He immediately handed over to the next person in command, and headed straight to Abuja to collect his certificate of return.
He resigned immediately from being the Chairman in all the institutions he headed.

Not one single supplier.
Not one single vendor.
Not one single service-provider.

If you have any proof that he owed any contractor,, come up with it.
