Just left there. I got there as early as 5am. The available dates even for booking is ending of January

Good Evening everyone one. I am to submit my statement to my school on the 10th of December as that is when my 28days is due. Please is it that same statement I’ll use to apply for my visa or I have to print out another 28days statement as I intend to apply for my visa on the 20th of December.

I feel it’s your admission team that is delaying. I guess each course has its own admission team. Just guessing I’m not sure.

Good day it took 4days to get the conditional admission it was the fastest admission ever. And after I made my tuition deposit it took 2days to get the unconditional offer.

Please can someone give me the total amount I’m likely to spend in naira on priority visa fee and ihs fee. Thank you.

How much was sent to you and how long is your program?

My sponsor was my uncle.

4.5m was sent for my living expense and my program is a year. But the total funds I had in my account was about 5.8million

Will working for 6 - 10 months earn you the required amount needed for your studies in Canada?
Are you a self applicant or your brother will be your sponsor?
Is your brother married with Kids?

Your answers will determine how I will advise you as regards your situation..

As regards your proposed course of study, its on point as it relates with your 1st degree course of study...

Hi @makano please for someone like me I was refused based on personal assets and financial status. My sponsor was my uncle and he paid my full tuition and transferred my living expenses to me. Asides that I had my own personal funds of about 1.5m, landed documents in my name as so much more. I was shocked when I received my notes and the concern was that funds are available but he/she has concerns that it will be sufficient for mr during my entire course. Mind you my sponsor had over 40million in his account and no lump sum. How do I go about reapplying because I don’t know what else to submit.

Hello Patrick,

From the look of things, the only concern of the VO is sufficiency[/b[b]] and availability of the funds shown in the SOA. Now we all know we are suppose show funds that will take care of one year tuition, living expenses and other (flights and miscellaneous). In addition to that, we also need to show how we intend to take care of the subsequent years if is a two year upward course.

Now sponsored by your brother, are you a mature student? Is your brother married with family that will likely depend on the same money shown as your POF for his family upkeep. If is not, how did he prove to the VO that the money is solely for your studies and his family has other means of taking care of themselves. From your own part, did you show any money no matter how small it is?

So in summary, VO is thinking the money you submitted can't cover your the entire duration of stay in Canada without working. Of which what if your don't find work, how then do you complete your studies.

I honestly don’t understand what the VO mean when they say sufficiently/availability. In my situation my sponsor paid my one year full tuition, transferred my living expenses to me, booked a return flight ticket for me. I as the applicant had about 1.5m my personal funds and my sponsors statement was about 40million no lump sum. But my visa was refused based on he has concerns on if the funds will be sufficiently available for me throughout my program. What do you think went wrong in my application.

Please another question how much in total in naira do I need to process my application. I’m planning to do the priority visa for my self and also the ihs fee what’s the total in Naira

Now that I am seeing questions on where proof of funds came from. Please house I’m 23yrs old and I’m applying for my masters. I gathered the money left and right and my personal savings. Though I have proof of employment cos I work with a bank and I have my logistics business that I’m running. Please is this enough proof.

If the school gave you unconditional offer and have not told you explicitly they need an additional ielts from you, it means the school has used your general ielts to assess you... The school will state it on your CAS that they have done their English assessment on you via online and you don't need to submit any further proof English to ukvi.

This is confusing...Did Oxford Brookes University actually give you an Unconditional Offer?

They can't give an Unconditional Offer and tell you to write IELTS again. Its confusing.

They gave me an unconditional letter. The school did not ask me to write IELTS, I’m just asking if I need IELTS academic to apply for my visa because Oxford Brookes did not ask me for IELTS academic.

I’m just seeing now that the English language requirement is IELTS academic but I submitted general instead and yet I was still given an offer. Please was it that they made a mistake and is IELTS compulsory to apply for my visa.

Lol, JR you mean, yes im still on it, my lawyer is expecting response from DOJ
