I guess not any, bcoz you don't hv business, you are a jobless otherwise you have better things to do in ur measurable life than opening an opportunity to rebuke Muslims by shallow heads

0713, do anybody know where China post office is in anambra, what did this data mean pls?

As much as I know, it means that your shipment has only left China Post office in China, most of cases it goes to a third party in Europe before coming to Nigeria. There is no China Post office in Nigeria, but the Nigerian Post office is their agent here, you may go there and provide them the code and they will tell you they have received it or not

Nothing of such my brother. SONCAP is required for toys in Nigeria.

Thanks for the reply, I know everything must have SONCAP, but the new regulations since last years as the website of Cotecna says that the Unregistered goods can be inspected and certified by a 17025 ISO laboratory and the certificate will be given to the consignment only not the product for a year or more. That means there is no need to audit the factory and bla bla bla

Have you heard about it
Thanks

Anyway, as I said, I am still learning everyday.
Do you know the rules of how to import a container of mixed goods that non has SONCAP. I heard that there is new rule for such importation buy getting the container inspected before shipping.
How true is that?
Business / Re: Do It Yourself Importation Guide Free - Season 2 by BOMANY: 2:22am On Nov 19, 2014
Hello

well done, I feel bad that I didnt notice this thread before.
I ve been in importation for long time and still learning everyday. Importation on large scale, container, is too complicated both systematically and under the table. It is not news that the officials are making the system to be too complicated for their own pockets. The more the system fails people, the more money the officials gain.
as you said, aliexpress and dhg are the easiest way to import, it is highly secured, but only when people follow the rules. If buyers do it, then their money is safe because the supplier will not get the money unless you agree to release the money and direct aliexpress or dhg to do so.
one of the most common tricks for beginners is that the goods will be delayed for long time and the shipping code will not show proper information to trace it, then the supplier will offer you a discount if you telling you that you need to raise a dispute so he can offer the discount. Do not accept it and ask for aliexpress involvement they will take care of it and send back you money withing a week.
However, aliexpress and dhg are not for big scale business. The goods are over priced than alibaba for example. Most of sellers on those websites are not direct suppliers, they more traders or sellers than suppliers. They buy from the real supplier and sell to you. Sometimes they just send your order to the supplier who sends to you

Business / Mistakes That Can DrainYour Business by BOMANY: 12:03am On Nov 19, 2014
I found these advices for small business owners and thought might be helpful for some.

Mistakes that can drain your business

What does it take to be a successful small business? Studies conducted time and again reveal that a vast number of small businesses fail in the first few years. Only a few succeed to complete their first five years. Why this happens? Every entrepreneur, before starting his own small business, tries his best to make sure that he is well prepared. But still many of them fail. Most of the times, it is because SMEs at their initial stages focus exclusively on doing the right thing, but fail miserably to avoid some costly mistakes.
One of the common pitfalls into which start-ups easily tumble is undercharging. Working with small businesses for years, I have seen that many of them start their business undercharging for what they sell. There are usually two reasons for this: first, over-enthusiasm to attract sales — they think that it is the best way to get business in the already overcrowded market; second, they fail to set an effective price for their products — pricing decisions involve some careful considerations which they fail to address. In both these cases, the result turns out to be negative.
Another common mistake made by start-ups is that they extend credit to customers without doing much due diligence. Recently, a small business owner wrote to me how his business had once come to the brink of closure due to non-payment by a customer. It is true that selling on credit has become a way of doing business these days, but this by no way means that we should oversee risks in the hurry of bagging as much business as possible. Neither is it wise to trust a business only because it is a big name in the industry. So, caution is the key to minimize the risks of bad debts.
Customer concentration is another trap. Many start-up small businesses become complacent as soon as they get a few big regular customers. As a result, when one or two of these customers suddenly pull an order, they are brought to their knees. Every small business should take into account the risk of customer concentration and develop a contingency plan. Analysis of customer dependency should be done at a regular interval and whenever the findings indicate customer concentration this should be taken as a warning bell.
Emotions often don't mix well with business, but unfortunately many start-up entrepreneurs tend to make business decisions driven by emotion. I am not saying that emotional decisions are bad and rational decisions are good, but when it comes to business, you should train yourself to make decisions based on logic. I find many small business owners not following this rule. Spending big on expensive ads, for example, could be seen as self-serving and often does more harm than good to small start-ups.
I invite your opinions.

Business / Re: Is Jumia.com Services And Products Good, Professional And Quality? by BOMANY: 12:07pm On Nov 23, 2013
Jumia and other international standard online shops are selling what you see in the market they are just agents or retailers. They buy from importers and re-sell it. They do not import by themselves and nor offer service, the importer does. When you have problem with a product they will direct your complain to the source of the product. They cant force him to serve you. The highest that they can do is to stop dealing with the source if the complaints are much or delay the payments but not for long.
Jumia and others offer slightly less price and free delivery. They rely on getting discount from the importer.
If you do not know the product or have nt seen it physically in other shops, then do not buy, Nigeria is full of chinese sub-standard products.
This issue leads us to the general poor after sale service here in Nigeria.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Egyptian Protesters Push An Armoured Police Van Off A Bridge, by BOMANY: 12:57am On Aug 17, 2013
over 2000 unarmed protestors have been killed since the coup removed the democratically elected president. Today, Friday, over 70 were shot. most of the victims were shot one bullet in head, neck or chest the Human Rights Watch organization called it “an intention to kill" “a criminal disregard for people’s lives”. Yet you do not see any meaningful move from anywhere to intervene and force the army to stop killing its own people
Foreign Affairs / Re: Americans Don’t Care About What’s Happening In Egypt by BOMANY: 12:55am On Aug 17, 2013
The US is concerned about two things: (1) Israel's safety (2) unchallengeable power that may threat the american's interests in the middle east. For decades the american media was feeding the americans the hatred of arabs and muslims, so why they would suddenly give a sheet to what happens there
Foreign Affairs / Re: Inspiring Posts On CNN Website By Muslims, Xtians & An Atheist On Egypt Conflict by BOMANY: 12:55am On Aug 17, 2013
hmmmm, ok muslim brotherhood are crazy, really they might be after all of this killing of them, but I want to ask one question, why the police hasnt arrested any of those who torched the churches for 2 days now?? shocked why there was no any policeman to protect it. There is a police task force on front of every church in Egypt, where have they gone suddenly? the answer is known to egyptians and according to them, the General Intelligence Service and the State Security Forces control a couple of hundred thousand of gangsters and convected criminals. They use them. they have used them during Mubarak's regime, to use violence to terrify the people of voting in the elections to rig it easily. only 3-5% of the egyptians would vote in any election

What about Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Romania …. etc under the military regimes. The military dictatorships do not have a religion and they are all the same
Foreign Affairs / Re: What Happened After The 'Arab Spring'? by BOMANY: 1:55pm On Dec 02, 2012
Ben Ali, Qaddafy, Mubarak, Asad are nothing but bloody tyrants. I thought we are done with this.
Qaddafy hanged thousands of peaceful protesters including university students without lawful trial. He hanged them either in the stadium or the university. A decade before the revolution.
Mubarak imprisoned more than 100 thousands along his 30 years tenure without trial; in fact he ignored thousands of court decisions to release most of them.
Asad is killing his people as his father did in 1980 when he bombed the revolution.
Moreover, All of them turned their countries into family business. Their wives, sons or relatives gained billions of dollars illegally.
