All those Bank security dey cash out steady on weekends beacuse people park for short period , sort them, drive off and another set of people rinse and repeat the process. Even for V/I axis on weekends sef, e dey sup like that

When We dey go Oniru beach wella, we will park at car park of that Access Bank on Ligali Ayorinde , sort the security guys and our vehicle is secured till late in the day when we are leaving. That way, we avoid the traffic that usually happens when leaving the beach and we pay cheaper than we would pay for parking inside the beach's car park.

That place is far from Campos stadium na. It is behind St. Nicholas hospital.

If u park there and ur destination is Campos stadium or Campos junction, ur leg go don dirty before u trek reach there.

The guy didn't fall for anything. In those places that's how people park on a daily basis. The local government which is not far away from there is aware of those parking arrangements.

Baba do u know campos mini stadium on the Island? There is absolutely nowhere to park in that axis. If u go there as we speak, u will see vehicles parked carefully by the roadside by touts who control all those area. People who work in offices around that area park their vehicles there on a daily basis for a fee. It is something the government knows about.

I think those LASTMA or CBD just decided to do revenue mobilization for Lagos state that day his vehicle was snapped ni.

Anybody that knows all those area knows those kind of parking space abound on that part of Lagos Island.

While u are right that the herdsman is running a business same as the farmer; it is important to note that there are actually grazing reserve laws in this country. These laws were actually enacted to resolve herders-farmers crisis as far back as the 60’s ( No be today )

From What I read , Tinubu set up a committee last year to resolve the farmers-herders crisis in Nigeria. The ministry was headed by Jega and one of their 21 point recommendations to resolve the crisis is the establishment of this ministry of livestock .

The fact that the rest of the country allowed for the creation of ministry of Niger Delta to solve the militancy issue in the Niger Delta, I am willing to give this livestock ministry benefit of doubt as well . Let’s see how it goes .

Personally I don’t support this move of creating yet another ministry especially when we have ministry of agriculture already in place .

But then again , if we look at the creation of Niger Delta and how it has stemmed the tide of militancy in the the south south; maybe we should give this creation of this ministry of livestock a chance .

Perhaps with the creation of this ministry the leaders of the Fulani herdsmen will have no further excuse than to call their marauding brothers to order .

We all know how MEND was blowing up pipelines and protesting neglect of the Niger Delta region despite the region being the goose that lays the golden egg of this nation . The creation of ministry of Niger Delta in a way brought a semblance of normalcy to the region after the amnesty program.

Let’s see if this livestock ministry will have similar effect on farmer-herders clash . At least miyetti Allah will not claim Fulani herders are being treated unfairly going forward .
