The human right abuses alone committed by d self acclaimed saint demands he should be in prison n not contesting for d presidency for crying out loud. |

He'll be charged for sure, its one step at a time! But I know PDP will reach an agreement with him, which is never to contest elections again or go to jail for perjury! |
But on a serious note' where are buhar's certificates?' |
Few days after the former Head of State and Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Major General Muhammadu Buhari, retd, explained in an affidavit submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, that all his academic credentials were with the Military Board, the Army have stated that they do not keep the certificates of any serving or retired officer or soldier. Buhari: Our situation must change! General Buhari is contesting the presidential election for the fourth time under different political parties including the defunct All Nigeria People’s Party, ANPP and the Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, but the issue of his qualifications had never been controversial until the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, recently described him as a ‘’semi- illiterate.’’ However, against the backdrop of Buhari’s affidavit in court, a military source said ‘’that the Army can not keep anybody’s original certificate because it is the personal property of the owner,’’ adding that such original certificates were only needed at the point of entry into the service. According to the source, the Military only kept photocopies of credentials of officers and soldiers in their personal files that were in the military secretary’s office. “The original certificate of any officer or soldier is only needed at the point of entry into the service either as a cadet officer entering the Nigerian Defence Academy, or the recruitment officers when interviewing recruits to be sent to the depot for training. That is so, because they are needed to verify what were in the photocopies supplied by them or from the necessary examining bodies.” The source further stated that anybody claiming that his original certificates were with the Military Secretary (Army), had ‘’ulterior motive(s) or something he or she cannot explain.’’ He further added, “Let me tell you now, in the Navy, the Navy Secretary, NAVSEC, keep the documents of all Naval officers and ratings and not their original certificates which are their personal property. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/01/not-buharis-original-copies-certificates-army/ |
Miscellaneous:Is it now you're getting tired? I got tired when in d 21st century educated youths were clamouring for a buhari president! |
koruji:Its no crime to dream bro |
There's no president in d world that doesn't have a weak area. On insecurity, many other countries with able presidents r going through insurgency; Iraq,Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, unfortunately nigeria comes in too;they all have something in common a sizeable number of moslem population. I'm not saying that Islam brings insurgency but its the era where disgruntled elements come from there. There was a time Christians were causing restivity. Still on insecurity, GEJ has maintained peace in d Niger delta unlike even Obj's time; I score him excellent there, n coincidentally that's were our mouths are. On corruption, there are institutions setup to check this; efcc, icpc, d law enforcement agencies, d citizens; how many times have we gone to report corrupt officials to law enforcement agencies? Everyone has a part to play, Jonathan maybe has not done enough there but he'll work on it, that's how to go about it. Economically he's done well, in agriculture, technology, automobile policy, education, name it, he's touched almost every sector n calling his attention to corruption he's said he'll attack it n I believe him enough to give him my vote. We can't throw away the baby with d bathe water , he's put country on d right pedestrial, let him finish what he's started . On choice of buhari, what's d guaranty he'll tackle corruption when d most corrupt ones are putting him there? He's singing the Kworuption music because that's d tune nigerians fancy, but after that what does he have to offer? intellectually he's retrogressed age-wise. Problems tackled one at a time n GEJ will tackle corruption just as he's brought our rails back etc My vote goes to GEJ |
cybaj09:Cast your vote to anyone else n certainly not a semi-literate I beg of u, Nigeria is too advanced to allow such b president; its retrogressing us as a nation With d way buhari read his manifesto I don't think he can pass school certificate exams, how would Nigeria be ruled by the likes? We're in the 21st century for crying out loud. Back in the 1980's yes one can pull a gun n take a country hostage like he did then, but not in this internet age should we give our votes to such. |
