damoskiy: I suggested some topics on the previous thread...I think to make the debate better organised all schools represented should have a chat room where they would discuss,meet and come up with some reasonable topics which is still subject to final approval from the judges. With that the debate would be better organised apart from that all schools should come up with atleast 5 representative
1. 1 person Would serve as the p.r.o . of the school on the thread he / she would be in charge of posting their debates throughout the competition.
2. 2 or more persons would compile the debate on the topic.
3. 2 people would edit their debate from grammatical errors and punctuation.

That's all I can think about for now...

Sermwell: do you have proof of this? If you are approached to substantiate on this, will you be able to convince beyond reasonable doubt? Can you give evidence in support of this assertion?....well, except this is a topic for debate, you might just be guilty of unwarranted assumption.

Sermwell: please you should give us your own point of view thereby setting the pace for arguing for or against! you just cannot drop a topic here and walk away expecting us to respond! Haba!

Suggestion:
Please cordinators, when the grouping is been done, let us use the latest webometric university ranking prior to the month of competition to seed schools. It won't be fair enough if UI is to face UNILAG at the group stage or OAU taking on UNIBEN. This will go a long way to make it more fun and great. #MyOneCent

Olastep1: I would have enlisted as my little quota but the date ish is disturbing. If ASUU strike is to end by Dec and we resume by Jan. And you guys are planning for a debate by march. I'm sure my school's exam wil be by April. So, how about that? Even if the strike ends today, Exams will be March/April. AND you want us guys to come here and keep checking for info everytime and also preparing for e-debate? Even during this strike, how many stalites do you see on nairaland? Or is it not inter-school debate? Maybe you only need aspirants in the debate.

I'm not against this debate but be honest with yourselves, it may be just a charade with the timing
