A friend of mine once worked with a boss that was very disrespectful simply because he can be disrespectful and get away with it. The man will go disrespectful on my friend and other colleagues . He can go abusive simply because u wrote “Managing Director” instead of “Managing Director/CEO” as the undersigned in a letter he’s to sign as the boss . He would simply ask how u passed WAEC , threaten to write ur university to withdraw ur certificate and all those nonsense .

Until one day he went on abusive on my friend and that one tried to explain his way out of the issue he was raising ; he locked my friend’s shirt and was almost going to physically assault him before stopped at the die minute .

My friend left his office that day and made up his mind he was done with the nonsense . He said he got home and started thinking about his life ; a married man with wife and children at home being treated like a slave like that . Less than 2 months he got another job and resigned his appointments .

No be everybody go sacrifice their self pride for money o.

The country needs a comprehensive public health insurance scheme which will go hand in hand with private schemes as well, in order to ameliorate the problem of lack of quality healthcare and poor staff remuneration. It won't magically transform things to Western standards, but it would definitely make things significantly better.
It goes without saying that corruption has to be tackled as well, or else the funds will just be embezzled.
