Fubara is a big mistake to the Rivers State Government. He will destroy everything others built. Very incompetent buffoon.

Do u know what it is as a Governor to release 15 billion every month to your Godfather to service his structure? And when you fail as a Governor you will be blamed and not the Governor. It's so bad that the money that comes to the coffers was directly supervised by Wike, IGR Wike declared as Governor has suddenly risen more than 100 percent how come?

It's for the good of the people he rebelled , no worker in Rivers State was promoted for more than 10 yrs because of greed of woke, the guy gave everyone double and triple promotion in his first five months in office, he can't do this if the money isn't channeled to the state coffers rather than the criminal structure of Wike.

Is he not squandering Rivers State money on support groups, thanksgiving services and jamboree? What about the ones he is giving to his current godfather, Peter Odili and cronies?

Nothing like repeal. Almost all states in the federation use caretaker chairmen. That's why the illegal House is trying to extend the tenure of the current LG chairmen because without that, the caretaker chairmen is the next option.
The constitution clearly gives a term limit for LG chairs and an act of a House cannot supersede the constitution

Whenever you feel like something suits you, then you remember the constitution, otherwise, you discard it when it doesn't favour you. That is wrong. The constitution is the foundation of every other law in Nigeria.

That everyone does something, doesn't make it right. I keep giving you free lessons in politics and life in general. The use of caretaker chairmen are illegal and the Supreme Court has said so. There's is no point going back and forth, I have made my point.

LG is not autonomous. That has been established by SC judgement. Stop making wild claims.
LG elections is mandatory but subject to HoA legislation. Even Wike used caretaker Committee in the early days of his tenure so how come you guys suddenly have a problem with that now. If HoA electoral law allows for caretaker, nothing unconstitutional about it as I already told you that HoA have right to make laws over LG elections. Or how is the illegal House able to extend their tenure by six months?
The President has no business interfering in the affairs of a state. If that's what you're waiting for then it's a long thing as his spokesman just told you.

Then read my first post again because I covered that. Either way, he is making a decision and there will be a result. One decision is better than the other. A good politician, if he is truly one, will know what to do. Time reveals all.

As for caretaker chairmen, the House of Assembly has repealed that law. Also, they can fill the vacuum created by Fubara's illegal and unconstitutional refusal to fund the conduct of local government elections by extending the tenures of the LG chairmen, pending when that desperate mugu funds RISIEC to conduct elections.

The constitution provides for only elected local government chairmen and the conduct of their election.

LGs are not autonomous. That has been cleared by the courts. Go and check the case instituted by NGF against LG autonomy during Buhari's time.
Rivers State is autonomous and one of the federation units and the governor is the supreme power there. You guys like to turn everything upside down all because of politics. There's nothing Abuja can do to a gov. At least not legally. The only way Tinubu can intervene is illegally. If you guys will support that because it benefits you, don't cry the day it will not.

The local government is autonomous, just as the conduct of their elections is mandatory. The governor cannot appoint who heads them by using caretakers as it is unconstitutional. The president will bring down his might on the governor, and we will know the result. You are talking about legality, find out the illegalities being committed by the empty drum you are following. The state house of assembly belongs to the state not federal
The state budget is an exclusive business of the state
Council funding and LG elections are exclusive business of the states.
So kindly explain how it is Tinubu's business how fubara chooses to run his state. Fubara is an elected official who is answerable to the people of Rivers and not the president

As for all the questions you posted below, they have already been summed up in my first post. Is Rivers State not in Nigeria? Who is the president of Nigeria? It's like this thing called politics, some of you don't understand it. Are the branches of government not independent? So why is Fubara impeding on their functions? What about the organs of government? Is the local government not autonomous? Why is he also impeding? The president has every right to intervene and do what he wants. The lesser power will bow. Politics is not for everyone. You must know what you are doing. Fubara will be running to Abuja everyday to beg.
