You cherry picked just 1 John 1:8 out of context and proved nothing at the end. Now let me summarize 1 John 1 and 2 for you to show that if you live in the flesh or darkness, you will not make it to the kingdom of God. This is a fact you cannot oppose.

God is light and there is no darkness in him, 1jn 1:5. You cannot claim to have fellowship with God and yet you walk in darkness (acts of the flesh), you lie,1jn 1:6. Light and darkness has nothing in common 2 Corinthians 6:14. You must ask God forgiveness of your sins before you are countered worthy, mere belief in Christ is not enough, 1jn 1:8. Anyone who hates his brother or sister is living in darkness and walks around in darkness and they are blinded by darkness, 1jn 2:9-11. Hatred is darkness and an act of the flesh, Gal 5:20. Therefore those who live in darkness or acts of the flesh has nothing to do with God, 1jn 1:6, and they will not inherit his kingdom, Gal 19:21.

See how I have done justice to the 1jn 1:8 you quoted out of context. This is how you should read to get better understanding and dump the errors you now believe in.

Sinners will not inherit kingdom of God no matter what you believe.

Galatians 5:19-21
New International Version
19 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

You have been warned again and again. Do not be.deceived.

Malachi says when you don't pay tithes you have "robbed" God.

Is a robber going to heaven in that state?

You can answer the question if you like.

If you don't pay your tithe as God commanded, and by paying your tithe to the wrong people, you are still robbing God and also disobedient to his commandments.

You must pay your tithe to the Levites, foreigners, motherless, widows, less privileged and the needy.

Deuteronomy 14:28-29
28 At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes of that year’s produce and store it in your towns, 29 so that the Levites (who have no allotment or inheritance of their own) and the foreigners, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied, and so that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.

When last did you obey this commandment from God or are you both disobedient and a robber?
