Please ask your school to follow up if you haven’t. This is one of the reasons why I wouldn’t advise keeping passport while visa is processed, they will end up wasting your precious time. I hope you get it soon.

I recall you chose the 'keep my passport' option which I also did. I think it's TLS' worst added service! It's quite appalling and frustrating to be honest.

If you've sent back your passport, you could wait for the collection mail. Another idea could be to frequently go to TLS with your collection slip from time to time. Get your travel luggage ready so that you could quickly move once passport is ready.

Please, how did you do the paid calls? Which service provider did you use? Thanks.

Please take the email from your school to tls ASAP that brp has been received from your school. So it means your visa is issued. So they should take your passport. Beg them if possible, if not do a paid call to UKVI to escalate your case. Time is of the essence
