I wonder if there was ever a time Nigeria adhered to this rule of not beginning school till 6 years of age...I started school proper at 3/4, and I know people in their late 40s that said they finished university at around 20 years of age which would mean they too started school around ages 3/4.

Is this policy feasible in Nigeria of today?
