What Amaewhule has actually admitted and contrary to the falsehood presented to the public by the governor is that THERE HAS INDEED BEEN MEETINGS BETWEEN THEM. That is the crux of this issue. However, the governor has not implemented what was agreed in those meetings. Simple.

I am not surprised to hear that because it is the character of the governor. He has no iota of integrity. Same thing he did when the president intervened last time and told him to implement the resolutions. Now he has started again.

Governor Fubara is not only politically naive, but grossly incompetent. Why would I keep scheduling and having meetings with you, when I know you won't implement the resolutions? Who is even playing with him? The cluelessness is written all over his face.

Other states are busy presenting their budgets, but till date Fubara has not. Rivers State barely has more than one or two commissioners. He is not coming back to that office, and will only end up disgracing himself at the election, if he attempts to. This rubbish will end this tenure, since he doesn't want to resign.

A governor is not the owner of a state. CSO doesn't make him the owner. It is a responsibility. Get that into your skull. Read the Constitution and The Land Use Act. Regarding state lands, he is a trustee.
