That's why we shouldn't be following media speculations.the prof Eric ofoedu said he only analyzed results from benue and rivers
Not just that..

Only results from the IREV.
That means,, nobody analysed the whole of all those EC8Bs, EC8Cs, and EC8Ds that were brought to the court.

Is it now you are realizing
I said this that time...

But some people said that One Professor like that had done the whole demonstrations.

Not until I read the final response..
And I found out that the Professor didn't do the actual required demonstrations.

If you followed my comments very well..
You will notice that I stopped talking about the PEPT after I read the LP replies to the three respondents.
It happened that didn't really see what I was expecting to see.

So, let the judgement come and go.
From whatever the judges say, and whatever the Supreme Court would say,, the future Petitions would be well guided..

As for now,, putting the Electoral-Act in order is going to be our next target.
(“Our” in this context means me and my team, not Nigerians.. I know that everybody cannot share the same opinions and ideas with me)

At first, “we” were thinking that putting the INEC in order would solve the problem..
But we came to realize that the INEC is not the main issue here, but a very faulty Constitution and even a more faulty Electoral Act.

We Won't Rest..
More Work Just Began For “Us”.

Who do you blame for that?
If the courts give them all the time in the world, the case might drag for two years and you know how much difficult it will be by then even if the evidence is glaring to unseat a president who has spent two years in office.
That's why the litigants should put their best foot forward.
That's why the best bet is to get INEC to do the right thing from start
I now see..

Getting and bringing all the evidence to the court is not the problem..

The major problem is to get the right information from the whole bunch of evidence, put it together in a summarized format WITHIN THE VERY SHORT TIME GIVEN, and use the summarized format to demonstrate the whole lots of evidence in the court..

That's really a big task..
But it's not impossible though..

Meanwhile..
I don't blame anybody for this.

There will always be a future.

One thing is clear..
All those loads of evidence which the LP tendered at the tribunal were not fully demonstrated and related to the petition..
Especially those CTCs of EC8Bs, EC8Cs, and EC8Ds, and so on..

LP didn't clearly establish (from the evidence) the calculation-errors in the collation in such a way that it is sufficient enough to render the results invalid.

LP also didn't establish all those polling units that have their total votes more than the Accredited Voters as recorded in the BVAS Machines.

If you can go to the bank and use just ur fingerprints and obtain money from ur account.. then inec have no excuse not to implement what it said n promised.

what's there actually self. is it not to create a database and few integration and few lines of codes, then artificial intelligence...

Data Collection, Data Preprocessing, Feature Extraction using OpenCV, FingerJetFX SDK or even matlab... etc
Model Building and training ur model.

Am actually doing data science now and am telling u nothing is there.

But they collected over billions of naira and telling us glitch.

thunder kee them there
One thing you should know is that we trusted INEC too much.
Even the Electoral Act trusted INEC too much..

But INEC had shown us that we cannot trust them.. In fact, they are the criminals here, not even the desperate party gladiators..
They know the right things to do, but they would choose to find loopholes in the laws, and then use it as an excuse to do whatever they like.

Thus,, the suggestions I put forward are just some modifications which would cut off the too much trust we have in INEC,, and make the rule as straight forward as possible, so that INEC cannot come in the middle of elections and change anything, just because the Electoral-Act had too much trust in it.

The same INEC..
The same Election..
Supposedly the same laws.

Yet, different situations in different polling units.

..
Sheey you said that you guys guarded your votes,, then tell me..
When did you see the photo of your polling unit result for the Senate and House of Reps on the IREV.??
Was it instantly.??
Or later on that same day.??
Or some few days later?

I said result of Senate was uploaded that day on the polling unit across.

did u vote n waited till midnight in ur unit? or u went home to sleep refusing to guard ur vote

in my unit.. the validation of voters was done electronically and smoothly. Senate and house of assembly results went sharply but presidential could not be uploaded.

also in governorship result was transmitted.

Let me tell you something that happened right in front of my eyes on that day. (25th Feb 2023).

The INEC Officers were not having network.
They said that they were using HI-SPEED-Glo..
I had to share my MTN Wi-fi, and it was used to “Export” the Data from the BVAS Device.
And it wrote “Successful” right in front of my eyes.

