Normally, it is usually picked from the school library and the volume will be the next year. That is why it is tagged 1980.

Check the below screenshot from the page. It says clearly that the volume is year 1980.

At least thank me for educating your illiterate self.

For the 1980 to 1982 graduates, the combined the yearbook together and the format of the document is totally different from the 1979 Tinubu set.

See the difference.

I went online to search for Tunde Badejo profile. From what i found, he is the Chairman of Soft Alliance which is an IT company.

From the "About Us" page, it is clearly written that he graduated from Chicago State University with bachelor's in mathematics which is the same exact thing Tunde said in the video above.

Happy sunday y'all, so i have this issue bothering me that i need advice on.

So me and this my guy have known for some years now and i know him as someone who has a flaw for anything under skirts.

It didnt bother me all these while cause i am nt one to judge until recently when i found out from my girlfriend that he was codedly wooing my junior sister and they just started dating.

Can the NYSC tell us the exact reasons why they didn't issue Peter Mbah of Enugu State with a discharge certificate.??

Peter Mbah was appointed to a “higher call to national service” in 2003 (using the exact words of the Minister), when Gov. Chimaroke of Enugu State appointed him as the “CHIEF OF STAFF” while he was still serving in the NYSC..

He went to answer the higher call to national service..
And that was how his NYSC discharge certificate was denied him.

He is worried if he can still apply for bank graduate trainees vacancies in which the criteria for the fresh graduates is that they should be not more than 26 years old. Because he will be 27 years on November 6th this year. Just few months to go.


Can he still be considered 26 years? Or is he above the age limit?

He is not 27 yet at the time of Application.
And the bank didn't give a future date where the 27yrs-old limit should be counted against..


Thus, the 27yrs barrier is regarded as at the time of application.

1 APC wins at the Appeal Court and since he has already resigned from the Senate, there will have to be a fresh election for his seat.

2 The other party (LP) is pronounced as winner at the Court of Appeal the other candidate takes up the seat and there will not be any need for a fresh election.

I have noticed this more than once. Whenever i take a lady out to a fancy restaurant, she always looks for a way to talk down on the food and make it seem she’s been to better places.

So, since Dave Umahi decided to choose the ministerial slot, something I find shocking, I think the ideal thing is for the runner-up of APC primary to replace him.

There is provision in the Electoral-Act for someone who “dies” after the party wins in an election but before the certificate of return is given.
But once the candidate had been issued with certificate of return before he “dies”,, the seat becomes vacant.

In this case, no one died... But the candidate who won had serious and cogent reasons to abandon the seat which he won.

So, the certificate of return had been issued.
Anything that happens to the candidate which costs him his elected seat renders the seat vacant.

Meanwhile..
I will search out for the precedences set by some earlier court cases and election petition judgements with similar situations..

In this video, David Umahi is insinuating that If he wins at the tribunal, that the APC will still retain his senatorial seat, and then conduct fresh primaries in order to replace him.....


BUT THAT IS A VERY BIIGG LIE.!!

His senatorial seat is already vacant at his time of his swearing in as a Minister.
(Going by the Section-68 of the Constitution)

Once his seat becomes vacant,, the seat doesn't belong to the APC any longer.

The Pending Tribunal Case had already become Null-And-Void,, and had been overtaken by events.

So, a fresh election is what should happen.
And not a re-run., as he even mentioned..

(Even if by the time the INEC published the final list of candidates, he is still a minister, but some few days to the election, he stops being a minister,, he cannot contest again in the senatorial election)

Was there a caveat or notice to the trespasser?
