I know many northerners who have Android phones but are not on social media. Some of them have,sadly, been brainwashed to by some clerics to believe that social media is evil and a means of corruption, etc.

That majority of northern voting population are not on social media is a FACT. There is no need wasting time fighting over it. As a responsible politician, all u need to do is to find a way to reach out to such people instead of masturbating over Atiku's comment.
