I have been following your post and wounderful/helful advice to fellow nairalanders, am planing to apply for Undergraduate studies in Austria in next year secession, so i would be needing your detailed advice from time to.

I applied for Swedish student visa last year but it was too strict and difficult, So am applying for an IT course in (BSc in Austria so am getting prepared for next year but i have a problem.

Please i would want to know if anybody here has an idea how to get a letter of special entrance qualification, from a university in Nigeria, it is a requirement you must fulfill when a applying for a course in Austria please @Asiwaju and others who knows about this process should please brief me, on what and what to do to get a BSc study place in Austria, i really want everything to go well this time.

@Don puk its true i also recieved my rejection late and was surpriced that my decision was made like a week ago, while i was making effort to contact them to know my status they always say a decion has not been made on my case and i was told to write to swedish immigration in sweden to put pressure on them cuz that is where the decision is been reached, and before i could know the guy just hang up on me and i always noticed anytime i call the embassy @ Abuja if a man answers me he talks rudly and always hand up on me, but i still kept calling till lucky a nice lady answered by call and attended to me nicely and told me to call my passport number which i did and she told me i should expect a my decision by evening> But i was lucky i still have time to make my appeal cuz the date on my decision was made a week after i received it. and am waiting to hear how far from them.

@jossylad86 you are too much, Nigerians are the most Brilliant peole in the world, well i suggest you call them from mon- thur 1:45pm - 2:15pm you will get your reply that day, you will be ask your passport number only. That is what i did after i was told i just wait i did call and get my reply i was denied. but i have send my appeal sha, the best is yet to come cuz our achievements will be limitless in JESUS NAME AMEN!!!

@fagbon01 you are not allowed to use a sponsor account in the swedish Embassy if you do you will be tuned down, you personal account with your name that is what they welcome. @all i was denied Visa today but its well. Because whatever situation we find ourselfs give thanks i'm greatful to God cuz he knows the best, its obvious that they dont want us in thier country but those who are Rejected should Appeal against it and see what comes out of it, for me i'm sending mine as soon as possible. @jossylad86 i will always come back here to thank GOD when i receive my Visa status = GRANTED , make una nor dey fear with GOD all things are possible who dey fear make he put am to GOD in prayers @chigsmith it depend on the school you are admitted to it can take up to 1 months plus, but mostly when its closer to the deadline you will receive a mail to inform you the duration you have to resume or else you will lose your place to another student I receive a mail from my school to write to them if i will be resuming late so they can reserve my place which i did. As for admission differing you have to write your school a mail to inform them that you want to deffer your admission, they will tell you what to do, mostly you will be ask to give your reasons why you have to deffer your admission, it will be reveiwed and a decision will be made known to you if its successful or not but in your case if you have to deffer your admission it will be successful. but i want to tell you this keep faith and beleive all is well in JESUS NAME AMEN @ all make una keep un hopes up cuz na GOD get power.

@bjokafor, Sorry about the news maybe when the Embassy called to confirm your account the bank number wasnt going or maybe having difficulty contacting the bank and all that. And looking at the case files they have to attend to maybe they just had to skip your case outside but dont worry GOD is always there to answer our prayers, so stand up to your feet and say no to your defeet cuz you are the next for victory. @all still expecting your decision make una trust GOD cuz with him all things are possible. I also leave in Warri, and the Green Boys is also fucking up, i havent been able to use proxivifer nor direct connection for a while and it sucks, please anybody out there can help with the Yellow boys FBT for PC as for Hospter i tried the configuration but its showing Connecting in the status but it never connects and late says cannot connect which means its timining out, that is to say the Yellow boys has some kind of firewall blocking the Hopster as the gree Boys did with freedom, well am still on it, an guy out there with there own views should drop it here maybe we can share idea to finally make it work,

Hey guys, try unintalling the messenger and intall it again, and go so to messnger click on CONNECTION PREFERENCE and make sure you tick NO PROXY CONNECTION option, click on ok and sign in i guss this will work, for those not seeing typed words on thier messneger i guess its virus make sure you update your anti virus and make a full scan i guess that will solve the problem. latly for those who are seeing a messenger about active X you have to click on allow so it can intall Active x on your system, when you click on the up option it will display intall option just follow it step my step its easy and you will be oky using your messnger, and thanks to the @uspry1 for that above step to remove AMVO.exe its works wow
