Today, bloodbaths in the country are reoccurring menance that needs to be stopped. The Kaduna state Governor, El Rufai is a man who gets things done. As chief security officer of his state, he must take hold of the law and defend citizens and visitors to the state. Without bias,the government of Kaduna state should float its security outfit with men and women of repute. The Governor first key responsibility is the safety of his people first before that of the country. Focus should be for all LGAs of Kaduna and for all residents and visitors. Today, Amotekun has become alternative or support to security in the West. The Governor should not go regional but statewide. With the Governor's great antecedent and result driven projects , this is yet another way El Rufai can make Kaduna truely great again. Kaduna remains one of the most advanced states in northern Nigeria, it must continue to lead by example. Security of the state is priority. The government should get the best hands to make it work. The police has tried and they are quite overwhelmed with the sole task of securing lives and properties in the state. But a good look around the world shows one security agency cannot and will never be able to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Hence, the government of Kaduna state should come up with her own security outfit that must man the boundaries of the state and internal safety of the people. The need to know who is who is key. If you are in Kaduna state or visiting then you must carry a form of ID. This is the practice all over the world.YOU MUST HAVE AN ID AND ADDRESS!!!. The police has tried, the army and other have done their best in combating the banditry, the gruesome deaths, thefts, rapes,murders, assassinations. We are just tired. Communities should come together and protect themselves. Worthless elements should be identified in the community. Know your neighbor and what your neighbor does for a living. Yes! Knowing your neighbor is just as important as your life. Organise self defense training. Teach your kids safety tips, engage them in karate classes where they learn decipline and self defense strategies. Both boys and girls should be engaged. Carrying arms is not yet permitted by the government but it's an area we should dialogue on. Bus travels should have security personel with guns for possible attacks. Community by community should have a census of who is who. Landlords should demand personal information with passports and Ids for rentals. Landlords must know their tenants. Village vigilante should be encouraged seriously. Identify new comers and their purpose in community. Land owners and government should identify and put their land to use and also identify tenants. Terrorist and bandits operate on land, perhaps some on waters. All residents must participate in community policing, This is a MUST. Encourage good and efficient policemen and women, reward their efforts even on community levels. Churches and mosque should engage in policing and teach safety and defense strategies to their congregation. SECURITY IS FOR ALL. INSURITY IS NO RESPECTER OF RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION. Youths should be empowered with vocational skills for self or recruited employment afterwards. Youths are key. COMMUNITIES SHOULD AND MUST NEVER CELEBRATE SUDDEN WEALTHS of their sons and daughters. Churches and mosque outlets should never receive donations from such individuals and groups. YES NEVER EVER!!! Parents curtail what you kids watch and who they are with. Women are more forgiven than men and forget easily if they are offended by men than fellow women.

2: Know When to Flee the Land. If you notice the above and the situation seem to be hopeless, just flee for your life. Fast and Praying continually that another guy takes your place in her life. Until then. YOU ARE NOT FREE. So, try not to offend her carelessly. Remember, Many have Gone.

It is a welcome development that should serve as a model for not just states but for local the 774 Local Government Areas in Nigeria. Amotekun is not and will not be in conflict with the police, rather they have become joint partners in the fight against crime. Amotokun is home breed. Meaning it should be able to identify who is who in a community and police accordingly. Amotekun personel should be highly trained and motivated to undertake the great task. As it is, Amotekun has been met with extreme discouragement, envy, jelousy among many other antagonistic moves. It was never belived to have taken such root and popularity. Amotekun should and must stay. The South East, North East and South South and Middle Belt should come up with even better options. Amotekun should support the Federal Government in takling crime. No country in the world can undertake crime and policing entirely by a single federal system. IT CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE NOR EFFICIENT. Kudos to Amotekun. Regions within Nigeria have their peculiar challenges. As such, solutions to crime such kidnapping, thuggery, murders, armed robbery among other problems should take uncommon steps to combat for effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability.
