If you are not able to drop your salary or cash flow why dont you leave the guy to do what he has opted to do without your sarcasm or negativity. His post offers more hope than yours.. We cannot build a nation with this pull him down syndrome. If he says "we" does it reduce the feathers in your nest? What relevance is that to the matter of the damaged motorised wheel chair? |
nedekid:I dont think you should use the quality, content , capacity and worth of your life or lack thereof to judge others. Some are born with capacity and content. Your joke is not funny but insensitive and irresponsible ..you are lucky we have people like you in govt without capacity to enforce rights and protect the physically challenged. |
FamousMonk:It's unfortunate you think in your skewed mind that this inhumane joke is funny.......even animals dont mess around with the challenges of other , you are worse than one |
How people sit and make sure they open their legs wide as if the transport fare represents part purchase of the vehicle . Total lack of consideration for the convenience and comfort of your fellow human being. I hate selfishness. |
This is an old video I remember seeing in several years back Its not coming from the current violence |
Babtech001:The same Joe Abah will say tomorrow that what were the security forces doing when people infiltrated lagos...... Talk is free ....if govt acts they say why ....if govt does not act you still say why.....Talk and no positive action Are the quality of people who travel by air and by road the same?....the public that tipped off the operatives saw it was an unusual mass movement. What did he do to move nigeria forward during his time in government?, he should come and lecture me |
TrollKiller:An example of ineffective contraceptive methods. This is a scientific proof of lack of comprehension skills and apparent anger and frustration...resulting from lack and loss of will. |
Some people are actually better without fathers!...Is this one a father? |
Bloooody:Has any family member of yours been raped before? |
tactius:Thank you so much poster Correct DVT....Deep Vein Thrombosis....thank God not everyone on this forum has their brains messed up with African magic! People are advised to walk around the pressurised plane and also take thinners if they are exposed to him BP or high cholesterol.. May her soul find rest |
This is great......Lagos is back on track to growth and greatness. Pls lasg more of these |
Esseite:I agree with you totally sir . The judge should know better than to go for self help and slap anyone The worship centres are now a nuisance making so much noise and disturbing co residents with even inconsiderate parking. He should have reported them under the extant regulations and laws Finally , it is good to hear his side, my personal eexperience with redeemed people is that they can lie for the next life. |
breakerofchains:There is a ministry of finance in the state and that ministry has a permanent secretary. The governor has a right and role to summon all the perm secs and directors and get all the Information he needs. Not as if he will understand the financial statements when they give him He should man up as the governor and begin to do his work |
millhouse:I agree with you sir, but the same way I feel Osinbajo should be stripped of his SAN for coming out to say one of the reasons the administration could not deliver on its promises is a weak justice system...........Our leaders need to understand that they are responsible for moving things forward . Osinbajo should use his knowledge and experience to guide the ministry of Justice, attorney general and work with the national assembly to revive the justice system not complain about it, his job that the country pays for is for him to sort out the problem not complain. Back to Ihedioha..... as the executive governor for 4 days, he now has direct access to the president , EFCC, cbn governor, police, dss, his perm secs etc......all these are in place for him to kick off on ground zero, assuming no handing over notes were prepared. Why all the whining and complaints in the press , why all the bad pictures coming from governors lodge.......I can't speak for Rochas because I have not been to Imo in a decade but guess what, he is governor to work and fix problems not whine. I'm sure Imo people did not vote for a wimp of a governor. I imagine everyone will vote for a Man who can solve their problems not while about it. |
dingbang:He is petty, emotional and without focus...he will end up like Ambode , he will spend 4 years going after Rochas and end up doing almost nothing worthwhile. Truly he is the only Governor in his class of state that has not rolled out his real tactical plan for the state. What a shame |
Not true sir, please check your sources before posting things to a public forum. Simple google search of this matter will tell you it is false. On the other hand, you may be helping some people to peddle this false news with a view to disarming citizens who are licenced to protect themselves. |
Why is everybody blaming police? 1. Did the guy commit an offence? 2. Why did he refuse to wind down and open his door? 3. Don't we behave like mad people on lagos roads? Why are we asking police to not match people's madness with madness 4. How else could the police have stopped the guy? |
This is the point where the DPO should be detained and face trial for jumping to conclusions and intellectual laziness |
