You don't understand. In a normal society, it is not a choice you make. It is a thing you are forced to do. No one likes to pay tax. Period. The Nigerian government does not understand the value of taxation and how it is run which is why they still depend on only one source of revenue. Since the government does not know what it is doing, Nigeria will always be the same and it's people will always be a collection of tax evaders.
