Please don't know if this is the right place for this and pardon my use of English.
I subscribed for Gotv from my account on Tuesday (17/032/20) , I waited till Friday 20th nothing was coming up. I checked from the app on my phone and I find out the money wasn't credited, so I called the customer care number the lady told me they received the money later i find out the money has been credited to my account. But yet to display anything.
Story cut short, I have called and spoke with their Attendance over 7times bw Friday/Saturday. Keep getting same and, we have sent for request for a reset, put it on number 5 it will display in a jiffy,yet nothing is coming up.
Now @gotv Nigeria is not picking up my calls. Most annoying is that this calls are paid for as their line is not toll free.
Please am I scammed
Mod please help me as I need it now so I can be informed about happenings esp at this world health crisis.
