40 billion for CCTV on Third Mainland bridge

Reason: To prevent suicide attempt

grin cheesy cheesy cheesy
They just keep inventing different strategies on how to rob this country dry everyday.

They just call billions like it's some chicken change.....na wa o.

CCTV is good and should be installed not just on third mainland bridge but major highways to monitor/control/prevent crime. However, calling 40 billion as the cost of fixing the CCTV on third mainland bride alone is criminal.

This Morning report but Arteta won't sell come what may be... On Guehi, Liverpool would be his first choice then Barca because of starting berth but he's an opportunity not to be pass-on being Free..

🚨 Everton are exploring a potential move for Arsenal defender Ben White, 28, as they look to address long-standing issues at right-back. 🔵

White remains a valued member of Mikel Arteta’s squad and any deal would be complex, with Arsenal yet to signal a willingness to sell - The Athletic
We can't guarantee Guehi a starting shirt if he decides to join Arsenal because we actually have CBs that are way ahead of him in experience and skills. He should just go to Barca or any other big team that needs CB and willing to offer him starting shirt.

As for Ben White, I will only recommend selling him if we can get a very good RB like dem Dumfries of Inter. I also won't mind seeing a RB from the academy being transitioned into the senior squad (That is if we have any prospect) like that sha

Mosquera can primarily back up Timber at RB. Guehi can comfortably rotate with Saliba and Gabriel. The whole thing still bothers on if White or/and MLS are moved on and Guehi is willing to come.
Why play Mosquera out of position just to accommodate Guehi ? Is it a must we sign Guehi?

Why can't we be contented with the fine defenders we already have in our team and focus on strengthening the team in other areas? To the best of my knowledge we don't have any issues with out CBs at all if none of them has shown willingness to leave the club next season.

Signing of players like Guehi while we are already stacked in the CB department is one fast way to destabilize a team .

It's an opportunity they don't want to pass with him being Free and also a London boy albeit a Chelsea bred... If we win it all this season (EPL and CL), one of Saliba (Real Madrid) or Gabriel ( Saudi) might want new Challenge or Money 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣....
Well, if either of our CBs are leaving at the end of the season then signing Guehi may make sense.

I forgot to add that if he (Guehi) is willing to come. White has been in and out of treatment room for sometimes now. Arteta has been complaining about how he has been taking risk playing Timber when he should be resting. If MLS doesn't get back to form and White is still battling fitness (I hope not), I really don't mind having Guehi.
Will Guehi be coming to play RB? My understanding is that he's traditionally a CB and not RB

I thought we dont have issues with the way we have cbs, moreover injuries will always happen
Guehi na senior man. If he's coming to Arsenal, he will be coming with the mind that he will be a starter, not to wait for injury to Saliba to shine.

Moreover Mosquera is there to step up should Saliba be injured. That is why I'm saying if none of our current CBs are leaving, adding Guehi to the team is not a wise decision.

See our AM issues for example, we bought Eze to be in contention for the same position with Odegaard and then we still have Nwaneri who has seen limited action since Odegaard/Eze competition began.

Guehi is a good player but I don't see how he will fit in with our current CB stack up. We should focus on other position to strengthen

Guehi is not coming this season the agreement is to have pre-agreement and he stays at palace till season end because of WC
The question is who is he coming to replace?

Are we selling any of the current crop of CBs? If no, then buying him is not a wise acquisition. We have other departments that require urgent attention.

Get Guehi and let Calafiori and Piero fights for the LB position. I think he needs a psychologist.
Don't u think getting Guehi when we already have Mosquera and Hincapie deputizing for Saliba and Gabriel is a way to scatter our team?

I mean we already have two senior CBs who have strong deputies. Why should we add another senior CB who would hardly be playing? Or do you think Guehi can bench a fit Saliba or fit Gabriel?

I don't see the need to get Guehi except we are preparing for life after one of our two senior CBs.

It's leftback we should shop for and dispose of Lewis-Skelly if need be.

Lewis-Skelly has really really regressed from last season's form. He's been doing almost everything wrong in this match and even the previous match vs Loserpool when he was subbed in.

If he's not having a good game vs a lowly placed team like Pompey, na against which team he go come perform?

If he's not improving, I won't be surprised if the club goes into the market for another leftback at the end of the season.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by BlueRayDick: 4:20pm On Jan 11
Watching this match, one cannot but see thsy Gyokeres still has a whole lot to learn if he would ever excel at Arsenal.

