TemporaryHansel:The bold is very true for both Delta and Edo states . It just seem as if the youth have given up on any prospect of government addressing the unemployment issues; they just go into Yahoo business to help themselves without disturbing the politicians that are chopping allocations and IGR’s . |
mostob:I’m torn in between . I don’t know whether I should just swallow my pride and renew my DSTV sub or stick to streaming . My problem with the streaming is that it’s not usually stable; sometimes it will just go off for several minutes in the match and it’s frustrating |
daveP:CAF players bawo ? ![]() AFCON is always played between January and February ; a time that is very critical in major European leagues . That’s a period of time Arsenal has been infamously known to lose steam in title challenge for years now . Most European leagues including the EPL do not adjust their calendars to consider teams who would lose their key players from Africa to AFCON . Euros on the other hand is usually played off season when European clubs are done with their respective leagues like June-July ( which makes much sense ) I will not lie u ; I don’t want any African player becoming a key player at Arsenal cos of the timing of AFCON. |
Ibime:Yeah I know it's mass produced. Chicken republic sell it at their outlets here in Nigeria. And yes, some people produce it in their homes too. Ghanaians and Togolese resident in Nigeria make theirs in the comfort of their kitchen |
Ibime:Any staple food takes time now whether it's ghana food or Nigerian food. It's abnormal to eat raw pepper that is not cooked. Even the shito u are talking about took time to be prepared before they stored it for future use. Tapioca just needs u to put the stuff in boiling water, turn it and it's ready. You can cook/fry yam while u are in the shower/getting dressed and then fry the egg almost immediately. It does not require any serious monitoring |
Ibime:Tapioca, Yam & egg, potato, etc |
iamoyindamola:Imagine make person dey chop this kind thing
|
Ibime: ![]() Their Yansh go catch fire when they enter toilet to disembowel. |
obainojazz:I honestly can't imagine eating the Ghana food I see the videos/pictures online. They will use small pestle to crush raw pepper and be using it to eat banku with boiled egg ![]() When person no be refugee |
liveLongNprospa:Trust u ke, I've listened to those that have been victim of tribal clashes in the north in the past. A northerner no go ask u for ur religion before they set ur property ablaze |
liveLongNprospa:It’s only on nairaland u guys come up with the Yoruba Muslim - Yoruba Christian tag . In real life out there Yoruba is Yoruba . If northerners want to attack a Yoruba person they don’t ask what religion he or she practices . |
liveLongNprospa:The protest happened about two days ago . The Yoruba community are raising alarm cos they heard rumors of possible attack targeted at Yorubas because Tinubu is Yoruba |
CrystalTiger:As in, they are very very mad. They forget APC's national chairman is their brother Gandollar ; they will now leave him and start attacking average Yoruba man that probably doesn't even have any interest in whoever becomes Kano governor eventually . Sometimes I feel they just look for any slight opportunity to attack southerners. Funny enough if government doesn't do anything to arrest the situation they may end up carrying out the attacks and nothing will happen. |
Meanwhile, the Concerned Yoruba Community in Kano, on Thursday, raised the alarm over an alleged possible attack on Yoruba indigenes in Kano and called on all Yoruba leaders in the country to engage President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a possible political settlement of the Kano political logjam.https://www.nairaland.com/7920743/seven-kano-protesters-arrested-yoruba See the kind wahala Judiciary don cause for Kano |
Itsrm:Wike really tried with those roads honestly, I was impressed |
popizaino:Even Ikeja that is state capital is not spared of bad road. Oba Akran road is in a terrible mess and it's in Ikeja the state capital o. Smh |
Ibime:We just waste money in this country. Few years back I used to join one man in his car to and fro work. He do carry other pasengers and one of them works at state house marina. One day he narrated how all the utensils, appliances and household items in the state house was shared between the staff of the state house when Ambode left and Sanwoolu came on board. Ambode spent 4 years as governor and didn't live in the state house marina, but lived in Ikeja I think. Most of those items were almost like new when Sanwoolu came into office but since there's a budget for turnaround maintenance, it became imperative for the items to be disposed. Some of the staff got Perisan rugs , utensils, etc that cost serious money. |
izzou:I just dey look theflint that day when he was making inquiries about brand new tyres. I just talk am for my mind say this bros na "rich kid" ![]() If I buy new tyres make I know wetin cause am. U will buy new tyres wey bad road go still help u condemn in months; It can't be me. |
