Good morning to all beautiful heart Nairalanders and a big thanks to your quick response.
At some responses, some are asking for building plan/sketch or design but the fact is I only bought that property like that tru my uncle. It's an half plot of land, 30 by 100 with 3 bedroom and 2 unit of room and parlour self contained foundation with each rooms with its toilets and bathrooms, no dining room. The former owner almost used up all d land. The left over at the left and sides wil not b more than 3-4ft and 4-5ft respectively and the back side 3-4ft too.
A good hearted one could further assist me please.
I think I finally comes with a sketch.
Mind you, the dotted point will be for pillars and I wish the sitting room could step down, will this still be achieve by doing the oversite concrete? It is better now that you have a sketch but the dimensions are missing |

8 single room(Sr) (with 4 toilets(Tb) (erroneously inserted it twice. D idea is for 2 rooms to share 1 toilet.
Then 6 selfcon single room too.

Filling is on going presently, next after that is the setting of the blocks to the final level.
My enquires are;
How many blocks will it required?
How many bag of cement and cost of sand (mind you, there will be 15 pillars)?
Can it later be floored after block setting, mind you, am using 9 inches block all through?
Thanks in anticipation. It is better you do oversite concrete that people call German floor. Do you have the drawings? Or can you get a sketch? I can give you the material estimate |

I think a minimum of N60 million will complete the project plus the cost of land. At a minimum average cost of N3 million per flat multiplied by 16 flats will be N48 million plus N12 million cost of land making N60 million. I have a feeling you will spend more than N60 million.

We are in need of a quantity surveyor for a one off contract.
The contract is to produce priced and unpriced BOQ for the setup of a fish farm (just the pond), Poultry house and Pork farm.
We have already engaged an architect for the design of the general facility but need a QS with knowledge of the actual farms.
Competent and detailed QS is required.