But then, I continued reloading the IREV Portal,, none of the results came up.

I asked him what happened, and why was it that the results he just snapped and exported didn't show on the IREV..

They said that the RATECH at the ward will help them do it.. But we refused.. We later allowed them to leave the place. Luckily for us, the results came up on the IREV around 5am the next day., and it was exactly as we had it snapped in the Polling-unit..

Up till now (this very moment),, SOME OF THE POLLING UNIT RESULTS FOR THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPS ARE STILL MISSING ON THE IREV PORTAL. THEY HAD NOT BEEN UPLOADED TO THE PORTAL UP TILL NOW..
Therefore, the glitch also affected the Senate and HOR elections too..
And this is me telling you my personal experience.. (Not some things I heard from the news)

The same thing happened 3 weeks later during the State House of Assemblies Election..

We even had to force the INEC officials to stay back and call the RATECH to come there and do the uploading of photos to the IREV in front of us.
In the end, other photos from other polling units started appearing. The officials said that those people whose results are appearing are already at the ward center, and that is where the RATECH is.. So we allowed them to leave, and after some few hours, the photo of the result sheet appeared on the IREV..

MEANWHILE,, Some few polling units do not have the photos of their results sheets on the IREV up till this very moment..
(That is for House of Assemblies ooo..,, after the INEC promised that the “glitch” will not happen again).

..
If you said that you guarded your votes,, then tell me..
When did you see the photo of your polling unit result for the Senate and House of Reps on the IREV.??
That Same Day.??
Or the Next Few Days?

but it worked for governorship, senate smoothly without any problems.
Who said so??

There are Thousands of Petitions at the tribunals for the Governorship, House of Assemblies, Senate, and House of Reps elections...
And most of them are all challenging both the results and the process which produced such results..

**(Peter Obi was even lenient enough to be challenging only the process, without challenging the result itself).

What is ballot paper.. Why are u thinking backward?
Why not electronic Biometric voting system. Where votes are transmitted on the go.
The INEC actually confessed that their technology had not reached that level yet.

So, let us bear with them, and cope with the one they can truly afford,, and then, try and make the best out of it.

You should not be declared president without getting at least 50% of the votes.
I understand you very well..

And you're very correct too.

But this thing you suggested is a CONSTITUTIONAL MATTER..

And thus, we should be urging our Lawmakers to adjust the Constitutional Conditions and Requirements for declaring someone a winner in an election for executive positions,, or at least, for the post of President.

Why do you think man, the world is always always complaining and always pointing out what is wrong.

"Ubi jus ibi remedum"

Natural Law makes sure that every wrong pops out and stands out and makes people cry over it so that it is remedied and corrected. If not crys and cryses will always ring in the land

That is how it's Maker enforces it!

At this point, Nigeria should be considering online voting to forestall voter suppression and intimidation.
☝🏽☝🏻

Many quarters have many reasons to refuse this.
Most of their reasons are centered upon “Fraudulent ONLINE Activities, which would lead to manufacture of fake vote counts”
(They tend to forget that everything will still pass through review)

The INEC Chairman who will lead the country into next election cycles should assemble tech experts from around the world to make it happen.
It is possible.
But the Electoral Act must support it first.

With smartphones and computers, you vote for your preferred candidate from the comfort of your home. The votes increase in real time as people vote from across the country. IP addresses and PVC numbers can be used to know the location of the voters for state elections. PVC numbers will be recognized by the system to allow people to vote.

If they do this, INEC will stop budgeting billions of naira for elections. If we could spend over N300 billion to conduct an election in 2023, it could pass 500 billion in 2027 and the old man in Aso Rock and his boys will still rig it.
They will come back to give you a thousand reasons why this won't just work.

Total digitalisation of our whole electoral process from voting to automatic result collation and announce. INEC should be made total independent of government control via strong institutional reforms
I will still come to the idea of total digitisation..
(I will talk more about it inside this very thread)

The possible ways to achieve it, and how the Electoral-Act must be amended in order to fully accommodate it.

But for the moment, let them amend the Electoral-Act in such a way to bring the perfect actualization of the Electronic Accreditation, Electronic Transmission, and Electronic Collation, in such a way that it accommodates all possible shortcomings, including network malfunction, glitches, and so on..
