Now I am not arguing for or against the reasons why it is being tolled, I only proffered a solution to the horrendous traffic gridlock regularly experienced on that axis.

Nice initiative from Sanwolu but this is a temporary measure. The gridlock at the toll gates is crazy on a daily basis. The number one cause is drivers not having exact fare, so it takes at least 2mins for the attendants to get change.
