Politics › Does Ministry Of Environment Have An Input In The Design Of Roadside Drainages? by BluntCrazeMan(op): 5:46pm On May 25, 2021
Please, I want to know the exact inputs of both the Ministry of Works and Housing, and the Ministry of Environment when it comes the conceptualisation, design and construction of road-side drainages and culverts and other road-related hydraulic structures....

In as much as the road-side drainages are attached to roads, they are actually environmental-protection structures in their truest definition of functions; and as a result of that, I want to know whether the Ministry of Environment are supposed to be involved in the design and supervision of the road-side drainages and other road-related hydraulic structures; even though such structures are fully attached to road projects that are fully under the purview of the Ministry of Works and Housing.

Giy this is Nigeria! Things don't work the way it should. We take backyard enta house here.

If I may understand as it worked in other Banks. The limit and requirement for a token is when you are transferring more than N20k at a go. So why not play the Nigerian sense - transfer as many times as you wish BUT NOT MORE THAN N20K.

Case close.

Good morning, world
The time wasted in doing the multiple transactions comes into consideration here.
And then, the multiple charges for the various teansactions too..

Customer Care/Relationship is one of the weakest features of most of the Nigerian organizations.

As there's no JUST agency to regulate their "MIGHTIER THAN THE LAW" tendencies....they see themselves as Gods.
In saner climes, I'm pretty sure they can be sued! Pay damages tire and them go hear word.

Although, be sure that you've been using the USSD to make transfer above the said sum before....Cos banks like UBA have had that crazy "Secure pass problem" since USSD even started...which is a good feature thou; your problem is about the non-sensitization.
....
My brother, that's just it.
I use their Mobile-App very well, and I also use their USSD option very often too.
If the transfer is very urgent, and I considered the logging-in processes of the Mobile-App as a waste of time, I would quickly opt for the USSD option.
Sometimes, when I find myself in a location of low/slow data network services, then USSD comes to rescue.
..
No matter the security checks they want to put in place, I have no problems about it.
All I care for, is proper sensitization.
Let the customers know about the new changes (even before they were being implemented).

If they have decided to be using Token, no problems.
..
But they should not be putting the uninformed customers through unnecessary confusions.

Business › Use Of Access Bank’s Hardware Token: No Prior Information To Customers by BluntCrazeMan(op):
Recently, Access Bank Customers can no longer transfer anything greater than ₦20,000 using the USSD Transfer Methods.
..
To make the matter worse, they even went ahead and started implementing the embargo on the transfers without sensitizing the customers. Their unsuspecting customers are not even aware of such restrictions up till this moment, and they may be thinking that the USSD method is no more working for big amounts.
..
Worst of it all is that; when someone wants to transfer big amounts using the USSD method (amounts bigger than ₦20,000), the processing instructions will still prompt the customer to enter the last 6 digits of CARD NUMBER.
..
..
When I took the pain to inquire from Access Bank why they stopped allowing transactions greater than ₦20,000 on the USSD Channel, they said that for someone to transfer more than ₦20,000 using USSD, that the person should use Hardware Token (costs ₦2,700).
When I asked them why they didn't sensitize the customers about it, and why the USSD instructions are still prompting customers to enter the last 6 digits of CARD NUMBER, instead of promoting customers to activate their Hardware Token and enter the PIN that was generated in the Token...
..
They have not answered me till today.

With the Digital/Online options, many Nigerians can participate virtually in the so-called public hearing and make tangible contributions.
Politics › Senate Public Hearing On Constitution Review: No Options For Online Participati by BluntCrazeMan(op):
The Senate Zonal Public Hearing on the Constitution Review Comes up on Wednesday (26th May 2021) and Thursday (27th May 2017) in two centres each across the Six Geo-political Zones in Nigeria.
The Public Hearing would happen simultaneously in all these 12 centres (listed below) between 10am and 5pm on each day:

I. North-Central 1 - Jos Centre (Plateau, Nasaraws and Benue)

2. North-Central 2 - Minna Centre (Niger. Kwara, Kogi and FCT)

11. South-West 1 - Lagos Centre (Lagos, Oyo and Ogun)

12. South-West 2 - Akure Centre (Osun and Ondo)

But despite all these efforts to increase the public participation, there was no provision made for Nigerians and interested parties to Participate in the public hearing in any of these zones (or in all of them) through Virtual/Online means such as Facebook-Live, YouTube-Live, Zoom, WebEx, and so on.
..
Must We Go To these centers in person, and must we be there physically in order to contribute in the so-called Publi Hearing??

It's probably the lady..
Maybe she went there and smoked igbooo..
And probably she had mad fun too, and it all got to a point of excess..
Why the guy (or guts) left her in the open, rather than taking care of her until she's sober again, is what I can't figure out for now.

Most are into real estate , debt recovery and tax consultancy aside from litigation.
I think they stand to benefit from the system if the goals for the strike are met. I don't think they're happy about the problem of the judiciary. It's a difficult place to be when your means of livelihood is shut down in this manner but it's less likely to affect those well diversified into those other areas. They should not give up, I believe everything will end in praise eventually.
Contrary to the word “MOST” (as used up there), it's actually a few of the advanced ones amongst them that had gathered enough experience to delve into all these other areas.
“Most” young lawyers have not diversified their options yet, and thus they are stuck with the courts at the moment.

What if the deduction is from loans?

What's the business of state government with micro finance
The deductions are from the take-home pay of ALL the civil servants in the state. Not some of them, but ALL.. No single worker was spared, and it was not deducted from the loans.
..
..
It is not very clear (from the attached photo) how the state government got involved with the microfinance bank, but being that the office of the Head of Service of the state released such a letter, it means that the state government is involved in the deduction of the workers’ salaries

We have to hear from the Anambra State Civil Servants themselves before we can fairly conclude on this matter.
..
The so-called Civil Servants had never received any Dividends whatsoever.
They have never even received any form of notifications about the bank and its performance in the shares/stock market, at least, to indicate that they are the real stakeholders and shareholders of the nonsense microfinance bank
