They usually don't think things through to the end before implementing them.

Ebonyi state government launched an airport which they boasted cost more billions. They spent millions of dollars to launch it.

A journalist captured children eating left over food at the event, asking why an event that cost millions of dollar is required when the children of the state can’t feed. But you will disenfranchise a while lot of people who won't have access to high end phones that will have biometric features . Because you can afford such a phone doesn't mean everyone can, that's why the world over governments provide gadgets in certain locations so people can go cast their votes.....and in some cases like US things like mail in ballots and early voting to make sure every eligible voter votes.,....most Americans still go to polling stations to vote ,......even at that thy don't have 98% turnout.
Besides voting is a civic duty, don't elevate it to home entertainment or a game on a phone encourage people to go out and vote, except if conditions don't allow.,.....with your proposal many people will just vote along party , religious and ethnic lines which will mean NO CHANGE so I don't buy the idea

Guys, why are recruiting firms in Nigeria this wicked? I was invited for an interview which was to start by 9am. As at 12:30pm, I was still in the waiting room.
