booz:
Wives are fond of asking husbands the question; ' Is sex food?' just to make the husband look like a pervert and most times to kill his drive.

Husbands, please when next your wives ask this question, show her pictures of 'small girls with big gods' and explain to her how sex is worth more than food, it's worth Mercedes Benz G-Wagon, duplex, foreign getaway, iPhone 13 pro max, designer bags, shoes, watches and the likes.

Abi, what do small girls give to their big gods to deserve the 'huge returns'?

Hence a husband deserves enough of it from his wife, to EITHER or BOTH parties satisfaction.
So, what if the wife understands it from another angle and start demanding expensive things in return for sex?

I just finished reading the document after downloading.
Honestly, it's a worthwhile read..

nameo:
And i just need to say that this is very important, in fact critical for our nation's elections and democracy. This should attract much more attention than it has so far. In fact, if we get this right, our election management process would get a huge boost. And we know what that will mean for the nation. Please Download the document and read.

I really need to commend INEC for this rare show of some level of independence and fortrightness.

I also want to comdemn the activities of the criminally minded people in the national assembly who are fighting tooth and nail to derail this great step for our elections. Why didnt they for instance invite INEC in plenary like they did for NCC even if they had planned to initially(they obviously knew the position of INEC)? And why did the invited NCC take a different position from what their own joint committee took for years now as clearly shiwn by this document? Criminallly-minded people are also short sighted. They tend to believe that they can keep benefitting from the prevailing status quo without understanding that better skilled criminally-minded peeps would sooner displace them and have the whole cookie to themselves.

Nigerians! We gat shine our eyes!!!

Politics › INEC Releases A New Document On “ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION OF RESULTS” by BluntCrazeMan(op):
INEC had finally declared its stand on the ongoing debate about the Electronic Transmission of Election Results..
(Recall that the Senate Invited Only the Officials from the NCC during the debate, but they did not invite anybody from the INEC)

..
Thus, INEC had officially published their stand on the matter, so that everybody can read and understand everything they need to know about the Electronic Transmission of Election Results from the INEC’s point of view.

(The Members of the National Assembly definitely need to see this, and they need to digest the contents very well.)

ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION OF RESULT
...
...
...
PREFACE...
Over the last three electoral cycles, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has consistently sought to apply technology to improve the credibility and safety of the electoral process in Nigeria. This has intensified in recent times with the threat to public safety posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has necessitated an inevitable quantum rise in remote, rather than direct and physical interactions in the electoral process. Technology has made this possible. Consequently, within the last two years, the Commission has applied several technological innovations to managing the electoral process. Some of these are the introduction of the INEC Results Viewing (IReV) portal, separate portals for nomination of candidates, accreditation of election observers, accreditation of the media for elections and for nomination of polling agents.

In addition, the Commission recently introduced online pre-registration of voters as part of the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise, which has made it possible for well over two million Nigerians to commence and/or complete their registration without difficulties within a period of ten weeks.

Two guiding principles underlying the Commission’s application of technology are timeliness and relevance. These principles underscore the Commission’s belief that the time has come for Nigerian elections to transcend the cumbersome, tardy and vulnerable manual transmission and collation of election results to electronic transmission.

Recently, in the course of the National Assembly seeking to amend or repeal and re-enact the Electoral Act 2010, a national debate has arisen over the question of electronic transmission of election results. The controversy has revolved around the readiness of INEC and the capacity of national infrastructure for transmitting election results electronically.

It is worthy of note that none of the sides in this controversy appears to substantially question the desirability of electronic transmission of election results. It seems that only the preparedness of INEC and the capacity of national infrastructure are questioned.

Since INEC’s readiness has become a cardinal issue in these debates, the Commission has decided to articulate and make public its position and thinking on this question, particularly for two reasons.
First, many Nigerians have called on the Commission to make its position public.
Second, we hope that by doing so, some of the partisan fervour that has tainted the discussions may recede and make common grounds and consensus possible in order to chart a more progressive way forward.

This Position Paper is borne out of this thinking.
Among other things, it distils the Commission’s position and thinking on the question of electronic transmission of election results in an easily readable form.
The positions canvassed in this paper are informed by a decade of the Commission’s technical field experience, piloting and engagement with critical stakeholders, particularly the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) on electronic transmission of election results.
Surely, a decade is not a short time for the Commission to determine whether it is ready.

