteta and the club management for not signing a decent senior player as Saka's deputy, but claiming Arsenal don't need a new LB in Calafiori is just pure agenda of looking for another rope to hang Arteta.
