Why not.... When there is continuity in government, there will definitely be progress and development. Tinubu and lateef jakande are visionary leaders when Tinubu took the mantle of leadership, Lagos state didn't retrogress under and after him.
We can all see the millennium schools he built in early 2000s. Lekki deep sea port, LAMATA, Eko Atlantic city. Most of these projects you are seeing now are Tinubu's master plan. But he can't execute them within that 8 years.
Look at what Donald Duke did in Cross River state; go to Tinapa now, it's a shadow of itself. Lack of continuity in Cross River state has diminished the state development.
