No one has been to the moon. |
badaru911:Low IQ activity. It takes a certain level of intellect to glorify incarceration. Freedom is the highest aspiration of any sensible person. |
Extradite him. He should go and face justice. |
Always looking for shortcuts. |
Only in Nigeria. Instead of addressing the root cause of the problem. Federal and state governments are culpable. |
It is not in doubt that you guys have devised the means of making more revenue at the expense of Nigerians. The people at whose expense you are generating that revenue are not feeling any positive impact of your so-called reforms. Considering the level of corruption and lack of accountability in the country, the whole exercise is in futility. The money will just be stolen and squandered. It is a pity. |
Enddy50ty:Israel is first. I don't know where the USA is on that list. That is the reality and any informed person knows this. |
99 Wizardslayer:Why can't some of you just read and understand? Is that what you took away from this whole article? This is more about principles, autonomy and narratives than just visa. USA is selling a narrative about Europe which they claim is false. They are also using democratic principles which they claim are lacking in Europe to justify their Visa ban on EU officials and citizens. There was bound to be a reaction. This is international relations. Possibly reciprocity too. It is not as mundane as you have reduced it to "fighting for American visa". |
TechSkill:Laughable. |
What a shame. Anyway, the president said during the campaigns that if he doesn't give us 24hrs power supply, he should not be re-elected. "90m people in Nigeria don't have access to electricity. Nigeria has more people without electricity than any other country." "Nigeria cannot be Africa's economic powerhouse, until it can power its own houses." - Ore Ogunbiyi (The Economist’s Africa correspondent) |
Flimsy excuses. You guys are not ready to end this terrorism. |
TechSkill:Fubara ke. The novice Wike brought into politics. Whoever Wike and his allies support for governorship in Rivers State would win. That is not Tinubu's business. Wike is in charge of delivering for him. |
Bode George and Bala have gone silent. When Saraki was trying to unite the party, they were acting like it wasn't their business. Where is the party now? They have finally collapsed it. Issuing childish "expulsion" letters. |
ebukal67x:Alleged alteration (violation of the constitution). It is still being investigated. So don't just dismiss it as something to be addressed in court, if true. If the National Assembly's investigation reveals there was indeed an alteration from the executive, the president could face impeachment proceedings, if the legislature is serious. |
Family business. If Osun people want to continue "catching cruise" with their future, then so be it. The dancing fellow will continue. What a people. |
ONSA is focused on partisan politics, rather than the security of the country. They better stop fooling themselves and not push this country to a brink. No reasonable person believes they are fighting corruption or insecurity. The desperation and persecution is getting out of hand. Enough of this nonsense. Grabbing power they are not using to do anything meaningful. Look at the condition of the country. |
Validated:Delusional lot. As for the so-called brokered peace, the sentiments are still there. Ogoni people are still lamenting. This has always been the cycle. It has always been the responsibility of the FG, not the governor. You guys with your little knowledge, exaggerations and unwarranted excitement keep making clueless projections that always amount to nothing. |
People with power and knowledge in their field do not need to make noise. That is left for the insecure ones. Fubara is no match for a veteran like Wike in politics. He knows what he agreed to. It does appear to include him not running for a second term. So if he chooses not to honour the agreement, Wike and his team will also do what they need to do. Defecting to the APC won't make him win an election. |
Umahi makes a lot of noise. Let your work speak. |
Only a novice in politics will think Wike is not part of these strategic moves with his people. Excluding that of the Opobo snake. |
Seefinish:After agreeing to something, you start talking about the constitution. Same thing happened last time with the presidential resolutions. You won't get anywhere in politics acting like a snake and not honouring agreements. |
Fubara's tenure is chaotic enough. Rivers people don't need that a second time. He should relax in Opobo in 2027. Whoever Wike and his allies back will win the governorship election. Fubara has no political weight. He shouldn't waste his time and energy. |
I don't even pay attention to anything concerning USA visa. I pity the Nigerians they are scamming. |
SisterAnn:He should watch his step then. |
yinkus6750:Like we haven't done enough. The FG doesn't need to do anything. Let them handle their affairs how they want. The USA is not our friend. We can pretend all we want. |
Is there any time the President is not in France? His preferred place for medical care. I'm not surprised. Exposing Nigeria to exploitation. Unpatriotic lot. |
AMINDA:Same can be said about the USA, even though I'm not defending the Nigerian government. It is not as though saints are in political offices in the USA. Trump, a convicted felon, is their president after all and an embodiment of all those things listed in that picture. If the Nigeria is fixed, most people won't be bothered about things like this. The USA has the right to impose whatever restrictions. Just as we do too and can reciprocate. We just don't have a lot of people in office who care about the interest of this country. USA is not our friend. |
Absolutely nothing wrong with Joshua waving a Nigerian flag. He is also a Nigerian. Case closed. The UK is becoming increasingly intolerant of free speech and liberty. A delusional enclave that equates an advocacy group like Palestine Action to ISIS, and willing to arrest their citizens for simply being members of that advocacy group and participating in protests is not to be taken seriously. |
Taiwo Oyedele has begun his press tour. No single mention of this. What a government. All this energy about tax collection, when we aren't seeing the efficient use of our resources. Chasing shadows. |
donleo92:Any informed person who comes across your post will take issue with it. That's because it reveals a lack of knowledge about how the USA conduct its affairs. USA has done a lot of things inconsistent with the label "civilised". Even the ones perpetrated within its borders. They commit and support atrocities all the time in the name of their so-called "interest". Any excuse can be used as a reason. It is made up to serve a purpose. Just so you know, there are other evil things you can do to a nation, aside bombing it (something CIA knows). These things are well documented. |
Irresponsible and incendiary statement from someone bent on retaining power. If only you guys will focus on doing something with the one you grabbed. "When people show you that they are more concerned with keeping the job, than doing the job, you know that they are not worthy of public service." - Ann Johnson (Texas State Representative) |
Lifestone:He is not a mere YouTuber anymore. He has taken to boxing. |