ItzChinnex:Depending on the nature of the crime....check the crimes under the purview of EFCC on their website If your case is clearly under the crime being investigated by EFCC, write a petition with all the details and documentary proof, type and print 4 copies and take it to the nearest EFCC office in your zone. Write to the director of operations Secondly write the chairman of nigerian bar Association in your state to report the misconduct and I hope you have documentary proof. |
TonyeBarcanista:Wow! Unbelievable...are you real? |
I am so happy to see this and I wish the law enforcement folks will take a cue from this. We all want a better country and not ready to do the right things. Looking at some of the comments from Twitter, some Nigerians are just dirty and uncultured. How can someone in his or her right sense be littering such a neat and well laid out street? |
TarOrfeek:Why are you so bitter? It's called an accident...what happened, who caused it?.....those are questions you should ask before being bitter. Do you know your fortunes and destiny may get better and you may own a car one day?? |
It's so so sad that there is absolutely no value placed on human lives in nigeria....?. Very soon , like Badeh one government official who refused to fix this problem will become a victim The second point is , I would like to know how the accident happened...I am tired and frustrated of Jaywalkers in lagos, was there a pedestrian bridge close to the location of the accident Third point is I hope the guy has reported the specific police officer or station to the cp Lagos so that this does not happen again. Nigeria is now officially a failed state and it's now survival of the fittest. The government is bad and we the people are worse. |
I respect Agbaje's views but I disagree with his position on Hakeem Muri Okunola First why not Hakeem based on the reforms he has done with the lands registry?...why not a younger man, people have ruled nigeria in the past in their 30s. Hakeem is a brilliant and effective fellow. We have an older and more experienced president and this has not brought us to the promised land Agbaje is younger than Bode George so why is he the Pdp flag bearer for Lagos. I am happy each time I hear loads of people are retired in the civil service because many of them are richer than the department and ministries they manage......the civil service is one area government spends most of taxpayers money without requisite value. The cost of governance is too high. While the families of the retired folks are angry, the newly appointed ones are rejoicing that their time has come Agbaje should not cry wolf where there is none |
Our law enforcement agencies are quick to run to the press without diligent investigation. It's just irresponsible to parade people without establishing crime. Union bank nd BW should deal with this problem permanently by suing the living daylights outta EFCC for defamation and libel! |
I feel the driver is immature and unreasonable.......is greeting one of the terms of riding with uber? |
crafteck:Yep and you are vain!! |
crafteck:Vanity is the name to describe your personality Respond based on mood Money is everything! People who make money seriously dont boast about it...your poverty infected mind and personality disorder is glaring. Your light and frivolous posts dont show someone who has made or has capacity to make NGN2m in his life!! Vanity! |
writerights:Sir, if you resist security guards is UK or US, they ll knock you down but after several warnings......the boy cannot break the rule and resist arrest, such disobedience and nerve. If I were the security I will subdue him! Guess what , the same way a man drives against traffic and he bullies the others on the queue, that is what is happening here, if we all speak up against bad behaviour we will not loose our youth. Someone spoke about the boy's family paying 1m as school fees, do you pay money to buy yourself out of disobedience, if we do not realise that there are actions and consequence we will remain backward. People must pay for their actions, a thief goes to people's homes and mains, beats , steals shoots...............the thief is caught in action and human rights say dont bet him dont touch him. Who will defend the Human rights of the victims? |
IamaNigerianGuy:While I disagree with your proposition, I hope he can go to court over this matter and i hope a judge will so strike out the case. We are tipping towards legality and away from morality. I believe the officlas did everything to ensure the guy would not break the rule in the school and get away. A society is built from the smallest unit in the family to community and so forth, how can the guy break teh rule and still be challenging the authorities, that is the height of brazeness |
crafteck:I guess this is where we differ on what is proportionate force. See how you rudely responded to my initial opinion and how i put you in your place by calling you worse names...you were forced to think and use your common sense and responded like a sane human being. Africans only understand cohersion coming from the authoritarian rule of our fore fathers If you look at African generally, we require a certain level of force and cohersion to make us comply with the simplest of all things.....From my discussion with student in the school, the guy brought his phone into church when it was clearly not allowed. The guy was recalcitrant and resisted handing over the phone to the officials, even in western democracies, a security guard can beat down a stubbon fellow to gain control. I see it as appropriate treatment of a disobedient untrained child, he should be expelled if you ask me; to stop others from challenging constituted authority. The lack of discipline and simple common sense is the reason why nobody cares and does anything without consequence. |