Raumdeuter I remember recently u said one of the problem our democracy has is that we copied the American system of government which is quite expensive to run. I just watched a video this morning where Obama's wife was on Oprah's show and she stated it categorically that as the first family they pay for their own meals, the meals of their guests and other bills . Like they don't feed on tax payer's money like we have in Nigeria where governors and presidents have billions of naira budgeted for feeding from tax payers' money . She literally said they get the bill for their meals at the end of the month. Nigeria wey our economy no even big reach some states in the USA dey lavish serious money in funding luxurious lifestyle of our "leaders" U can see that our leaders are just wicked in this part of the world and not because we copied an expensive American presidential system of government. |
obainojazz:Aswear! The millions dem MC Oluomo and their underlinings extort from motorists daily will go a long way to maintain some major roads in the state if the money goes to the government directly in form of tax & they are accountable for it. |
Match choke tomorrow sha; From 1.30pm to 6.30pm ![]() Na to just dey house dey enjoy all the matches from City vs Loserpool to Newcastle vs Chelsea and our own match vs Brentford. |
[quote author=Emaprince post=127137353]See your al shiffa hospital with network of tunnels underneath it. go soon tell u say it has been refuted |
obainojazz:This is the honest truth but the moment u say it they will start asking u for any other state that is on Lagos’ level when it comes to development . I have friends who are deep into Lagos politics and I know a whole lot of people who contribute next to nothing to the system but can’t but help themselves to the largesse of public funds available to them just by virtue of being in politics |
afrodoc2: ![]() I actually don't blame her . I always pity her for not knowing what I know about the politicians she loyally stand with . I dey pity her when her co-workers dey vex for her each time she re-affirms her support for APC. U can see the anger in those ones wondering if she hasn't seen the light yet |
Incognito9:And the fish sellers of Oyingbo are complaining they can't even afford eat decent meals again nor take care of their kids' needs. Nigerian leaders no dey make sacrifices ; Na only the followers dey make sacrifice . At my former place of work one woman who works as a cleaner would always sing of Tinubu's praises and even campaign for him to her fellow cleaners . I always get to work early so I do hear them talk while they clean but I go put earpiece for ear like say I no do hear anything . It was later when her fellow cleaners were asking her what was in it for her she told them she got 20k during ileya and 6 yards Ankara material . After the whole subsidy removal and the hardship that followed , if u see how he other cleaners dey always attack her daily ehn..... I go just dey chuckle where I dey 🤭 |
Emaprince:Lmao 😂 She ran for her life before one senior man with bresss use blow disfigure her fine face ![]() |
Amoto94:If it's not Hamas' control centre, then what is it called ? Hospital wey dem dey use house hostage na Wetin dem dey call am ? I think u need the prayer more bro . When we show u evidence of Hamas' terror ;u suddenly go mute or claim it has been refuted without any irrefutable proof . Na u gangan dey deny the obvious . |
Amoto94:The same Al Shifa hospital that was Hamas control centre few weeks back ? As Hamas don price "Occupational forces " market ; it's only natural they pay for the market . Those unknown bodies are actually known , they are the Hamas fighters who engaged the "occupational forces " in gun battle till they got overpowered by superior firepower . This propaganda no go work for here , no be babies full here . We dey follow the news |
raumdeuter:I didn't say It's just Wike and Sanwoolu that do such; I only gave Wike as example. The koko be say going forward when a governor or president ask us to bear with them that they know what we are going through; we now know it's a blatant lie from the pit of hell. |
afrodoc2:Flick is a sadist with sadistic players . Dem go beat person 10-2 , 7-1, etc on aggregate |
raumdeuter:The Chinese in Zamfara are part of those funding the insurgency there. No serious legit business man/investor will carry money to invest in an insecurity plagued area. While I was in PH I had a discussion with some guys and they mentioned it that most of the NGO's scattered all over the North east and North west are fronts for both Nigerians and foreigners unscrupulous businesses who are invested in tapping the minerals and natural resources deposits in the North. Some of them are complicit in the Boko Haram & Bandits matter |
afrodoc2:Muller don caption the message Sanwoolu and Tinubu dey pass to the common man with their spendings
|