Our position is not meant to support or undermine any side in the ongoing debates.
Our understanding is that as a responsible corporate citizen, particularly one whose constitutional responsibilities are at stake, INEC should lend its voice to such a momentous issue of public concern. As such, INEC’s intervention in these debates, particularly through this Position Paper, should not be misconstrued as denuding the powers of any other agency or authority to perform its functions or to hold views on the issues in question that are contrary to those of the Commission.

In that spirit, and on behalf of the Commission, I strongly commend this Position Paper No.-1 of 2021 to all stakeholders who are interested in knowing the Commission’s thinking and position on the electronic transmission of election results. We hope that through this Paper, we have contributed to dousing the heat and shedding more light on the question. If through this Paper, more common grounds and consensus are found, then its production would have been worthwhile.

Professor Mahmood Yakubu
CHAIRMAN, INEC
13th September, 2021.
..
..
...
INTRODUCTION...
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) believes that it has developed adequate structures and processes to successfully transmit election results electronically.

Electronic transmission of results will improve the quality of election result management, and that our engagement with stakeholders shows that the Nigerian public supports it.

The technology and national infrastructure to support this are adequate.

Consequently, if the choice was up to INEC, the Commission prefers to transmit election results electronically once the necessary legal framework is provided.

This Position Paper will, among other things, try to elaborate on the reasons why the transmission of election results electronically is both desirable and doable.

Politics › Re: Voter Register: INEC Requests NPC’s Data On Deceased Nigerians. by BluntCrazeMan(op):
So to the main question:...
..
“Does this NPC have the Data as required by the INEC??”
(Does any Nigerian Institution keep accurate and reliable data, to even start with??)

...
...
...
Another Important Question Is This:...
..
Why is it that the NIN-Registration, which is being handled by the NIMC, is being done without the collaboration of this NPC??
Or does it means that the NPC doesn't need to update their records in order to start including the Biometric Data of the populace??
Or would they come back later start doing their own NPC’s Biometric-Capturing when they finished enjoying their present slumber and decided to wake up??
...
..
..
On the NIN-Registration itself:....
..
Why won't this NIN of a thing also be enrolled at the point of birth??
Since it had been scientifically confirmed that finger-prints of individuals don't even change more than 1.00% from birth till old-age..
(Specimens gotten from “a-day-old” babies and the ones gotten from the-same individuals at their 70-years birthday were compared, and they all matched more than 99%)
Politics › Voter Register: INEC Requests NPC’s Data On Deceased Nigerians. by BluntCrazeMan(op): 12:18pm On Sep 25, 2021
Voter Register: INEC Requests NPC’s Data On Deceased Nigerians.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has urged the National Population Commission (NPC) to periodically avail INEC of the data of deceased Nigerians to further enhance the credibility of the nation’s register of voters.

The INEC chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, made the request when he received the chairman of the NPC, Alhaji Isa Kwarra, who paid him a courtesy visit at INEC headquarters in Abuja on Friday.

He said that the Commission needed the data to remove names of dead persons from the voter register, adding that INEC had the largest biometric register of Nigerians, with photographs and fingerprint information for voter authentication.

He said in order to make the voter register more robust, INEC had been periodically cleaning it up by removing ineligible persons or multiple registrants from it using a combination of technology.

“At present, technology cannot help us to identify and remove dead persons from the voters’ register.
Therefore, I wish to once more appeal to the Chairman of the NPC, in your capacity as the registrar of births and deaths in Nigeria, to periodically avail us of the data of deceased Nigerians.

“This is important so that we can use the official information from your Commission to further clean up the voter register.

“Perhaps, you may wish to start by availing us with the list of prominent Nigerians who have passed on, civil and public servants compiled from the official records of government ministries, departments and agencies and other Nigerians from hospital and funeral records across the country,”
he said.

The INEC boss said the idea was to enable the Commission to easily delimit and periodically review electoral constituencies based on NPC’s figures whenever there was a new population census, adding that “this cannot be achieved without accurate population data.”

“This is partly why no constituencies have been delimited in Nigeria since the last exercise was carried out 25 years ago in 1996 by the defunct National Electoral Commission of Nigeria (NECON). Working together with the Population Commission, we are determined to make a difference this time around, just as we solved the problem of voter access to Polling Units in Nigeria.

“We have already prepared and produced a Discussion Paper on electoral constituencies in Nigeria looking at the issues more broadly, including the imperative of a new population census.