The way Gabriel Jesus is lively, plays with other attacking players to ensure fluid transition of the ball ; Gyokeres needs to learn that.

I know we have fans who like him so much and want every other player to pass to him whether he's in a good position or not, but the truth is he has a whole lot to learn about how Jesus makes things happen even when he's not scoring goals.

Eric Chelle was wise to have started using Onyeka in midfield ; it gave the midfield solidity.

Akor Adams is also a valuable addition to this team.

Kudos to him for turning the tide from the boring nonsense they dished out during the world cup qualifiers.

Then I would advice u go for the table fan...

It easily movable and it has been very ok since I got it........

U can also visit any of their offices and see for ourself ..

It is expensive but worth it
I visited their office closest to me this morning and they said they are out of stock in all their Lagos outlet for both table fan and standing fan.

They will be having the standing fan by next week, so they promised to contact me during the week to inform me of its availability. I'll most likely get it next week Sha.

The lady I met there said it lasts like 10 hours when blowing on the highest speed and can last 24 hours while blowing on the lowest speed. It looks like the perfect Choice if it works as they claim

Another option is to buy a small gen. I pass my neighbor or slightly larger. That one will use much less fuel, be for night only and will be less noisy.
I don't want to buy another gen jàre. I think I will go for the fan option instead

Congratulations to you and madam.

The long-lasting rechargeable fan option is probably the best but another alternative is to contract a carpenter to build an insulated/sound-proofed shed to house your gen. Works best if your gen is in a generator-dedicated space downstairs and not in your balcony. It will greatly reduce the noise to a bearable level.

Ehen, shey you no get NEPA indicator for inside house and all those loud sirens wey dey sound when NEPA bring light no dey for your area? Just wondering why your neighbour calls you when the power is restored.

BYW, you are a considerate and conscientious person, kudos.
I have indicator, but it's only when one checks it that u will know. And yes we also have someone who has that loud siren that alerts the whole area when NEPA light is restored, but at times u won't hear it sound when the generator sound is much and u are not paying rapt attention except u go to the kitchen and then see that indicator is already showing there's light.

The generator is downstairs ; located close to one of the neighbor's rooms Sha. I just feel if I can hear the noise upstairs like that, God knows how loud the noise would be for those downstairs.

I intend to visit one of the sun King accredited distributors close to me today to check out their fan recommended by Segedinho.

90% chance they fk up the building roof
That's a major concern too.

I remember my former neighbor who had solar panels on the roof. He told me the story of how the landlord initially consented to him installing the solar panels. Then later the landlord began grumbling about effect of the panel on the roof and risk of burning down the house.

He was pissed with the man because he had initially given his consent. I guess the man spoke to people and they told him those solar panels come with some risks.

Since that neighbor left with his solar panel, I doubt the Landlord will allow any other person to fix theirs .

I have no doubt that if Tosin gives you that gig, Chelsea fans will start doubting their own eyes and personal judgement about Tosin in no time.

There are solar setups you can do for around 1.4 sha, less if you choose not to add panels. You should consider that.

It comes with a year warranty....I don't think it is sold at randoms markerlts except accredited dealers
Thank you bro, this looks like what I really need.

What size is this one you bought for 118k ?

And Do u have a list of their accredited dealers ? Or any idea of where I can get it physically in Lagos, I don't want to buy online only to discover it is fake.

Like I said, they have only one store in Alaba, and it's just right above my own.

I can't remember the specifics, but just wait till Monday when the market opens, then I'll get both the picture and maybe their contact if you want.

The last time I bought it was #69,500

Na the heat make you vex they comment by this time grin, no be small thing i now store ice block to bath at night
Na the heat o.

My baby doesn't like heat one bit and would start crying the moment light goes off. The rechargeable fan I have barely last 30 minutes once NEPA light goes off.

I've been running on generator for a while now because of how poor power supply has been. But sometimes I feel bad for neighbors and people around.

Imagine NEPA takes light around 2am and I have no choice but to put on the generator because I don't want my baby crying all night due to heat. That means the neighbors have to bear the generator noise for as long as there's no light. There are days I even put on the gen from night till dawn.

Though nobody has called to complain about the generator noise yet, but the way my neighbor downstairs calls during the day to inform me once there's light tells me dem no dey happy with the night own, they just don't have a choice cheesy

So, I just feel getting that lasting rechargeable fan will save my fuel and also save neighbors good night rest free from generator noise.