“So far, within the framework of the RA/EAD project, we have jointly covered 261 LGAs nationwide. I am aware that NPC has covered more LGAs. Going forward, we are finalising a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which will be signed very soon.

Earlier, Kwarra said the NPC management was at INEC to further enhance the existing collaboration between the two commissions.

He said while NPC had not conducted population census over the last 16 years, the Commission was preparing towards conducting it in 2022, subject to the approval of President Muhammadu Buhari.

“We have been working towards realising this objectives by delimiting the entire land mass of the country; we started in 2014 we are hopeful that by the end of October, we will complete the demarcation in all the 774 local governments in the 36 states and the FCT,” he said.

lajid:
Hello everyone, so it happened that my Dad made some withdrawals at the ATM, on the last withdrawal the ATM did not dispense.l and he was debited.

Followed him to the bank to complain so the amount will be reversed.

Upon our arrival, we met a woman crying profusely. She was restless, saw three bankers on one computer trying to figure things out and another consoling her.

So it happened that she was scammed of N300,000. She said she received a call from someone who claimed to be the bank manager who asked her to provide some of her private information which she did.

Man, I felt bad for her. I was really angry inside, I hope this scammers meet their Waterloo.

So I’ve got some questions regarding this:

1) how do these scammers get the phone number and account details of people to the extent of calling them and requesting personal information.

2) can the money be recovered, if yes what process does one need to follow. This is to educate people

On a final note, please and please, don’t give your personal information to anyone who claims to be from a certain bank. Always go the bank!
The answer to No.2 Question is YES.. But the Bank will tell you to provide police authority first, and court affidavit before they can breach the privacy policy of the banks that are involved, and enter into the account of the fraudster for further investigations.
Romance › Re: How I Handled My Cheating Serious Girl by BluntCrazeMan:
Deltafynest:
I have been dating this girl for more than a year now. We have been committed even with travails here and there sometimes.

I'm a student, she also and she's an orphan. My intention boarded on the idea that she would understand me knowing fully well where i was coming from.

Every week, i began to discover new stuffs mostly on the ground that she has slept with all categories of people in the past including cripple, pastor, someone she's older than, and even her uncle, her former boss too and her boss's brother. Even with all these revelation i was still willing to stay with her. There are secret stuffs that i can't share online about her.

Her ex boyfriend has been a bone in the neck since the start of this relationship. He didn't want to let go so i learnt and the girl has expressed total hatred on the guy. She doesn't even want to hear his name at all.

So she recently travelled and was calling me. One day, she called me that she has something to say, she said she would come to town to tell and because of the intrigue i was able to get her to talk on the phone. She said she has slept with the ex boyfriend since we started the relationship.

Now the main thing is, a pastor once told me that my gf's glory was used for rituals which we suspected the dude being that they dated for over 9 years plus and she was certain it was the guy due to some factors which i can't say.

Things hasn't been easy whenever she is around me mostly when she spends time in my house. Things will just go bad and terrible, doors will just close...

So, when she told me about the guy. She said she did it because she was looking for 20k. I was angry because the period she said she took the money, i remember i had $4500 sent to me and she never asked me for any money.

The matter has been on ground and i have been so pained since cos i know she must have done it with someone else too.

So i travelled to Portharcourt to see her today from Warri even though i was short on cash and had to raise the money to see her. On getting there we trashed the matter out and her sister said i should forget the past so that we can move on. I agreed, i was already getting tired of her shenanigans, so i decided not to be used by this id#ot again. The bit*h even mentioned that the guy has been disturbing her life with calls to come back.

I took the guy's number and called him like a guy man. We have actually related in the past before so we needed no too much introduction. The guy said they are not dating but he is only having time with her and that she would call him to ask for money almost all the time. This girl never told me she was looking for money and i refused. I have always tried my best for her.

After talking, i and the guy agreed to just use her. The guy said i should not take her serious and should just enjoy myself with her. That whenever she go back to town i should call him to take over from that side. So i agreed.

Bit*h will be shocked if she thinks i will take her serious. We will just useless her for years and waste her time. If you see the way we agreed to use her ehn, you will know the hatred is real.

Don't trust these girls.
Get lost..
You're the looser here.
..
She's all you’ve got.
And now another guyman just used your brain.
You still don't want to leave her.
..
You don't have another lady in your life.
Yet the guy is now sharing your one-and-only babe with you in the pretence of helping you to useless the babe, and you stupidly agreed.
